Sri Durgamba Travels

Very bad experience. Bangalore to Ampar Route no A, 14th Feb 2023.
Before arriving in Ampar,  they changed buses four times.
They arranged local bus from Shimoga.
Passengers won't be a concern to them.

One of the horrible travels. No proper seating, its not punctual. No proper tagging of the baggages. Never ever ever travel in this travels.

The bus was on time. The drive drove the bus smoothly. It was very comfortable ride. Reached on time.

If you cancel your ticket and wait for the refund which would never happen. You have to write 1000 emails for refund and no response from anybody. The phone number given in the ticket is not answered.

Very bad experience. Bangalore to mantralaya route no 51. Drivers behavior very poor. 29th of December. Very dirty behavior of driver and assistant. They can't reason properly. Pls update mr. Anil chatra.

Savitha and lobo their operator is adamant and calls 1 hr prior to inform cancelled status and thinks she can escape …
The Kundapur operator is not responding …

I booked tickets from murdeshwara to banglore for 8: 10 & he came 7: 30 before 40 mins & forcing me to come fast & also saying within 10 mins if you are not coming i am going away
Because we didn't eaten food also
Then he stopped bus & then i asked him can i eat tiffen or bot but he didn't replied also how worst this is
And then when we are eating tuffen that too within 5 mins he started bus & saying this is not tourist bus you booked & saying something bad in his language & this is disgusting & i want to complaint about this & alao other driver he came near to me & he thinks he is yash in kgf & coming & talking overly that is very cheap & i don't want to leave this issue & i want to make this as orime example for others to know about theese cheap things

Not safe for women, not safe for kids. They are not on time at least 1-2 Hrs delay from the time they mention in the ticket. If you cancel the ticket all your money is gone whatever they show in the cancellation window will never be refunded.be careful before booking the tickets.

Travels is good but they don't give stop for toilet.and they don't stop at any of the petrol pumps for washroom for ladies.pls make the arrangements for this kinds of issues.

If you are planning to book this travel please read this review carefully.
I have booked this travel for gokarna tour. Actually suppose to pick on silk board but driver called and he was not able tell exact pick up point.and he didn't waited even for 5 mins. I called so many times to the driver but he didn't even picked the call. There is no charging point at bus. I recommend please avoid these travel.

Excellent Buses, comfortable seating& sleeping berths.almost all buses seem New.timely systematic departures& arrivals.overall very good services seen, worthy

Good travel experience. Route number 19 banglore to Udupi 6937 vehicle no good driver. Set the driver to route number 16 bcz of i m weekly once travel to Whitefield.

Worst experience in this bus. No seat seat covers for the sleepers. Rain water has entered inside and a foul smell is emerging out from this. Non cooperation from bus staff regarding this complaint. Charging expensive price without any service. This complaint will be raised in Transport Department

No proper pickup time, 1.30 hours late drop as per compare which shown in abhi bus app, No clean. Totally it not worth of paying money

1500 rs ticket and i travelled from Udupi to Bangalore! My first sleeper bus experience and it was a nightmare. DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS! IT WAS DISGUSTING. The curtains were torn n DIRTY. SEATS WERE FILTHY…. COCKROACHES roaming around you…How is one supposed to sleep in these conditions. No pillow or sheets given.gave me a pillow when asked…coz i wouldn’t keep my head on that bed! Attaching pictures if u dnt believe me! Also boarding eas at 8.35 but they kept calling me to come early.only one rest stop.no food stops.just one stop and he said its a washroom stop…when i came back n asked abt food stop.he sd this is food stop itself…n said we hv another 15 mins.so i went to eat something…in next 5 mins he was honking and i cudnt finish my food!

Worst experience ever with route no 21 Bangalore to Dharmasthala. What kind of service do you provide? Your booking rates are high and the kind of service you provide is pathetic especially for ladies.why can't you stop the bus near a proper area with good washroom facilities.how can you expect girls and ladies to use such unhygienic washrooms.atleast stop near an area with good facilities.we are ok if it's paid service.horrible and worst experience ever

Error in dropping points. I cancelled my train and booked this bus from Dharmastala to Whitefield (ROUTE 21 9th may 11: 55pm pickup). But morning i came to know it doesn't go to Whitefield. Wasted my money in cab.

