When buying cycle they treat like people after purchase they treat us like beggars.
Very worst service

Good place to buy the cycle, specially happy with the owner Sanjay, he was polite and what ever issues we had after purchase of phantom cycles was resolved in no time and happy with entire team Laxmi cycle co.
Continue the same way (will have lots of happy customers)

I Purchased my sons first cycle from Sri Laxmi cycle & co shop and we saw the owner was very polite and other staff was also very friendly demonstrating various cycles. We had many options with Hero cycles (which are of good gauge) and also Fanton which was new in the shop. Finally we opted to purchase Fantom cycle for my son … the discounts were as expected for the new arrival and owner installed few accessories as a complimentary for my kid which was quite impressive …

Amazing Owner. Sanjay himself is a cyclist and a very Honest Guy! He is having good knowledge on brand of cycles. For Beginners this is the best please to buy a good economical cycle which can be used for at least few years to begin with.

Got my Road-bike serviced here 1 week back, gear shift and braking is like new, 100% satisfied. They took a couple of days, but did a throughly professional job. Owner extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Worest service ever.
Cycle service is costlier than my bullet here.
The response of the employees are too lazy.

Owner and the staff were very helpful, I bought a bicycle got it assembled right in front of me and got some free accesories as a gift.
I really liked the collection of cycles they have for Adults and Kids.
Highly recommended.

I had good experience, I was to change my old bicycle Hercules Act 110 gears, Crank set & BB, Mr Sanjay who is proprietor has guided me and got it done within time reaseabenely. I think we have to give some resenealble time for each work and need to contact right people's for follow up. It's just my personal view.

The owner is too rude. They don't talk properly. The mechanic rarely comes. While buying cycle they act to be nice. For repairing if we go they don't even see us while talking. The board says Tuesdays closed but they don't even open on Thursday. I literally have gone to fix the puncture 7 times, not yet fixed.

Can someone help me get the owners phone number? I had given my cycle for replacing one part prior to lockdown. Thanks in advance.

It is good until you go for first service these owner is very rude ediot, they don't even speak politly and just shout on money when a child goes without his or her parents to service, it is not good here find some other place. This is my personal experience

Very rude behaviour. Don't know wether this shop is run by owner or workers. Lazy shop. For 10 min job also they will take 2 days. Also this shop is expensive. Please don't visit this shop.

Very rude Owner. In case if you take your cycle to get completely serviced and ask them to check the tubes.brakes and gear shifts etc like you are planning to get them replaces. They I’ll ask you to go for check up where They charge you 250/- for cycle check up to identify if there are any faults and notify you, oiling and clean the cycle and literally do nothing apart from dropping some oil to the chain in front of you while delivering the cycle.you have to guide them by showing brakes, brake wire is worn out they are not working.the rim is bent or even the tube saying they are worn out. They keep your cycles for 2-3 days or even more saying there are too many cycles and literally do nothing while returning. If you are visiting for replacement they do it but too much delay in delivery. By chance if you question them. You get various harsh responses from the owner.saying that’s all they do.without doing anything.and if you ask more what have they actually checked in the cycle for charging the amount. He will shout at you saying for 250/- how much do you question. Even if the staff is ready to do or correct something. I don’t think the owner will let it happen. Better to visit any other shops or just go pay and come there!
