Sri Kumaran Children’s Home Composite Junior College

This is the worst college that could possibly be, like the teaching staff is not at all good if u by chance score less marks evryone will be pressuring you so much and teachers are very rude to students.
So better to look for some other college as it doesn't have proper competitive preparation.

This college is very great for Pre University education. The labs are well maintained. The Teaching and non teaching staff are kind and helpful. They are now starting to coach for other competitive exams (only for this college students). The best part is almost all the teachers are well versed in local language and english. It does help when students don't understand in english. They help out in kannada. I have seen many pu colleges they all run behind profits or do not have quality teaching. This is one of the few colleges focused on educating rather than profit.

Mobile phones are not allowed. The age of students who study here is in a turning point of their lives. They are between Adulthood and teenage. This college creates a perfect environment for them to develop into a good, kind, respectful persons. I would totally recommend this college for any PU student looking for admission. They usually open just before Christmas. I am really grateful for them and wish them all the best in their goal.

I worked there as Head Department of Electronics and it is one of the best colleges in South Bangalore and I had a great time in that college Especially during the covid time the management paid salaries to all the staff members from security guard, housekeeping and and all the faculty without deducting even a single rupee, what else can we expect from a management. When some other colleges laid off the staff and deducted salaries Kumaran’s mana ensured that their staff is safe along with the students and continued with online classes and my heart felt thanks to the Principal Raviraja Bhat Sir and the Director Deepa Shridhar Mam for the support that they extended during the crisis and I’m grateful to both my Principal Sir and Director Mam. It is a great honour to work in such a wonderful institution and if I were in India I would have always loved to work there only. My special thanks to all the wonderful colleagues especially Babu Sir for his faith in me. Lokesh Sir, Pratibha Mam, Kiran Sir, Leela Mam and how can I forget my own departmental colleagues Bharati Mam, Mayaprasad Sir, Prashant Sir and my lab assistant Premkumar without whom my journey in Kumarans is incomplete and how can I forget our legendary
Dear Mother Meenakshi Balakrishnan who trusted me and appointed me as the HOD.

Don't join this college even if someone recommends it. They couldn't organize a single cultural activity in past two years. For the previous batch even farewell wasn't conducted. Even the teachers are very rude and arrogant.

Worst college in Bengaluru. I have scored 97% in SSLC exam but they denied to give seat in this college. They gave seats for many students who have scored below 80% but they won't give seats for middle class family children's. If are trying to take admission in this college then please take a politician along with you and you should be ready to pay full fees in one day. If you can't pay full fees in one day then u won't get seat in this college. Due to this college I saw my Amma (mother) crying for first time. Please I request you to not take admission in this college.

Good and decent college for pre University, the campus is small as it's in the middle of City, try the college canteen which has homely food

Postive:
1) Laboratories were excellent with good lab assistants and teachers. Many lab mock tests were given to help the students.

Negatives:
1) Did not conduct compulsory offline classes even when the government had given permission to do so.
2) No sports, cultural activities [Satvam] and even farewell for students.
3) Offline theory classes were conducted for only about 2 weeks.
3) Physics teachers were too rude and arrogant.
4) Very few examinations were conducted.

Please don't join this college even if others recommend it. It's not the same that used to be. Many qualified teachers are leaving the college.

The administrators are very rude they don’t know how to talk with students as well as parents. I was very disappointed about how the administrator spoke very rudely without any respect and too strict

2021-22,
I highly will not recommend this clg, being a student of this batch, we hardly had 1-2 weeks of offline clses, & 2 offline exams
No farewell, trips, no proper satvam nothing.
They will select you based on state / cbse
More Cbse ppl are chosen, no value for state ppl even with 93%
Need to improve a lot.but laboratories are good, good teachers, few are arrogant
That adjacent building 4 floor worst, cracks, no proper facilities, for washroom, we have to walk for main building

Don't join this college though u get recommended by others, it isn't providing the same quality it used to before because the management now is not that efficient and they are money minded. Also the campus is not that good and the fact the ground in their campus is not of any use. They don't even focus on any cultural or extracurricular activity, the teachers teach well but I'm not saying it's the best as it used to be. They have good laboratory.

Hot chair's.receiving recommended is the real focus.made too much money building total security to children.

A nice college in Bangalore south. Road to Kumarans is narrow with vehicles parked on either side & students chatting on the road

Nice college. I really liked my experience here.
But it is a bit strict regarding haircut. Other than that this college is simply awesome especially the library and the labs.

Worst college campus.having very very poor seating facility under commerce section.students have to seat curved spine more than 3 to 4 hours.no proper benches.authority's sitting in a posh chair and cushioned chairs and minting money.how can an education institution except students to sit down in an uncomfortable benches.first allow students to sit comfortably and listen to the teachers lecture.then the institution can except good results.spine and brain r connected this the institution should be educated. Brainless principal and Teachers.worst than a Government colleges.
