I lost my mom because of their incorrect diagnosis. As all know mother is a biggest treasure in everyone's life. We lost her and could not survive her. It is just 14 days now. Please suggesting if any emergency don't visit this hospital at all. Visit someother better hospital for best treatment. Money minded no use.

WORST HOSPITAL! ONE OF THE WORST HOSPITAL LOCATED NEAR KAGADASSAPURA LOCATION. THEY ALWAYS OVER CHARGE FOR PATIENTS EVEN IT'S FEVER R COLD AROUND (2000RS). AND PEOPLE WHO ARE MIDDLE CLASS OR LOWER MIDDLE CLASS DON'T EVER VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. THEY JUST EMPTY UR POCKETS N SEND U. I HAD DOG BITE AND I HAD TO TAKE 5 RABIES INJECTION IT COSTS AROUND 409RS AND TO INJECT BY A NURSE THEY CHARGE 50RS CALLED AS (OBSERVATION CHARGES) EXTRA WHICH IS IDIOTIC THOUGHT BY MANAGEMENT. AND THEY ALWAYS SAY NO CHANGE DON'T KNOW THEY HAVE COMMON SENSE THAT DURING EMERGENCY HOW CAN A PERSON OR PATIENTS COULD BRING EXACT CHANGE DURING AN EMERGENCY. When I called to enquire about doctor, she is not bothered to answer properly and immediately she shut the phone, if this continue the owner will close this firm.

Went for breathing problem, for two hours they charged 12,000 rupees.looting money of poor people like anything.don't go this hospital the nursing staff also worst they doesn't know to give iV injection.where my hands has swollen continously for 15 days.simply they will suggest the tests which is not required at all.not at all recommended.

Hospital with no ethics and no values. It's only for Money. Don't be cheating like me No where it's a Hospital, it's the first AID clinic, there are no specialists, there are general doctors and a bunch of lazy nursing staff. Don't tell them you have insurance if you tell them they play big drama, they charge you and the insurance company. No ethics and no values They charged 150000 for K wire orthopaedic surgery which actually cost 25 to 35k. I spoke with shamaba siva MD. He is a complete money minded monster. He builds new houses with blood of patients Money. This hospital is only for money. They don't care about the patient. Total staff are a bunch of actors. Insurance madam Niramala she is an outstanding actor. She always says that Shamba siva sir is a nice person. But he Himself accepted he cheated us.
I was happy about this hospital.because My uncle required emergency dialysis we cm to hospital immediately done dialysis here thank God immediately they save ld my uncle special thanks for dialysis staff. I can suggest nay one for emergency treatment here is the best one.
Hi, My mother was suffering from UTI, We had visited Manipal, Columbia hospitals. They were just charging money & it was off no use. Finally, Just for consultation we thought we will check out Lakshmi hospital with reports given at manipal hospitals. Dr. Sambashiva, explained the conditions seriously & asked to admit for a week. Since, my mother was diabetic. They diagnosied everything using Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, Thyroid tests. For UTI they used stent & all the reports were normal. Dr. Prashanth (Nephrologist) & Dr. Manjunath took care regarding UTI. Now, she is alright & we are happy for it.
Postive Note: 1) Consultation for Dr. Sambashiva is 150 rupees, which is optimal. & For Dr. Prashanth is 1000rs.
2) Inacase if we have insurance, they charge more. But, still if we speak to Dr. Sambashiva he will reduce the amount which are not claimed in insurance.
3) Duty doctors, there will be three members like 1st, 2nd & night. Dr. Deepthi explains good & treats will. Another doctor, from north karnataka also treats good.
4) Nurses treats well, except few.
5) Insurance office lady, laboratory staff all are good.
Negative Note: 1) Receptionists females are very worst. Especially, The lady with birth mark on her nose feels like hospital belongs to her & speak.
Optimal way to deal with hospital:
1) Whatever the problem (money, treatment), speak to Dr. Sambashiva & finalize with Dr. Never ever speak or mess with receptionists & medical shop people.
I would say 3.5 stars. Need more trained staffs, especially the front desk. Not much of formalities, easy process. Still lacks high end medical equipments and some specialist doctors.
Be Alert! L Sri Lakshmi Super Hospital at Kaggadadpura. Doctors are cheating the patient by giving false update to family members. Saying he/ she will be recovered soon. Doctors are not Prompt in thier Profession. Just keep on writing the medicines, but they are giving treatmen to patient or else simply making to buy the medicines with Family members. In hospital Brought Medicines for Treament Purpose, they are returning back to Medicle shop itself. Hospital is too costly & Charging highly for. Bed Charges - Unwanted Charges.ets. Ultimately result is Zero from the Doctors.
Dr.priyadarshani is having unprofessional behavior and think patient should follow her instructions without quires. She believes in giving instructions only not a suggestion. I will nerve recommend her dur to her rude attitude. I feel she need to upgrade her & join some courses for " Human Behaviors" Rest is individual choices. May be after reading my review she improve herself.

