Sri Durga Lodge

Recently stayed in this hotel @ shimoga for 2 days to attend a marriage & some other functions.
Though it is a very old hotel it's well maintained & the service is very good, ample space for car parking, & attached vegetarian restaurant

Comfort for family vey nearby to railway station and ksrtc bus stand walkable, The restaurant is also good

Although the lodge does not offer any in-house dining options, it is situated in a foodie's paradise, with several local restaurants and cafes located within walking distance

Really superb to stay here. Well maintained rooms. Comfortable stay at reasonable cost. Parking lot available. Nice area and happening places of Shimoga in reachable distance. Responsive staff and overall good quality stay.

Please don't stay in this hotel if you want to meet mosquitoes Mosquitoes and lizards come here don't waste your time and money both i don't no who is the owner of this i will suggest to stay one night here it's 3 AM but no sleep

Single bed are Small rooms. Old building.
High cost.
This first time I am seeing old building with high cost.
People are coming here only because of car parking facility.
Do not waste money here

Place is in center of shimoga. Looks like they have revamped rooms recently so it was clean and old fashioned. I liked it and felt nostalgic.
Its like mysore's dasprakash.