Delayed by 3 hours. Not worth the price as we had to miss the important event due to this delay

I booked their bus. They took longer than the specified time and didn't drop me to the promised location. This caused me inconvenience.

One of the worst experiences I have had in recent times. I had booked tickets in 2+1 sleeper for my Father and my 2 kids who were accompanying him from Manipal to Bengaluru.
- Departure time was 9.50 pm. We were called and told to be at destination by 9.30 pm.
- Bus arrived @ 10.20 pm.
- Upon arrival the driver announces the bus will be changed as it's getting faulty.
- The bus started from Manipal, but was docked in Udupi for the next half hour in wait of replacement
- The replacement bus was a very old Bus.seats were torn (not exaggerating).
By now couple of people walked off from their tickets/seats saying this is just undone.
- Bus breakdown at Ghati where the driver announces he doesn't hav spare tire. The wait for spare tyre starts.
- After about 1.5hrs and sheer luck of getting spare from another bus driver, started making way to Bengaluru.

This is atrocious. Especially when you hav sent kids with their grandparents, paying Sri Durgamba the premium price for tickets. @sridurgambatravels pls give me an official number or ID where I can lodge a formal complaint.

Such a worst driver and travels, this bus has hit a person and went like nothing, he dint even seen the behind how victim is, we dint even seen a such monsters in bangalore, please dont even try to get into this travels, please dont go with this travels.

It's not a passenger bus service, but rather lools like a cargo truck service.
They filled all the remaining seats with huge heavy sacks of God knows what! The seat above me and both seats in front of me were filled with these sacks such that they repeatedly kept falling over me throughout the journey.
One of the sacks fell on me and broke the curtain railing as you can see in the photos.
Pathetic service!

Bus from Bangalore to Gokarna reaches by 9am. More preference given to Luggages/Goods than to Travellers.

Updates: No proper coordination and information given to passengers. I had to book tickets in this bus on 05.01.2022 having no option to travel, as another useless bus Operator Cancelled the service to Gokarna on last minute. Boarding point was selected as Singasandra and driver also called and confirmed for pick at Singasandra and was told to be there on time, but he left without picking us up and was told that I would be picked up by another bus and will be dropped at Jayanagar 4th Block. Had luggages and was very difficult to hop on between buses.

Stopped at Jayanagar Near Kamat Hotel for 45 mins for loading of goods.

And bus was stopped for a hour after Nelamangala for some repair work, which should have been taken care before boarding the passengers and not during travel, which delays to reach to the destination.

People pls pls pls pls pls avoid travelling by this service, who never cares for passengers rather giving importance to luggages/goods/non-maintenance of buses.

One of the worst travels I have travelled recently from Udupi to Bangalore. The Driver and Helper both arrogant attitude, I suggest this travel is not safety for single girls or families travelling.

Third rated service, not professional, after booking ticket through red bus again operator will call and ask extra money if you refuse to pay travel agent will canceled ticket, totally worst service pnr 654020 if we have options to give rating below 1 I will give in minus only my personal opinion is that totally unprofessional

Travelling from bangalore to Byndoor, wasting time, engaged in unethical practice, non pick point loading some flower bag luggage around at 12: 30AM like goods vehicle, irresponsible time pick up

From Blore to Kundapur via halady better Go with New SRI TOURIST. BEST facility.
I don't prefer this Sri Durgamba anymore. Careless staff & office members. No respect for passengers. We are regular passengers from more than 10 years and can't bear them further. Recently driver fought with us for coming exact time. According to him we shd be there before 30 min it seems Today they shifted my seat without my knowledge.also not ready to change eventhough I told them I'm travelling with my baby. Very careless staff and office members.

One of the best and reliable transportation for Coastal Karnataka and it has many pick up point all over Bengaluru.