Although hospital is good and providing good services in kaggadaspura.but their staff at pharma store has very rude and arrogant attitude, doesn't know how to talk to patients and their relatives. Went late mid night (19/02/2022 3: 30 am) to buy some medicine owing to some emergency, pharma store boy was soo unprofessional that one moment I thought to call police and fire a case on him. He got rude because I woke up him from his sleep to buy medicine, he directly said that he won't give medicine even though I given him all the required prescription. I'm not sure about his name but on slip he written his user id as Pavan. I would ask higher management to teach that guy a lesson so that such behaviour won't happen again. Such ppl are harming your hospital reputation. Hospitals are there to provide timely diagnose to the people and helping the patients / relatives in the emergencies. Such staffs make the emergency situation more worse.
This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. None of the staff is good. Neither the staff nor the doctor. They don't have even basic manner. This plac, you can't even call it a hospital. Please don't ever go to this hospital even if you are dying.
Hi, for the normal fever, cold. It's fine. But when it comes to the case of admitting in hospital, I do not have any hopes that the patient would come back home. My husband was 35 years old, covid negative. He had lung infection, for two days he was in normal ward, after he was shifted to ICU.they said nothing to worry, second floor oxygen supply is less.hence we shifted to ICU.he was treated with remdiviser injection 7 dosage. He went to ICU ward by walking, he came out only with stretcher. I lost my him.inspite of so much request, the didn't shift him to normal. They inserted the food pipe. Because it would stabilise the oxygen sp02 level they said. Later after two days they removed and told he is completely fine. Even then didn't shift him to normal ward. The very next day 8 ppl died on the ICU.one 57 years old day, 21 years old girl, followed by 45 years old lady. Seeing this my husband got panicked. Almost all the patients were collapsed but none have a damn. They are not telling the patient u ll be alright.stay strong. Mentally all are getting effected. My husband didn't have any bad habits neither smoking nor drinking. He was a strong person. But I can't msg the treatment they gave. They didn't even put trips. I don't whom to blame. My husband requested me shift him from dr but I couldn't. They didn't provide him proper fluids also. Less staff, less nurse, more patients. If it's insurance patients you are done for all. NEVER EVER get admitted into this hospital.
Such a shameful act by senior consultant sambashiva. When a patient and his mom asked for the reason for not providing test report of Covid-19.guys you will shocked to hear that. This gentlemen sambashiva asked the hospital staffs to throw them out of the gate and allegly pulled the patient and his mom out of the hospital. Would make I will sue this hospital until the time I'm alive in this society, and also would not recommend anyone from the society to visit that hospital as the staffs are poor and they Hanfful of amount from the Poors in the society.

