Really nice place for stay compared to the rest based on area. Person Sachin is really helpful and friendly.

Very nice homestay, care taker Mr. Sachin is very humble & helpful person. Nice experience.

We booked another place but I booked the wrong dates, luckily owner was kind and helpful and arranged us this accommodation, rooms are spacious, and there is good view, local staff are approachable, and we had breakfast which was decent, overall will recommend for families or otherwise, no bed bugs mosquitoes issues, and cleanliness was good

Great Location and owner was helpful + he was prompt to share the location and gave us all necessary details in advance. The best thing was he was not adamant to transfer advance booking amount. He simply said over the call, "You please come to property, book and stay only if you like it, but you will like it for sure" There are two properties and we got confused initially but owner was prompt to sort it out and guided us to appropriate location.

Food was good for the price we paid.

I see some people complaining about two brothers running the show and miscommunication etc. Just to make a note, we had 0 hassle while booking and during our stay.

Good place to stay! I stayed in four sharing room which is very spacious and hygienic
They have both indian and American commode
They also provide hot water
Parking is available
There is some open space outside the room
Manager is also very co operative and will guide you what to see around
There is a water body just in front of room
Overall a good place if you visit jog falls

A decent place for lodging near the Jog falls. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is nice and is situated just besides a tributary. The care taker is very polite and soft spoken. Food can be a bit of a problem but you can visit the nearby village for lunch and dinner.

Please don't ever prefer this. It's absolutely horrible to the core. Fan is running, as if it is at its last minutes of its life, no regulator for the fan to increase its speed. Room is like cramped box with poor quality doors, anyone can enter at any time, no need to be strong enough to kick out the door. My suggestion is to don't get deceived by the name.

A room in the house is given for rent. Dont expect any luxury or room service. For a night's stay, it should do.

1. We got cheated with the property location. Ensure the property location clearly as the owner deceives you with Sri Ranga Homestay and Sri Ranga Residency. The property location must be transparently disclosed and discussed.

2. There is open drain right in front of the property. You are greeted with the foul smell.

3. The rooms are neither odor proof nor sound proof. A typical urban home is converted to a homestay with living room given off as a room.

4. Staff is poor in responding to any requests and multiple reminders are needed for minor work.

Avoid choosing Sri Ranga Residency for leisure stay with family. Suitable only for quick overnight stopover and as a last option only.

Homestay is located just 2 min away from jog falls, good food, decent rooms and washrooms. Staffs are very decent.

Rooms are clean nd well and is near to falls arround 1km Service is bit slow but we can manage. Overall the stay was good
