One of the worst experience I had. Staff are very arrogant and I did not provide the solution for my problem.

I had a very good experience in this hospital. All the doctors are polite and dedicated. Even the staff are also polite. I had no issues with my eye surgery. The cost of the surgery was also reasonable.

Nice hospitality and a comfortable environment provided by the hospital. Everyone makes you feel that patient is in good hand. My friend had pain in eyes and red eyes, staff identified the emergency and took care of the problem as soon as possible.

This place was good up until 4 years ago. Good staff, satisfactiry consultation and treatment. Now, this is the worst eye hospital to visit. In the name if dilation you need to sit atleast 2 hours. Doctors dont know their senior dictors or names or schedules. Dont know what treatment to give. Repeatedly prescribe tests and glasses to make money. Overall, you'll not get what you came for. I got my mother here and after waiti g for 2 hours, asked to collect our records to leave as the dictor never came. They refused to give the records.

Very poor service.strongly advise not to go to this place. Reasons below.

1. The staff negotiates the pricing for services.which is pathetic.
2. Test reports are very poor. They have old machines.which does not have basic data too.
3. If you just get the test, the pricing is more or else its half the price.

Overall very very poor hospital.strongly recommend not to go to this hospital.
