Poorly maintained rooms. The mainobby entrance smells of open sewers and the rooms smell of urine. Toilets are unclean and stained. Rooms are dusty, dirty and cobwebs everywhere. Is this supposed to be the great sringeri mutt's holy accommodation? Far from it.

The only problem here is lack of online booking and frequent cleaning of rooms. Affordable prices. Very near to Temple

We were blessed to have got rooms with windows facing the temple in third floor, and what a great view it was. Only inconvenience was that as it as an old building there was only one plug point. Hot water is supplied at a particular time in the morning, as they have to cater to so many devotees. Lift facility is there and it is a 24 hour checkout place, also they have cloak room kind of place to keep one’s luggages if they want to visit the temple a need a safe place to keep their luggages. General parking is there around 250 meters from here (on the banks of the river)

The rooms for visitors are decent. Though they lack ambience, it is good for stay, especially when you are on a visit to the holy shrines in Sringeri. Hot water for bath is available in the room from 5.30 am to 7.30 am.

The building is ok but rooms & services is very worst.
Toilet is too smelly,
The bed and pillow cover was very dirty with oil stains, so i won't suggest anyone to stay in this Mutt. Mirror was not clear and washbasin was not clean.

Just opposite temple Rajagopuram. Large and spacious rooms coupled with dresser and toilets. 4 persons can stay comfortably. However, only two single cots provided. Additional plastic mats provided on request.

This used to be a fantastic place for accommodation, better than every other such places in Sringeri. But now, it seems like it has gone down in terms of every aspect. Rooms are definitely not clean, cob webs could be seen hanging on the walls, untidy bathrooms and windows smeared of a lot of dust. Definitely, the administration of this tavern has to look upon.

On the caution note, If you are more than 2 people occupying a double bed room, remember to carry extra blankets with you, as they wont provide extra blankets or pillows. Hot water taps never dispense hot water, no matter whatever the time. And the front desk simply doesn't care. If you can afford to stay at other private places, don't choose to stay here

The building is ok but rooms & services is too pathetic.
Toilet is too smelly, cocoroches cames out from toilet to room!
The mattress quality (bed) is worse. Hence i don't suggest anyone to stay in this Mutt.
Entrance itself is not maintained properly. Cow dug is the problem. The mirror near the washbasin in not cleaned & its too dirty so that i couldn't see my face properly!

Nice rooms are available. If u have more luggage in your hand u can keep in this place but some charges u have to pay. Rooms are available at lower cost.

Economical. Neat. Divine. Hot water service required for sandya performers around 5pm. Rooms for a group can be given within same floor.

To book your stay in sringeri, first goto temple administration office which is opposite of this with your aadhar card. We got 1 room with 2 beds for Rs 300. Free Food provided by temple inside the temple compound. Lunch and dinner willbe provided for free for all visitors. For breakfast you can goto Maruthi Tiffin center which is very close the temple gate.

Room: well maintained and tidy. Bathrooms are also very clean. Hot water was also available from 5: 30AM. Affordable prices.

We stayed at 2 Bed room - Rs. 400.

No breakfast available. So, need to go outside for the food. But hotels are available very close So no issues.

Hotel is 50m away from Temple.

People managing this property are falsely saying that all rooms are booked & setting up with local lodge brokers in order make some money.
I have seen only 25% percent rooms lights ON. I felt so bad about this practice & felt like not visiting this place again.

Spacious and clean rooms with economical price, it is very nearer to the temple. They provide hot water only from 6 to 9 AM.it would be better if they provide facility to book this accommodation online

Very good Tavern (chatra) for the bhakts visiting Sharadambe temple. It has decent accommodation, cleanliness is good, pricing is very pocket friendly.

ಶರದಾಂಬೆ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುವ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ದ್ಗರ್ಮಛತ್ರ. ಇದು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ, ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ & ಅನೂಕೂಲಗಳು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿದೆ, ಬೆಲೆ ಕೂಡ ಅತೀ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ‌

Very economical, clean twin and family room. Indian toilet, hot water on demand. Opposite temple. Allotment on arrival near car park.

Money minded peoples. They have increased their charges and only the person who has high influence gets the room as per his requirements.

Could have been better if a wash basin is there in the toilet. Hot water needs to be obtained before 7.30 am. Basic facilities only.

Smelly rooms. Looks like not cleaned for ages. We just wanted freshen up before bording the bus there to bangalore. Got a room. Bathroom is smelling very bad. Also doesn’t look like cleaned. Agree it’s cheap. But cleaning is a basic things to have.

Requesting temple management to maintain basic cleanness in the rooms.

Building is ok, but maintenance is pathetic. It's located right opposite to the temple, that's the only positive thing about it. The damp smell of mold formed on walls, mosquitoes, bed bugs and "holier than you" attitude of the management give enough reasons for me to avoid this place. They are bringing a bad name to our Sringeri math and temple.

Rooms are available on first come first serve basis. Single or multiple people can keep luggage (non valuable things) in luggage room for free for a day. Good staff. Jai Guru Deva
