Area is more worst literally nothing to eat nearby. Worst is rooms stinks no proper door lock waste of money

Rooms cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. Early check-in charges needs to be reduced a bit, 100₹ is reasonable but not ₹300

We have a veey good feeling on OYO but this lodge made us a very bad feeling on OYO. Dont book OYO. ZERO rating. Worst maintainance.

Very bad experience. The worst stay ever. The oyo booked at a rate of 600 and when we reached hotel, they charged us extra 400. And the room was totally bad and very bad customer service. Also oyo customer care was playing with us when we called to inform them the issue at hotel. They cut the call and doesn’t give any reply. Totally very very bad experience from hotel and oyo. Won’t recommend this at all

Rooms: untidy, bathrooms were broken
Service: very poor, staff in reception was rude and was least bothered when asked about the condition

Rooms were good but only minus point was that there were cockroaches in room also Bathroom was not good but hotel staffs were so friendly and good also its 24*7 chekin facility so it is also good and overall good.

I booked the hotel online by applying coupons. But the hotel receptionist charged me extra 700 rupees by stating that oyo online booking price showing in the app is not corrrect due to some technical error.
And also the receptionist is of rude behaviour.

They forcefully ask you to give 5 star.
1. The rooms are dusty and dirty
2. Room is full of cockroaches and some insects, my body was fully itching
3. No wifi even after you connect you won't get internet. Only for show
4. No hot water, tv, A/c
5. Bathroom is very dirty even the tap water smells wierd.
I will never recommend this room saty to anyone, please avoid it

This is a decent palce for stay. I booke dit in Oyo when we visited Bangalore. But don't believe oyo so much.they listed it as a family friendly option but, the hotel person himself told it is not ideal for family.but it's economical.reception guy a goodguy arranged a different room with a slightly higher price which helped our stay oany here. Spot on oyos when u book please understand it's not for family.don't be deceived.don't competely trust Oyo.

Receptionist were abnormal, they don't know how to talk with customers. Management is not good, they even don't know how to respect customer, first they have to learn about it, then do a business.
Even hotel is not properly sanitized. Totally horrible experience

Erratic check in experience,
I booked for room for two people there. But after reaching there, they denied the check in. Stating that the oyo discounted amount is less than their tariff and forced me to cancel my booking. The reception staffs were irresponsible. Also the hotel and premises are very untidy with pan spitiings and all. Better not book room here folks.

Terrible experience. Not recommended at all. Rooms are full of cockroaches. This is the second time I'm visiting this hotel and 1st time it was quite good. Clean and neat Rooms and affordable too. But not this time.

The room was not very clean. Fan was noisy and flush was leaking profusely. On paying extra charges room was changed to so called deluxe room. The floor was sticky and the stained wash room needs better cleaning. The Manager advised not to book from SPOT ON as those are cheap or low standard rooms.

Worst oyo experience you could ever get. Infested with bed bugs, mosquitos and cockroaches, the bedsheets are hardly washed and the stains are impeccable and you feel like sleeping in a slum. My friend got bit by bed bugs and has fallen sick. Please do not book your rooms here

My experience was really bad. The staff was really rude to me and when I asked him about the same, he asked me to behave. He was too rude and did not let me check in. The things were not informed to me earlier and gave a very rude attitude and spoke to me in a very rude manner. Did not expect this from a hotel.

Worst stafff acts as if its his hotel and vry rude behaviour also pls change such people, and they nvr update in oyo if its full simply we waste our time going there please never ever go to that hotel, evn parking is smelling of pee hectic and horrible

Room was not that much good, some small cockroaches were there.
TV was not working.
But staff was too friendly.

Its a 2 star hotel keep your expectations proportionate to a low budget rooms, so that you are not disappointed.

Room size is good.
Approach to the rooms is bad with low class mechanic shops around.
Staircase is horrible, Toilet & bedding are very bad, No hot water.

It's okay for overnight stay.

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE here. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. "Oyo" shouldn't represent a place like this. The HOTEL MANAGER was VERY RUDE to me. He DOUBLE CHARGED me. When I asked about the extra charges, he started YELLING at me and asked me to vacate the place. The good reviews about yatra inn was from the hotel manager himself. He took my phone to check my Check-out date and placed a good review on my behalf. This guy knows what he does is wrong and yet he still does it, otherwise he wouldn't have placed a good review from my phone. I feel obligated to post my honest opinion so that others would not experience the same way that I did. The room was full of COCKROACHES and the bed was full of BED BUGS. The bathroom was DIRTY. The rooms were not clean.
