Sri Balaji Guest House Hotel Bangalore

It was a decent place if you have to stop for a couple of days. Rooms are ok, bathrooms have water heaters.

Good service and specially Owner receptionist staff anytime will going rooms available rooms always clean good experience

I checked-in and out this room last day (03/10/2021-04/10/2021) via OYO app. My experience was too bad. I got water leaking room. The leaking was directly over my head while sleeping I got disturbed after several hours of waiting and my shouting they agreed to change my room. The room was very unhygienic, nasty and very small. The cupboard size and room size was too small. I think the room is only 60sqft or lesser than that. Bathroom also too conjusted there isn't any normal water only hot water was available. While vacating at the morning 8 am the manager was absent for nearly half an hour and my interview was delayed due to his irresponsibility. The manager was impolite and arrogant. I have searched in OYO for parking facility premium room. And I paid a very high price also by GPAY. But the actual price written on the residency was 999 per room. But the bloody OYO asked me to pay large sum of money compared to this above mentioned price. OYO cheated us. I tried a several time to contact the customer care service of OYO but none of the executives answered my call. I searched lot of options for rating and review in OYO but I haven't found anything. The parking was too far from the room and it was just an open ground with lack of security, because of the heavy rain the parking was too difficult. After parking I came back the room in heavy rain my wallet and dress got fully wet.
I came to bangalore for my brother's UK visa interview purpose. It was delayed due to the above mentioned manager's act. He was too rude he left the lobby purposefully.
My strong and sincere suggestion is that don't book this bloody creapy hotel SRI BALAJI GUEST HOUSE at WILSON GARDEN. Especially don't go for that fu***g OYO.

Nice place to stay for budget. They will arrange food also. But do not rely on the photos of rooms while booking in oyo. Rooms are smaller than shown in pictures.

Thanks to the entire staffs of the hotel for treating us very friendly manner. Very clean and neat atmosphere and rooms. Highly recommended to stay.

Room was okay, drinking water available but no TV, WiFi as they have mentioned in make my trip. Nearby restaurants available. On the whole not worth the money.

Good budget place to stay for business. The location is excellent, communication facility nearby for any location at Bangaluru. You can reach directly by AIRPORT Shuttle (ask at the Bus Station at Airport for the first one), very near to Shantinagar Depot, so can use the service during return. All types of shops nearby, food, snacks, medicine, Juice bars. The attached basic restaurant in ground floor provides budget, basic food. The staff are very very helpful and supportive. Little noisy till midnight from the traffic on the road, but you have chosen a budget place.

We booked via OYO. 800 Rs for A/c.we were told that breakfast will be provided but we did not get. Location is very easy to spot.

Very bad impression dont go to stay there verry dirty room. I have booked for room302 and 306 very bad quality of service and they even rate there own hotel while checking out. This stay is not even good for 1 star rating.

Please edit the location, this is a wrong I've we find very difficult to find, it's actually 4 kms away from this location 8th main road

Worst device for the cost, bathroom flushes are spilling out, shower tap is leaking, poor ventilation. Finaly they took my mobile to check Oyo bill and put review themselves, now I'm not able to edit that Oyo review.

It is located on the infront of Shantinagar TTMC after the bus stop of Double Road.you can easily noticed from the traffic.

Clean hotel and very friendly staff. You can get many facilities there like easy cab and auto, local market, local bus stand. Also you will get hot water for bath. It was a great stay here. Loved it.

There were some tiny cockroaches all over the room and it could have been cleaned before check-in. Price is cheap in apps.

I stayed in room no 204. Thr room was filled with insects, cockroachs. Bad smell, dirty towel and bed cover, toilet and bathroom was dirty. The room is not sound proof. I can clearly hear outside vechile sound. I could not sleep well since last two night because of the outside noise and cockroachs. Dear oyo team request you to please visit the hotel secretly as a customer and stay at room no. 204 and experience the horrible night.
You team should black list the hotel.

Extra bedding provided was not good. Also the staff was not of ready to help nature. I have to remind them for bedding for almost 4-5 times.

Even though my referred guests stays oyo hotels, I have not been offered free stays as per policy.so Oyo is not a better app.the boys working in the above hotel are exceptionally good and I have received a good behaviour, but neither the TV issue could be resolved in time, nor the mosquito problem.

When OYO managers (Three) visited the hotel, they told it is not their problem. Why they are in the team?

Room was spacious but full of dust. AC was not working properly. Less response from the staff. Break fast was good but they provide only one item and no tea.

Located in a residential area and is quite busy. Rooms are maintained well except for the fact that the sheets provided are not washed well, causing it to be a discomfort if you are planning to rest after a tedious day. Also bathrooms needs to be well ventilated for easier access.
