SPOT ON 76848 Hotel Samruddhi Residency

If you care about the safety of your family then avoid this hotel! We booked 2 AC rooms with breakfast through oyo. When we went to check in the guy showed us one non ac room with 2 beds and without breakfast. When i asked about this the guy simply said we don’t have! On top of that the rooms were very dirty and it’s not at all safe for the families! We called oyo and asked for refund and they said they cannot refund as we have already checked in bcs the receptionist marked as checked in but the truth is we have not checked in! After a long argument they agreed to refund and immediately left that place and booked another hotel! The 2 guys at reception don’t have any manners! Avoid this for your family’s safety!

Room is clean, mosquitoes are there, no soaps, no towel, no night light is there. Its ok for a single night. Food options near by are very less.

Ver bad bcz in boarding app asked 234 rs but the hotel get 400 rs and the room is not good and clean i feel very bad then check out with in hour

This hotel deserves to give a negative star. No proper maintenance. Lots of mosquitos. There is a Wi-fi but when we ask in the reception they don't give a password! I booked this via OYO, I never use OYO anymore! This hotel doesn't even switch on the generator if there is no power.

I came to drop my daughter in MIT but this place is approx 2.6 km far from MIT campus. You have to pay around Rs 40-60 to reach MIT if you want go by auto and Rs10 by bus till manipal bus stand whic is around 800 mtr far from manipal. But considering price of lodge room was good, it is ok. Near to lodge, there us swathi restaurants and bar where we found very good vegetarian food and the owner was great and helpful. Staff of that restaurant was also very helpful.

A good place to stay on your vacations if you are low on budget. The caretaker is present in the hotel and the rooms are clean. The only thing you should keep in mind is that they close their doors at 10 in the night. Reach before the same. Everything else is perfectly fine with arbi falls behind the hotel.
