Pathetic experience. No water bottle provided. Pillows are stinky & dirty.
Driver behaviour is rude.

Sometimes, they changing the destination one or two stops before without proper notice. Otherwise bus is very good

Worst experience left a woman in the mid of the night and didn't stop at the boarding point

I used to send parcels around 22 to 25 Kgs that cost around Rs. 300 but a few days before charged Rs. 400 i don't feel worthy.

Polite people who called and informed me about the bus timings and the only issue was i had to walk nearly 2 kms to board the bus from madiwala police station. They even helped me with the restroom when they didn't had their own.
Good, we will reach the destination safely.

Worst travel. Rude behavior of staffs. Hated the core. Plz don't travel in sps if u need respect and good behavior of staffs.

Worst not even paid conveyance fee and they are charging extra money for the luggage worst experience for me

Booked 2 sitting seats from Bangalore to Coimbatore for 400₹ each which is value for money, during Friday's and Saturdays price goes double. Bus is average on terms of comfort and cleanliness. Got delayed by 15 mins but it's ok compared to other travels. Tracking link was send and they kept updating the status which was good. Resting stop was decent enough. And reached Coimbatore on time. Over all its an okay service for 400₹.

My pickup was KR Puram station. They didn't pick me up from the mentioned location and asking me to come to Madiwala office. Very bad service.

I travelled three times in their AC sleeper bus.punctuality is good.but need more neatness of seats nd interior of the bus.

Worst ever experience. Least bother for the passengers, they provide service for luggage. Frequently stops at each point n load number of parcel which disturb the passengers and delay the dropping time.
Please never make this mistake by choosing SPS buses.

Sometimes luggage boxes are loaded on the top and it is unloaded near Coimbatore loosing time and sleep of passengers

Have been using their services for several years. Very friendly staff and the buses reach the destination mostly on time.

A decent travels, situated in a very main area. Provides sitting arrangement for a decent crowd of passengers. Restroom is not so clean and sometimes pathetic.

I have send one parcel from Bangalore to Kottayam recently like a parcel, I lost few items from the Bag. So be very careful whenever you sent it via SPS travel bus. Seal the bag properly else you might loose items. Donot trust their parcel service.
