Rooms are quite good and spacious with proper paint. Food is also good as compared to other PGs in Spice Garden.

Owner is arrogant. He won't listen to your complaint. He is also doing fraud by demanding rent payment in cash to avoid tax payment. He won't provide you with any rent receipt with PAN card. If asked receipt with PAN card, he would charge you extra 30%.

For those who want best food, Comfortable bed, Clean washroom can go with this.
Gym is not well Maintained and some equipments are faulty, although can use for minimal workouts.
Washing machine is fully automatic and there are 3 of them so you might not have to wait to get clothes washed.
Overall this is a better than most PG and worth every penny you pay.

The owner was nice and the food was nice.l have been there for the past 6 months, wifi, power backup, washing machine, fridge, micro oven, induction stove all available, Daily they will clean the rooms and for every 2 days they will wash washrooms. I have changed 3 pg's before and this is the best one.

Owner behaviour is utterly ridiculous, I have not been there, jst call the owner to understand the price and facilities offered by pg, his tone of talking was so arrogant and asked to call him after an hour, just imagine if he talks to anyone who is jst calling for an enquiry, dn what will be his way of behaviour who is already staying there.
Don't go to this pg
