Best place for the invitation cards with the high quality and printing and I would like refer this place for all.

Excellent and cordial service. Had a pleasant experience and feel satisfied with the execution. Esp, special thanks to the designer Mr. MURALI and the sales personnel, Mr. Kumaraswamy. The coordination was really superb.

Ordered 200 cards and got the delivery. Through out the process, no one spoke to me about card wastage.

When we checked the cards, we found that the print had come off and the quality of cards upto 7/8 were not upto mark.

I immediately sent it on the whatsapp on 25/10 and never got reply. Called again today and I had to follow up and then the owner said he will just pay the amount back for those cards.

The issue is for me would be -
1. I was not advised about the wastage at the time of buying, if they had spoken I would have ordered 210 so that we would not have shortage.

2. Lack of response when I sent the msg of cards having printing issues.

3. It's not always about returning money, its a special celebration for someone and they should not take it lightly.

More than who is wrong or right, I think the experience of getting a card done especially for a special event was not the best.

My personal advice is to not review when collecting the cards, instead pick out 10-15 cards before leaving the store. The owner insisted to review the very moment of collection and now I understand why.

Great experience. They deliver the product before commited date. I recommended to everyone for any type invitation work like card and all.

Made a mistake trusting the place seeing the rating. I have designed my own wedding card, not at all complicated. It was very simple. We went there with the requirement and owner did all his talking to make us believe that he would deliver. We wanted to see sample before the bulk is printed. He called us twice to show us the sample, but it was just couple of A3 printed sheets. Again convinced us with his hour long talks. He didn’t keep the timeline as promised. On the day of delivery as we go there, it was nightmare. We started pulling out cards to check, initial few ones were off in color, layout, gum pasting all over…the owner said “2-3 kharabh hoga 200 mei”…but as we started checking all, it was the entire lot of 250 cards which was destroyed. All the cards had yellow streak of lines, gum pasting all over, the printing was slant and what not. We had to chuck everything, and pick some bogus card from his design which could be printed in that timeline. Because of this place, we couldn’t give wedding card of our choice, we had to very much compromise.

DO NOT ORDER, scam! Would not give quote or estimated price until after we placed order.when we tried to ask for the quote before placing the order he said he’d let us know later, it ended up being 2x of the prices in the USA (we would know as we consulted with USA companies prior to ordering here). We were cheated out of our money. Not customer friendly or customer facing, do not order! It took many many iterations for them to finally get our order right, not worth the hassle, effort, or money.

Purchased he cards from them on Wednesday and asked whether they could print the cards on priority basis and deliver in 2 days. We got a confirmation that the cards would be delivered by 12pm on Saturday. Got a call at 11.45am the our cards were ready.

God service by the vendor and got e cards printed and deliverywd in a cotveffective manner.

Service is better, they turn things around quickly and deliver on time. Very good collection and nominal pricing

Experience was great and cards were delivered on time and in great shape. Ravi and the shop owner was cooperative and helped in design selection and printing process.

The person in the office is polite. But, Mr. Vimal Jain, the person who answers the phone calls, is such an arrogant and unprofessional person.
It took me few hours to come out of the shock that how can someone be so rude to their customers!
I am sure, there are other places from where you can have your cards printed without being yelled at.

Very poor experience with the vendor. Have been trying to call and check status of the order but without any joy. Never picks up call and no response on WhatsApp as well.

Very bad attitude of the owner. Does not take responsibility of the order. Wrong choice. Never gives on time.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP

Plus, don't go here. The owner has lots of attitude issues. Won't give respect. Especially if you are giving him a small business. Talks rudely.

If you are asking for a sample printed card he won't send it. Not at all customer friendly. Pls, avoid this guy!

Worts attitude and customer satisfaction. Don’t go for it waste of ur time. At first they will conform ur order, after payment they will update they doesn’t have the card whatever u have choosen. Vimal that guy will tell lots of story simply waste pls guys understand my pain.

I would have preferred to give 0 stars for the attitude of the owner or manager whoever he is. Absolutely not professional and arrogant person. Please choose someone else, I am sure you will get good service for a better price. There is another south Indian guy who.is extremely courteous but he is just an.employee there. Please think before you go.to parshwa.

Services, from selection of card to print is appreciated. Maybe it is easy for any vendor to deliver in the first go, but Parshwa provided 'after sales service' when both of us felt a better presentation of the wedding card
s is doable. We recognise that in the service industry, 'after sales service' is unheard of but that did not stop Parshwa from doing so.

Wonderful service! I was looking for a specific design for my wedding card. Many places gave their own reasons for the unavailability of the same! But Parshwa wedding cards accepted the task of doing the design as per my requirements and accomplished it with utmost perfection. Infact they successfully did the task of printing a portrait on the back side of the card without compromise in clarity!

Very bad experience at this time of pandemic. They literally cheated us. The quality of sample card shown in showroom and the one delivered are very different. When requested for exchange, they replaced only few cards and remaining cards they sent defective ones only. Doesn't know how to talk to customers. And they charge 3% wastage which they don't mention at the time of purchase. Be careful.

Very Worst Behavior, If you order 200 Cards means you will get only 196 cards bcz he is telling 2% to 3% wastage! Be aware and don't buy from this store!

The operator uses no sense in printing, though the quality and service is good the operator messes up all the dates and names even when the correct information is provided

Overall it was a good experience, execution of work/printing was very good. Reducing 1 star because the selected card was not available during printing. Otherwise it was a good job. If the selected card would have been available, I would have rated 5/5.

Excellent service. Due to miscommunication, cards were printed with wrong alignment. But new cards were printed with proper alignment without extra cost.

Found this place by chance and was very happy with the service provided. The place was clean and comfortable and they had many card designs to choose from. They were very willing to work on the customization as well and though it was tricky, came through with the delivery date as well. I was very impressed with them so far. Still trying to figure if they can make a e- invitation and other small details for my use. I hope they can- that would make them truly outstanding!