The most untrained and unprofessional medical staff in Bangalore! It took 4 nurses to do a simple bandage dressing. There are better hospitals nearby. They will rip you off and charge you way way too much, while not even doing basic procedures properly.
Please avoid this hospital and doctor Sambashiva at any cost. He is not worthy of being called a doctor not even a compounder. If you dont want complications better go to some good doctor. I went to him he didnt even diagnose and gave strong antibiotics seftum 500 I had lot of complications, Please avoid.
Good medical care at affordable prices. Some of the doctors here are well experienced. Sometimes there will be a waiting time for doctor consultation even after having prior appointment, otherwise the service is good. There is a pharmacy in the hospital itself.
Worst experience with the hospital and Dr. Padhmini.today my mom went for heavy periods after taking an appointment but still she had to wait and went with the token number.and even after requesting emergency doctor refused to attend her.when she finally attended my mom.she purposely refused to communicate in tamil or hindi just bcoz my mom doesn't know kannada.a doctor shouldn't treat the patient according to the patient's religion or language.worst doctor.she even commented Abt my mom to the nurse saying why should I talk in tamil or hindi when they don't learn kannada. First of all mr.sambashiva is very gentle and humble doctor as per me bcz he treated me very well and understand my problems, all staff and nurse's are well behaved and trained.place is very cleaned and hygienic.but only thing is night emergency facility is not good avoid going night time.this hospital is best for kidney related problems.

Think before you go here. This is my true experience. I was taken my bro for dengue fever this hospital admitted him without any checkup when we said we have health insurance.later after a day submitted the dengue reports to insurance people it's got rejected due to, it can be treated has outpatient.fever was beginning stage.but the treatment was not good here.all they do simply put slaine. Ask get medicine from internal medical shop.
Finally 2 days over my bro stil having fever.not satisfied with the treatment. Insurance also didn't work.we shifted him to Patil hospital.within two day he is ok. Patil hospital is poor people best.

The Doctor is very experienced and knowledgeable.staff are very friendly and nice.this is very affordable hospital. I will recommend this hospital to everyone.
One of the worst hospital.i had typhoid and Dr gave me antibiotic injection without asking if it suits or nor.same day i got medicine reaction and the entire body become red and full of rashes.next day morning when i visited the hospital with very high fever waited for 30 mins and Dr was in so much hurry he did not listen to me properly and said this is the sign of platelets formation where as my platelets counts have significantly gone down up to 140000. Its really pathetic when hospitals are treating patients as only money making source. Thankfully i changed the hospital and Doctor which helped me to recover faster.
AVOID IT AT ALL COST My Moms platelets count went to 50k due to some viral fever, so doctor suggested to go there and get some glucose drip. The nurse in-charge of giving that drip broke the cannula while injecting it and as the platelets were already low, lots of blood came out and suddenly platelets went down to 27k, thats when we decided to take get my mom out of this messy place and take her to Manipal hospital. When the MD came to know that we are taking her to other hospital and are not admitting her there. He just asked receptionist to make bills adding ridiculous charges for unnecessary things. Later at one point I just needed the soft copy of reports so I called them, one lady picked the call asked all the detail, wasted 10 minutes and then Hung the phone, and when I went to hospital with the bill to collect the report they asked me come tomorrow giving reason that they need to discuss it with MD etc. So They know all the way tpo dup and irritate you
Hospital is good. Nursing good team Dr are good. Ambulance driver is very bad. He will talk with very rude with staff. Take action about him. Otherwise hospital will lose respect.
Worst staff, first of all nursing staff wont speak in Kannada even though the hospital is in Karnataka. They dont have basic manners to know how to speak with patients, attendents it clearly shows this hospital has recruited third grade staff's
Worse experience they dont even deserve one star also, i dont understand why government cant do anything to these things. I visited the hospital and just to apply one bandage to my small toe they charged me 850 rupess my total bill was 1950 that donot comprise of any medicine and so called doctor told i got fracture in my small toe. Seriously wish our government was aware of this and they would have done something to this.
