Hospital is good, but the helpline number you call is not at all professional. If its a reputed Hospital, they should get proper staff for reception calldesk.

Worst experience. I went to see a gynaecologist, and she told us to go for an abdomen scan. We asked the receptionist about the scan; she said the person who did the scan had left and asked me to go outside and do the scan and come, and Dr. Shaw didn't even give any meditation for my daughter. My money and time got wasted.

We have taken our 2 year daughter to Dr. Shashi Kumar, the orthopedician there as she started crying with pain in her arm while playing and couldn't even lift her arm because of elbow pull as was explained by the doctor until which we didn't have an idea why she was crying. Dr. Shashi Kumar has immediately set it right while examination itself after which my daughter immediately started using her arm normally without any pain. He's very talented and genuine physician.

Visited for eye check to my 1.6 year old baby, Did not receive proper evaluation for squint check up, instead was referred to other hospitals.
Expected was proper evaluation of eye, if clinic is not equipped to do so, then charging such high fee is not appropriate.
Not recommended for eye check up. Not satisfied.

One of the worst scanning center in electronic City not at all proper information will be given staffs are really lethargic in answering I spent 4000 rupees for Anamoly scan but I didn't received proper scan report after that I asked the nurse she is telling I already informed to receptionist when I asked the receptionist that fellow simply telling sorry to inform you

Our experience in the hospital was too good.
The delivery charges are explained to us well in advance. We had corporate medical insurance. The staffs explained use very well the inclusion and exclusions of payment in insurance.
We were there in the hospital exactly for 5 days.

The staffs are very attendive, caring, and very helpful. Their response were prompt. They made sure we are comfortable till the discharge day.

The housekeeping people cleaned the room and bathrooms very frequently. The rooms are well maintained.
Overall, our experience was very good.

This is the worst hospital i ever seen.on 25th July 22 I went for consultation.i was having high fever and body pain.one general physician was available she told just need to do some tests.till report comes u take some medicine and she gave me sinarest and Calpol 650 and asked me to send report on WhatsApp.in 3 hrs report came all the report were negative then I sent reports on WhatsApp.now it's 3rd day no one taking my phone and if taking also they r saying wait 15 mins i will update u what medicine to take and not replying back.finally I got frustrated so went to Narayana today and consulted a good dr.what type of service is this.i don't understand and type of Dr who is not giving antibiotics and asking to wait for the report and finally not provided medicines.i never seen a dr and a hospital like this in my life. My humble suggestion don't waste ur time and money there.

It was nice and excellent for the service and assistance made by Maam Prameela, who assist me from the beggining till I got all the report. She is well professional in doing his job. Keep it up Maam and you must be followed by everyone who did the very best service.

Have gone here for vaccination, the process was quick including registration process.both the front office and staff looks friendly, the front office provides the support in local language and English. They have both the card and upi payment. They are located on main road with ample space for bike parking

If you are interested in Covaxin vaccination. Don't bother coming here. They say they have old stock and charge ₹1400 vs Cowin website shows ₹380.

Worst front office staff. Cribbing nonstop in front of patients. Underpaid frustrated staff not attending visitors and complaining.

Overall good, staff are very helpful.
But for some cases they should take care in sequence like for pre-employment medical check up.

The service at this hospital is really good. I visited Dr. Shoma for treatment of stomach infection. And I fully recovered within a very few days. I will suggest others also to visit her. She is available at evening time in OPD section. She is very friendly with all the patients.

I went to this hospital when they met with an accident and we were directed to emergency ward. We had a better interaction with Dr Shivadarshana and nurse Lali.they were communicating well and understands our situation. I always suggest them to you to prefer as your Dr and nurse as it will be a better experience.

Such a worst hospital I have ever seen in my life, I went to that hospital at 8 o clock night, I told them something blocking in my chest, they just check my spo2 and I have an asthma from my birth and they gave me nebulisation and told me to vacate the emergency bed, and such a worst thing is der, there are only 3 beds on emergency, they didn’t concern about the patients health, they dun have oxygen masks too, then I went another hospital and they checked everything, and after the test they gotta know that I have an issue of cevere blood infection, fatty liver, UTI and bone marrow also Got affected, and from next day morning I got fever like between 102-104, if you guys dun know how to treat a patient go and complete your MBBS again, you saw my pulse was not normal it was above 120, then how did you dare to discharge me by giving that nebulisation, I can file a case against you guys, but I don’t, and if you poor people don’t have beds in your emergency took some charity from an other peoples, Atleast no one will face the life threatening situation like me, and told your doc to first take care of her health then come to emergency for treatment, she took that iv and came emergency to treat me, is it really appreciable or stupidity, now m admitted at ICU only because of you guys, try to save patients life, not your business, shame on you guys. #worst- hospital

Good staffs, good supportive, well clean, fast service. Specialy reception staffs are very excellent.i had a very good experience from this hospital. I went for chekup, i had no idea what are the chekup mentiond in my list. Reception staff dimpal helped me alot. Thankz to dimpal and other staffs

I have been here for my wife's minor surgery, the Doctor Dinesh and nurses acted quickly and they are polite. Nurses take care in attendant absence.

Hospital is very professional. We had minor surgery doctor clearly explained the procedure before the treatment. We were completely satisfied with the doctor and the hospital staff.

Very helpful staff, I have done my covid vaccination but i could not able to download my certificate, the staff in front desk she help me a lot, she guided me how to download the certificate thank you so much.

Money minded people. Doctor told me to meet her after 2 days. But when I asked to book an appointment nurse said she is on leave and will be back after 4 days. Though, it's the doctor that went on leave they asked me to pay as the old appointment continues only for 3 days! Thats just not reasonable from their side.

I had visited spring leaf for burn injury i was treated by Dr Dinesh surgeon and Dr Priyadarshini emergency and casuality post admission regular dressing was done and I have been healed completely tx for ur warm care and be nice to me

Doctors are available throughout the day with their expertise advise. Nursing staffs are very cooperative. I was treated with utmost care.

Doctor is good. But hospital management is only for money making. You will pay for the appointment and you paid for medicine but still they will ask money for giving an injection (Rs. 70). Manegement can just beg for the money instead of using these cheep tricks to make money.

I consulted Dr. Salman and he was very good. Gentle and helpful.

I consulted Dr. Geeta as well, just this month in April 2022, she is also very kind and answered all my queries. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Dr. Krishna shaw treatment is very nice and nursing staff are very cooperative and response is very good, but cost is little bit high

I often take appointment at this hospital for my kids and family. Doctors and staffs treatment is very very good. All tests are handled very well here.
Pediatrician Dr Anuradha mam is so helpful and very perfact doctor for kids, like a family doctor and friend.

We have been to Spring leaf hospital at electronic city and very much impressed with their caring service. Dr. Priyadarshini ma'am attended us and was very patient while listening and understanding our health issues. She clearly explained the reasons, provided immediate attention and prescribed the course of medicine which helped us to recover quickly. She even assured that we can reach out to her any time through the hospital help desk and on an emergency situation she attended our call at her after hours. Even the staff was very attentive and especially Lali (on duty nurse) did exceptional service with very gentle care and patience. Unprofessional. Nobody seems to know what's going on. Doctor comes late even after appointment, talks on phone during 'consulting' and hands over a list of medicines and tests. Nobody is available to guide where to go. Finally doctor leaves after being in office for hardly 20 minutes.

Friendly staff and good doctor. Have been visiting here for getting iron injections for my mother and for consulting with general physican. The doctor, nurses and reception staff were very supportive and has a positive attitude.
