The girl who was supposed to begiving me a relaxing was verry unprofessional and keptbad mouthing some of the staff as well tips barging therathist and not propar massage not trained therapist full unprofessional spa. I will not be going back.
Should have given 0 star but no option. Despite chosen non-smoking room, we gave given smooking room and reluctant to change. Not value for money. Food is not good and unusual delay in delivery. Pool is not maintained well.
Nice hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Located in the city. City center is very close from here. The staff is also friendly. They have good car parking facility. Food at the restaurant is tasty. It has a good combo option during lunch.
The room was good.breakfast was good.but the bathroom was not maintained and the swimming pool was not for kids.infact not for anyone who is not a swimmer.the price is high as per the standard
Bad receptionists.they are not approachable. Called reception for getting room cleaned and house keeping didn't arrive.there are three receptionists but they r not able to manage. Bill would include all the expenses, but they don't have experience enough to see if some of the expenses are already paid by costumer. Doesn't know to use card swipe machine and asking to enter pin again and again. Need good receptionists for such a good hotel.
One of the best budget hotels in south bangalore. Accessible from various parts of the city. Amazing ambience at the restaurant. Very good Conference hall. The staff are well trained and cooperative. More varieties in food can be added
I happened to visit this hotel for Business meeting. It is a well maintained hotel and have a conference room which can accommodate 50 people. I had a breakfast and the spread and quality of the food was pretty good!
Room is decent and spacious. The swimming pool is shabby, secluded and deep (~ 5.5 ft). The water was cold with unhygienic surroundings. The wifi is slow and limited - 1000 mb per day. I cut my finger while opening the tightly closed small window in the bathroom and upon informing the hotel, they just gave me a bandaid. One was also kept in the bathroom, so I wonder if it's a common occurrence. The hotel is located close to Lalbagh Botanical garden, otherwise the locality isn't great.
A business hotels with reasonably appointed rooms. Parking in the basement. There is also a rooftop restaurant with attached bar. The food is good. Service is little slow. The best part is the location which is next to the Automobile, Tools and other Hardware market.
The rooms are very good. Food served at the restaurant is served well. Please go the lounge on the top floor in the evening/night, it is such a nice place, to relax. The mocktails aren't great, neither is the food. They are just average. But, the space compensates for them.
Very good hotel to stay. All the accomadation and hospatality is good. I would recomend every travel persons to stay in this hotel.would like to give 5* in next visits,
Situated in such a place near to majestic bus station, near a urvashi theatre so that you can go for shopping nearby. Found near industrial zone, so you can shop for mechanical stuffs. Springs and Spa is a cosy hotel, with good breakfast, clean with a very helpful staff.
We stayed there for 5 days. Our plan was for Rs. 4000 + taxes (Including both breakfast and dinner). When we were paying for the plan at the front desk, we were told that we can order anything from the menu and it will be covered in the dinner plan. However the first night we went for dinner on the 5th floor terrace we were told that our plan (called MAP something) includes one starer and one main course item (either of which can be non-veg) with veg soup, salad, rice/chapati and dessert. Although we were communicate something else, we though we aren't going to eat more than this anyways. So we let it go. On the third night we were told that MAP clients have their dinner in the first floor (where some ICICI programme was going on). The buffet dinner spread there was nowhere close to what we were ordering for the last two days. We refused to take dinner there. The hotel staff grudgingly served us. On fourth day, they again insisted that we take our dinner with ICICI guys which we refused and they served us. Only now, the time they took to bring each dish was more than 15-20 minutes. One can imagine the amount of time we wasted for our dinner. Finally the rice we ordered took so long to arrive that we left our dinner tables. The last night, the same ritual followed.only this time they brought us stale vegetables (for the mixed veg we ordered). I took one bite and i knew it was stale.my colleagues smelled it and it smelt stale. They threw in some cucumber and onions pieces to pass off as salad (as opposed to a full platter they offered on previous days). Nobody bothered to serve water. We kept asking the waiter to get the restaurant manager to our table so we could talk. He never arrived. He knew what he was doing was blatantly illegal and even refused to come talk to us. Anyways, this was the harrowing experience we went through there. And I hold the restaurant manager completely responsible for it. Avoid this hotel if you can. At the same price you'll get much better options in Bangalore.
