My husband as hospitalized under Dr.manjunath. U (physician) for Hypertension, to be honest this is the best place and the Doctor is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my husband's health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every visit. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I'm very glad to thank nursing staffs, Nursing superintendent and operation manager +Insurance Mr. Kumar (very helpful towards patient) helped us with insurence issues, highly recommend this place once again thanku so much for helping my husband a speedy recover.

I had the pleasure of receiving treatment at this hospital for a urinary tract issue that required surgery. I am pleased to say that the surgery was successful and I am well on my way to a full recovery. I want to give a special shoutout to Pradyumna Kumar, who was an absolute gem of a person and took care of all my insurance requirements with ease, making the whole process much less stressful for me.

Be careful with this hospital.and NVR say that u have an insurance.they will completely wipe by giving all useless medication and increase the bill.if u want ur dear ones to be survived.plz avoid going thr.and especially dialysis patient.they use the same dialyser for multiple times.and patient gets infected here with hcv. For God sake plz.avoid this hospital.i lost my sister.bcoz of thr worst dialysis unit.

I went to this hospital on3 0 July 2022 for fever emergency in night around 11: 30 pm. One male duty doctor attended for my nephew. Eventhough nephew had fever of 100 which I measured in thermometer but in the hospital they told 98.2 normal, and gave some tablet which is totally ineffective. Next day he had again high fever, vomit n no improvement in the treatment by concerned doctor. I request Dr. Sambashiva to look into the matter very seriously for the lapse in the treatment. I wasted consultation n medicine fee Rs. 450.it's my genuine feedback. I visited your hospital earlier in kaggadasapura which is very good I can say in my personal experience. Kindly improve similar in k.r puram branch hospital also.

Very good treatment, Doctor's are more active, I had admitted to this hospital on 20.7.22 while I was unconscious due to low BP, got timely treatment during emergency and discharged within 2 hours.

Pharmacy is worst.very arrogant people. I'm doctor and I wrote prescription for my daughter as my apartment is next to lakshmi hospital.instead of ORS powder they had given ORSl tetrapack which is not recommended for any diarrhoea.when asked to return, pharmacy people r very rude. I think atleast for professionals when they approach, u should be little patience In doing.cost of tetrapack is hardly 35.cost doesn't matter.the way u treat customers wil have impact. I won't recommend this Pharmacy.and il never visit this Pharmacy anymore.highly disappointed

Today I have visited this hospital, consulted general physician as he suggested to talk with neurologist so I booked an appointment for neurologist Named Dr Girish sir is so punctual and received me so warm with humble nature, his attitude and interest towards patient was very impressive, half an hour we I had talked with him, he suggested many remedies and medications iam really happy with their service. Thank you.

I request anyone whoever is reading this please dont go this hospital at any cost. The nursing, doctors, every1 are very arrogant, they are not sensible, and they dont show reports which is highly unlikely in any hospital.like really disgusting! The doctors are not empathetic towards patients and my sister is a doctor and the inhouse doctors were so offended as my sister was asking them reports and cross questioning. And they charge really high!

Like please even if you are not concerned about money, please care about your health! The treatment is nothing! They are very very arrogant!

In this current Covid situation where every other hospital is making money, this hospital is not in money making business. It's an affordable hospital with good staff. However, do not expect free services.

They are only money minded, the doctor always says to do the tests and the reports shows like we have to get admitted, but the same test we do outside the reports will be normal and less also. And without any reason they ask us to get admitted, worst hospital. Only money minded

Gone for blood test and they don't know how to draw blood.says mine nerves are too small unable to find.but in other hospitals I found no issue.

Please don't go this hospita. I have joined wife for maternity. They have not take good.even haven't given vaccines and polio for baby after discharge they are saying they do not have stock. We will give today and tomorrow they are keep on saying like so I went another hospital and taken for my baby polio vaccine. Fully money minded hospital worst hospital for medicine also we should go another pharmacy most of the time

I don't recommend this hospital, the reason they charged me twice for consultation and showing the reports to doctor. First day i met a doctor she suggested for x-ray with out giving any treatment, second day i went with x-ray reports, hospital charged for both the days, no hospital is doing this, other hospitals give 3 to 5 days consultation free for reports

And the doctor is not experienced, i met the doctor for my Wife pain in breast, doctor wrote mammography, but in labs are not doing mammography below age 40, doctor not given any medicine before and after the tests, she said they are normal and no need to worry, i would expect this before the tests done, with symptoms she should understand the problem.

It is not a super speciality. They don't even have doctors available. Its only fit for consultation. For everything they to have call doctors from outside. Please don't get admitted.

I had bad experience. When you visit this hospital you would see rude behaviour of nurses and money minded.doctor not on time.you go for check up but you'll get more sick with the treatment they provide.
Incident "went for check up doc said to lay down she was just sitting on chair checking "facebook" when I said it's been 2 min I'm lyingdown she just came just did nothing wrote some tab which made me more sick and got allergy. " Be carefull while visiting this place.

I can't give the lower star than this. The worst emergency treatment you can ever get from. I actually doubt are they really hiring the real medical professionals or they all are fake ayaas roaming in nurse/doctors uniform. I met with a road accident and the treatment given was worse than the person who would fall from the chair. Half of the wound were not cleaned properly despite of calling and asking for it. They don't even know how to fix a cannula, my friends blood pressure was noted down even without actually recording it.forget about the emergency treatment I doubt the normal treatment now.
