Gujuri bus, bangalore to mantralaya bus very bad experience completely two day up and down my life's worst journey ever.

I booked for lower sleeper seat but sri durgamba travels gave me upper seat which is not comfortable.
Service of Sri dutgamba travels is worst.

The chaos of Sri Durgamba bus crews is that the bus stops my wife and children on the street because it does not come on time.

There was a situation where my wife and children could not get a bus and slept at the Majestic bus stand. This situation should not happen to anyone.

Vehicle No: KA-51 AA 6938 booked on 14sept 23.the worst guys.didn't allow to travel to booked destination in ticket.on same bus.lazy driver wanted change bus in udupi.eventhough bus is in proper condition.he made to change bus of around 10 people to different bus which didn't have vacant seats.they charge more money for tickets (more than 1500 per ticket) but worst service.also they load illigal commercial load on the bus top.make us to wait every now and then for loading and unloading it all customers should complain against these.otherwise it'll be a hobby for them

Today Sri Durgamba Travels from Bhatkal to Bangalore left me as there was heavy rainfall in bhatkal as I requested to wait for 10 mins, he went without picking me very rude behavior and worst service

Pick up point miss the passenger.and laying conducter and driver

One of the bus and conductor I never saw in my life If ur doing same again and again u will easily loss customers

Worst bus! Paying 1300 rs from kundapura to banglore.
Do not book this tickets for more than 700rs
This is the worst bus i ever travelled.

We took the bus from calicut to kollur and had a bad experience. It doesn't come to calicutcity and picks people from highway at midnight. It starts from kottayam. There is no safe waiting place at this odd hour. Though the buswas to comee at 12 it came at 1.30 in night. It reached kundapura delayed by more than an hour and kept quiet. On asking why they are waiting, they said we have to board another bus after 15-20 minutes. We went to freshen up and by the time we came back, the other bus had left saying thta they can't wait for the 5 minutes we were delayed while we were expected to wait much longer for the other bus. Given the exhorbitant charge of rs 1200, this kind of service is a shock! Don't take this travels!

Worst service. Dont have a charging point n staff is so irresponsible n careless. KSRTC s better then this

Upper berth experience was horrible. Tough hours. Was unable to sleep in the overnight journey.

Good things are: staff are nice, they call before the journey and ensure that we board the bus.

Bus is very good.driver Sachin n jayant good.but Driver Harish is not good and not supported to passanger.

Worst bus service.they asked people to change bus at mid night.and boarded us to some local bus. With extra trip time added. After boarding local bus they even stopped to fill fuel.having very hard time.and writing this review from fuel station
