Reasonable price.they have altered the place.now it as parking facility, dining capacity at time for 200 peoples, reception hall can accommodate 400 peoples.it as 10 rooms.to stay

Nice place to co duct functions. Spacious, amole rooms. Dining on second floor, has lift. Dining hall can accommodate more than100 people at a time.

Attended a marriage good location for a small group of people. Parking spaces limited due to growth in the area

Good for a small marriage/functions. Very limited parking available. As it is located in residential area, it has many restrictions between 10pm - 6am.

This place is in the most inaccessible place. Only 1 car can drive through in these lanes and no parking space at all.

To top it up, this place is in a slum, expect people to get rough with you.

Nice place.but was not cleaned by the staff, too many spider webs, dust, looks like they hadn't cleaned nor dusted properly before letting it out for rent.

The Hall is located inside residential locality, Parking space here is very less, So I don't recommend bringing your car while attending functions here. It's better to come here by 2 wheeler or public transport or cab.
The hall is spacious enough for 100-200 people at once and not for large grand weddings.

Very decent & homely traditional chowltry with all facility in one building
capacity of >500 having 3 floors of which first is main event hall, second is accommodation & viewing gallery with 5 rooms on each left & right side. Third is the Dining Hall with Lift. Nice Front Elevation with decorative style pillar & domes. Lord Ganesh a temple is inside chowltry. Wide vehicle parking of upto 22cars in front stairs of chowltry within compound. Generator of 30KVA is available to meet at power failure.
Following are strict condition since it is in the middle of sarrounding residential area:
1) No Nadashwaram & Tabala Vadhyam
between 10pm to 6am
2) No Pooja customs celebrations betwn
10pm to 6am
3) No permission Live Music Party
concert is allowed during Reception/
Wedding function
If it is done Chowtry Booking will be
cancelled

It was a good experience, but no hot water coming on rooms, otherwise cleaning maintenance is very good

Basement parking, dining hall at second floor, Wedding Hall at Ground Floor and lift facility are the highlights.

Good conversational Hall and even now parking is available but it will suitable only for 1000 members

Big function hall with 12 rooms spacious situated in subramanya nagar adjacent to Malleswaram and Rajajinagar area.
Rent is reasonable. It is surrounded by residential area.

Good hall for performing functions. Big dining hall seating 200 guests at a time.
Wish there were enough rest rooms for guests.

Usual party hall types. The parking is limitrd may be about 10 cars in the basement. Beyond that you have to park on the road side caysing a massive road block on the very narrow road which can only allow one car. The street is wide enough for two cars however our good Samaritans have parked bikes, sometimes on both sides making it too narrow for a singke car.

Very nice location. Only thing the approach road is small. Hall and facility are good. Rate is reasonable. It suits all middle class families. VALGHA VAIAGHAM VALGHA VALAMUDAN.

A decent kalyana mantapa in subramanyanagar. Parking is also available here. It is located near Canara Bank Bus stop and very easy to identify the place. To reach this place, buses are available from majestic.