Driving is very rash. Driver is not thinking about ppl lives he just want overtake other buses nd reach early. Please stop ur service or instruct drivers drive properly otherwise definitely ppl wil lose their lives in these kind if driving

This is one of the worst buses to travel.they don't care about the customers safety.they keep increasing the prices as per their wish.to make more money they keep putting such buses on the routes which have to be repaired.instead of just sending the bus empty they want to make money so they put in passengers and make money out of it and because the buses are faulty they keep breaking down on the way and then u have to change buses mid way.please don't opt for this bus ever.

Wish there was -5 rating to give here. Worst service. Worst service in whole of Karnataka. Will never book with Shri Durgamba again. Bus cancelled and some random bus provided. I was made to get down at 4AM in the middle and neither bus staff nor Durgamba office cared. Please dont book with Shri Durgamba. Driver says ask office, office says as the driver. Better shut down your service if you cannot manage. This is a warning to people not to book with these guys ever. I don't care to review any service usually. But the experience was so horrible that I am forced to write this.

Worst bus, driver left almost 8 passenger in the mid way when they got out for tea break, they were least bothered to check whether they are in or not. Such a negligence attitude.

Nice staff in office but bus has rest stop at a expensive hotel where bus staff get some free food route D down

I am rating single star because there is no option to rate NEGATIVE here. Worst experience that me and my friends had during the travel from Moodabidri to Bengaluru.
The drivers and other associate will treat the passengers like dogs. As if we are travelling free of cost. They don't even give time to unload our luggage during dropping due to which I lost 2 bags in bus.
If the concerned person checks this review, they can call me. My journey date was 30th April and seat number was A, A5,6,7,8 from moodbidri to BLR. Dropping point was Hebbal.

Please am begging all passenger don't book Sri Durgamba bus to travel, no cleanliness, no air way, too safageting situation, we feddup with bus, no propar timeing at all, rough driving, bus driver and cleaner also very rood no safety in this all Sri durgamba bus, once again am requesting with all of you please please please.

Plz don't ever book ticket in this bus-Route no 21, they simply show in online the bus service available and we booked it and later while travel time arrived the bus conductor told the ticket we booked is occupied by other lady.this is the worst experience.then we booked another ticket and travelled in sugama travels.
If service is not available plz remove from online. Again their office people don't know how to handle customer problem, so switched off their office mobile number.

Never book ticket for Sri Durgamba. We book tickets for Sri Durgamba P-Down bus. Bus Departure timing was 8: 30. We reached location before that only, Bus didn't come. We waited till 1: 00 o clock night. We were keep on calling there phones, but that was switched off. After 12.30 some one picked the phone and he said bus driver was boozed and he caught by police.and they seized the bus.and they didnt provide any alternative bus for us.so we suffered alot that say.

Well used bus service, Intercity commutes made easy & reasonable; good frequency; sleeper coaches comfortable

At present the service is good. Very good drivers. Clean bus. Safety is much more important than timings. My first choice Sri Durgamba. Excellent. Thanks.

Not punctual and contact information also not proper.worst experience by booking seat in this travels.drivers will not follow punchual route.

Driver & conductor [route N down starting Bengaluru on 5th Jan 19 - seat 7 upper single berth] did not stop the bus at the requested place, despite being informed thrice at Bengaluru, Mangaluru & Saligrama]. They gave vague reply. Not recommended for peaceful journey. Poor services!

Worst bus ever.we opted for our convenient bus pick up location. These stupid people didn't stop there and left us.when we called they asked us to come to some other locations which was 16 kms away from us. These people wede extremely rude. Their office phone number is also not in use so even if you want you cannot contact them. Don't go for this bus.

If there was a negative scale, I would give that to them. Very bad customer interaction.
For booking the last sleeper seats in the bus, they gave us seats which could fit one only person and told 2 of us to adjust in it. And the bed spreadsheets weren't included in the seat. By the way, we had paid 750 RS per person to travel from udupi to bangalore.

Not worthy traveling in this bus. Interiors are worst possible. Bedsheets and curtains are dirty n faded out. Very much disappointed.

Not good seats in ac buses and no blanket and pillow is checked weather its ther or not in Bangalore to mangalore buses.
