Pg is avg not upto mark they give very pathetic food and has no proper electicity back up cannot play songs also only they care about their money the worst pg i have ever seen
Worst PG i everseen in my life don't join this PG at any cost 1.food is not good 2. They will not return your advance also when you leaving they tell different rules 3. PG rent also more 4. Washing machine makes your clothes dirty 5. If you using lift i will stuck in between 6. No nearby shops
I'm staying here from almost a year. The maintenance is not that much bad but one of our hostel mate lost his bicycle. They won't provide vehicle parking inside the building.
They provides three times food daily. The food is average. Good thing is theses are individual rooms with attached bathrooms. In Whitefield 75% of pg's are of apartment type it is uncomfortable stay with 5-9 person. The information is regarding new building of Sri Durga pg for gents where as in old one is apartment type.
It's costs 6000-8500 depends on the type of sharing we opt (3-1). A security of 3000 need to be paid. While vacating the pg amount will be refunded with 2000/- (deduction- of 1000/- as maintainace charge per year). An individual need to inform at least a month before leaving or else they won't return the security deposit (many fails to inform).
Rooms filled with cockroaches, food is horrible. Bathroom very small without light. Food smells due to poor quality. No subscription in TV.wifi is horrible. Beds are having bedbugs
The stay is obviously not the best I had. But it is not all negative too. The only reason most of the people live in this PG or this area is because it becomes a little tidy to reach the office in the morning without all the fuss. The management is not friendly, specific food time tables - never changed until you become total sober, the rooms come with less ventilation or rather no ventilation. The lift gets a breakdown every month.
Worst pg ever. No bike parking inside building. Food is not good, you will get watered dal as curry everyday. Even for 4 sharing thay will ask 6000. Washing machines will make your dresses more dirty.
Guys don't join in this PG, they wont give the advance amount when you're vacating, lot of problems in PG, water problem, worst quality food, irresponsible management if you're saying one complaint or issue they wont bother at all, and also they wont give back the advance amounts,
when you're joining they say lot of amenities like GYM, power backup, WiFi, washing machines (world worst machines only 2 machines for the whole PG that too in very critical condition) **above mentioned amenities nothing was there in PG
Lots of cockroaches everywhere, washing machines are not working properly, food quality is also not good, sometimes u will find cockroaches in ur meal too. It's very disgusting thing Better pgs in kundanhalli search there.
Worst food, and the maintenance was too worst you can't have hygienic atomposhere where it will like a messed up place totally the washing machines and wifi facility were worst and doesn't work will have frequent repairs
A good PG with well painted and organized rooms. Food is manageable. Also provides CC cameras for every floor and facilitates lift provision. Wifi is provided for every floor and speed is ok, and 2 washing machines are available in the terrace. Costs around 5.5k -6k for 3 sharing and 7-7.5k for 2 sharing.
Friendly advice don't take this PG. Within a month u will get irritated. Very Poor management. Food facility is average, power backup very worst, but they will come to collect rent 1st week of every month, they will not care about our concerns and all.
