Booked etios for 4 days/3 nights and travelled to udupi, murudeshwar, mookambika and sringeri. Very good service. Professional approach. Appreciate their driver Mr. Palak kumar and also their booking process and response system. Vehicle is in good condition.

Very bad customer service. Very rude managers. They will tell you it is not possible to go places and the manager will call and fight with you arguing they are right.

Very worst operator. I did not see this type of operator in India. I am also a tour agency operator. I booked the traveller AC on a 2 day trip. And also make the 50% amount in advance 4 days before. On the day of boarding they give 20 seater non AC vehicle. After that we contact the SRI KATEEL TOURS they told traveller was not available. After that for AC if u want to pay additional amount. At last minute we can't do anything. We paid the extra amount then start the trip. For this trip I got the itinerary, trip quotation and advance receipt also. It a very bad experience

Booked an Innvova cab for our family trip in and around mangalore from 3rd december to 7 th decemeber. Mr. Suresh driver accompained us and patiently took us to all places. Cab was in good condition.

Absolute unprofessional service.unfortunately, I can't give negative star but limit myself to one star. I have booked for an Innova for four days from Mangalore to Horanadu, Sringeri, Udipi, Dharmasthala etc.for which I have received the confirmation by SMS w.r. T.price as well. Once the trip started, driver informs me that he need to drop one location or I need to pay extra money of Rs. 2 per km. It went worse when I spoke to owner Prashant Kateel who threatened to cancel the trip if I don't pay the demanded extra amount middle of no where on highway.

With respect to your reply, I have your mail and SMS which is proof that the itinerary is fixed. It's you but not me who has changed the route. If it is not your mistake, why did you call me so many times and requested me to delete my review? Time for introspection.

Best tour & travel agencies in Mangalore. They have a wide range of vehicles for hire and for self-driving as well. Feasibility of customising your place of visits. Prices are fair enough and reasonable. Plan well in advance if you are of a larger group. You can also reach out to them on WhatsApp.

I took a Mini Bus Ac on rent for 3 days to travel to and fro from Mangalore to Jog falls and Gokarna We were around 19 members and the vehicle condition was very good. The driver was also very cooperative. They charged Rs 33,800 for this trip. This was an enjoyable and safe journey and this was an excellent service.

Travelled first time in this travel one can happily be with them. Well decipline driver alloted bheemaji and taken to good devotional places, pilikula zoo park beach us with utmost care as their parents

Overall a good experience marred by non refund of excess paid and not having received the invoices after numerous fall-ups.

Recently during May, I along with 8 other sr.citizens visited Mangalore and availed their services for our visit to various places. As per our request we were picked from the railway station. The services provided including the driver, condition of vehicle etc were very good. On our request we were also dropped at the station for boarding our next train. Good Service. They are active on WhatsApp to answer all queries. I had booked a cab from Mangaluru to Kabaka Puttur. Had no issues at all.

We planned for short visit to Sree Kshtra Udupi from Mangalore and engaged m/s Kateel travels for commute. The vehicle was upkept and Driver was very good and punctual.

There’s no coercion or obligation to write this review as this my decisive urge to give this agency an eminent rating. As a newbie to the city it was difficult for me to plan a vacation with my friends. I got suggested by a native to opt their services. With my constraint budget and ignorance, this was the best thing to do. And best part is I didn’t get manipulated!

Decent service but less accountability

I have booked my trip six weeks before the travel date but was provided the driver details after I have boarded the flight. These guys are notoriously lazy and stupid. And their response to every query is "server is slow sir".

They have provided me a driver who tried to exploit our nicety at every turn. He skipped trips and assigning parts of trip to another driver midway. And finally he also skipped few locations from the proposed itinerary. When we tried to talk to "Kateel travels" about the misappropriations, he kept sidelining his responsibilities and asked us to talk to driver.

Beware of these guys. Don't try to be nice with them. Prepare to be harsh with them if they try to skip itinerary. Don't expect much from travels, because they only take your money but leave the trip responsibility entirely on driver and you.

Excellent service and reasonable charges. Driver Mr Bhimaraj is very good. You can enjoy your trip without any problem. Cab is good. Overall very prompt. Please recommend this Sri Kateel Tours & Travels to your friends as i have done. On 26th December to 29th December i was there in Gokarna , jog falls, Murudeshwara

We had excellent experience with Sri Kateel taxi. Our driver Mr Harish was very good, polite and was like at our guide. Vehicle was in good condition. Booking experience was also good. Communication was very good through WhatsApp and via email. No complaints, thanks.

Average service and a little unprofessional

We have booked a 6night, 7days temple tour from Mangalore. The driver skipped few places from planned itinerary. And the travels representative has sidelined the issue, asking us to discuss with the driver.

They don't solve your issues and only care for your money.

Recently booked a vehicle for a trip, nice coordination from Mr. Prashanth sir and the drivers are all well propositional trained person, we can go blindly as they can arrange everything and guide you for your whole trips.

We, a group of 8 persons, had hired a Tempo Traveller from Sri Kateel Tours & Travels for 6 days from Mangaluru to Bangaluru. The vehicle was in very good, clean and neat condition with AC working perfectly. The Driver - Bhima Raj was fantastic, he was totally tech savvy and also helped us to show various places on the way to our journey. He was a very safe and reliable driver. On the top of all this, the Owner Mr. Prashant was also very generous, courteous and co-operative. He accommodated our small additional requests without grumbling and it was a pleasurable journey throughout. Would surely approach him for all my future Southern Tours. Highly recommended.

Horrible service. Never book their service.

I was given a quotation for a pickup and drop service to and fro at 7k INR. After the pickup was completed and we paid the amount in full we were told that 7k is only one way and we have to pay additional 7k + GST for return journey. This amount was not mentioned in their quotation. Please do not book by looking at their Quote as they do not have a basic understanding of how a Quotation works and only cheat customers.
