Hospital staff and doctors are very good and dedicated, among them one person in the O. P. D department Ms. Radhika nurse treats very well with the positive words which helps the patient to overcome their disease and recover soon.

From past 4 months my sister having bad experiences with this hospital. They are not providing good health services and doctors availability it's not there. I would suggest dont admit any patients here. Old Krishna seva hospital is different from present management. It's really very bad.

Hospital staffs from doctors, nurses to ward boys all are very dedicated. Among them the one who stands tall is, dressing nursing staff Sister RADHIKA, who treats patients has her own, from her words only many patients recover well very quickly. She is nightingale of Sri krishna sevashrama hospital. Bangaluru.

I was shocked to know that as a hospital they are not willing to take responsibility of a patient and expect us to be present at night or arrange an attendant for the patient. Does that mean that a person who has no close friends or relatives who can stay with the patient at night the hospital the staff tells me that we cannot take responsibility! Why call it a hospital then.its more of an understaffed clinic.

Here I'm satisfied only with the nursing staff and doctors apart for that
- the hospital management is worst they don't allow even one attender with the pt not in OP or in IP, they simply mention visiting hours on pass but later it'll b scrached by the watchman
- coming to billing part here staffs doesn't know how to handle the pts they just make us wait or roam here and there they cnt even give proper information on call also. May be they don't know that there is word called politeness they just be in their own world.
- Pharmacy I don't have any problem kindly provide them another system as they are using single system it's getting delayed.

Overall just because of the maintenance department it was a bad experience.

I went for regular injection only, but night shift doctor and sister they simply started to check fever and BP which was not required and charged necessary pls Avoid this hospetal

Patience less doctor with rude behaviour

Every time she ll come 30 to 45 mins late and she will make complete hurry burry consultation.

Neither she will listen to Patients issues Nor she ask what is the issue. But she will shout on patients if patient ask any query or information.

Visited this hospital when my wife suddenly got low back pain. I was asked to meet the orthopedic there (Dr. Jagdish prabhu, FRCS). It was just divine. He is so courteous and took so much time to explain us. Excellent treatment.
To consult such a doctor elsewhere would have cost a fortune. I can think of many things which might not upto standard, but what is important is the doctor consultation. If that's perfect everything else takes a back seat.

Pathetic, hospital itself scam.they take money do x ray, even after paying they say according to hospital rules we can't give x ray to us and ask us to take photo if we want. Money minded, cost of treatment will be more compared to other hospitals

Pathetic nursing services. Staffs are not experienced, not responsible, don’t have proper nursing skills, confused and don’t bother about patients careness. They work as if it’s a government hospital. They always try to put blame on patients rather then correcting themselves. Try to avoid this hospital unless you have shortage of money

Hospital was good. In that staff are more responsible and more responding. My special thanks to Dr Pradeepa, she is excellent, she tries 99% to do normal delivery. Overall good knowledgeable and obediently nature.

I have never faced problems with the staff in fact they are really nice and got good treatment and right diagnostic and doctors are empathetic. I am unsure why there are so many negative comments.

I had a very bad experience, I particularly asked Hepatalogist availability they said yes and asked me to get consultation with surgeon and after consulting he is telling me to take consultation with concerned specialists after paying money once again, seriously if they doesn't know why they are sitting in reception,

I request everyone not to visit this hospital i had been there for some health issues but they don't lesson what is my health issues they started telling that i have to get admitted after getting admitted doctor don't visit properly they told me to buy medicines for 5000rs that also i did and later on they started telling that i should get shifted to ICU bcz they want to make money only for ICU it's 25000rs doctors are so worst they don't have to time to talk with patient all are money minded nurse and staff so worst they do not even give respect. I saw one of the nurse was blackmailing someone that if she don't get medicine she will shift to ICU at the time of midnight 12 o clock when I was getting discharged i have to return remaining medicines but 2 bags was missing which may cost 3000rs so be careful when you get medicine. Plz don't ever visit this hospital

Pathetic service.they treat patients as if they are treating for free. Govt hospitals are much better than this hospital. Nurses, ward boys are so lethargic.will never attend aged patients on time. Poorly maintained hygiene, wards have cockroaches, bed bugs and what not!
They will suck your money, patience. I suggest people to not get admitted to this hospital. Don't risk life's.worst nursing staffs, ward boys.it's just like entering the HELL!

Pathetic experience. First of all, there is no proper communication, maximum number of people don't know the regional language kannada. The staff's behavior is extremely rude. They don't convey things properly. Pls don't keep this as an option. You'll find better hospitals for free.

Blood test department is horrible they
are not providing correct guidelines they are misguiding yesterday staff members after having breakfast after 2 hours they take blood test but now they are telling after 5 hours oly they will take blood test

It's really worst, first the nurses they are so irresponsible to attend the patient or keep check on them, then comes there rules they just make run around. As of the communication or Eq level is so bad, one cannot expect any fast response, even worse when it comes to old people, first comes the money. They don't treat the accident case's at time just for money. They would leave patient unattended at night times, the night shift people will just doze off. They don't ask ur opinion or the process the patient has to undergo.

Worst service…. Nursing staffs services are pathetic.they clearly lack knowledge, communication.
Bunch of unprofessionals. Poor hygiene. But they don’t forget to let you out of hospital before looting your money.
They don’t deserve one star also
