I would like to share my experience and provide a comprehensive evaluation of my stay at Sri Sri Ayurvedic Hospital.
Rating for the treatment: 5/5.
I underwent treatment for lower back pain, where I had been undergone with some of panchakarma treatment procedures. Post-treatment, I can say that the pain has subsided to some extent, as expected. Though, I have to see the effectiveness of the treatment once I move to my regular life. But I would say to keep trust on the treatment and proceed with it for good results.
Treatment: As it's an Ayurvedic, it is totally a new experience for me. Initially it will be little tough to get adjusted to it but when the days pass, you will literally enjoy the sessions. Here they provide divine treatment not just the sake of giving it. You will understand when you join here on why I said 'divine'. There will be different set of people who will be giving you treatment every day, so you can judge whether they are better than yesterday, and you can insist them to stress at pain areas if missed. Another point to highlight, the leftover/unused medicines can be returned to the pharmacy before final discharge billing, so that they will reduce the amount.
Cleanliness: After treatment your next presence would be on cleanliness because you will be tired after treatment sessions. Post that if you see the cleanliness is not up to mark then you don't feel like being here and that gives negative impression. The cleanliness is maintained very good, rooms are clean and staff maintains the cleanliness throughout. Rooms and Bathroom are cleaned daily and they replace dustbins and refill the milk powder packets and Tea sachets daily.
Patient Care: There is a nursing staff available 24/7 on the floor, they keep checking your wellness frequently and assist you on any treatment appointments. Doctor visit happens once in a day and the jr.doctors visit happens twice in a day. The InCharge for facility will visit you once in a day to check the problems if you have any.
Environment: No words for it, the location were hospital situated is awesome, you get a feel as you are in vacation and not in hospital. Behind the hospital building, you will see only trees and a hill, now you can imagine how good the location is.
Food: Its super yummy, no comments on this for sure.
Admission and discharge: Admission process was easy and it took ~30 mins for me to get the room allocated. Discharge was also easy, not a much hustle.
Dislike / Cons: I felt treatment is little costly, but again it depends on the case by case wrt the treatment given to you.
Conclusion: I hope that this review provides valuable insights for those considering treatment at Sri Sri Ayurvedic Hospital. My experience has been positive. Overall I would recommend this hospital for the individuals who are looking for ayurvedic treatment.
Useless doctors. One of the doctors in nadi pariksha advised me to eat 800gms of fruits per day as I am 80kg weight. This despite telling her I have fatty liver condition. This led to worsening of my fatty liver as fruits have insane amount of fructose and affects the liver. Vegetarian diet doesn't work.
Best place, performed my detox and changes are evident. I have lot of energy, I started feeling hungry as I ised to feel 20 years back and forgotten since then
It's a cheap hospital. Since crowds flock here for free treatment, the bunch of junior doctors are least bothered about patients. Went there just once because it's not far from my residence and when they kept calling people at random without regard to who is next, I had to turn back after waiting for more than an hour. Moreover, those jr. Docs keep chatting among themselves without professionalism.
Doctors are good but the experience at the reception and the practising junior doctors are horrible. Do the patients visiting the hospital have to learn hindi to converse with them? Why dont these people make an attempt to start talking in kannada or english atleast!
Frustrating just trying to get a pricelist or some guesstimate for panch karma. If they cant do simple stuff like this (check their reply). I doubt their treatment is any good!
Nice place for naturopathy. Message and treatments are very good. Stay facilities are also good.if more yoga sessions and mornings vamana, sutraniti and other cleaning sessions are added this will be one of finest naturopathy institutions. Thanks you Regards and best wishes Suresh
Naturopathy word has a new meaning for me now! Thanks to this place and service been given out here. Ayurveda and it's practice has always been come accross as something for books or some unreachable places. This was atleast my outlook in my daily life and in my mind itself. Thanks to Sri Sri and people out here, I kinda rediscovered myself. Feeling rejuvenated.
Came for consultion, same experience. Overcrowding of opd inside. We need a privacy during consultation. But room no- 5, kayachakatsa department. Main doctor was consulting and one other doctor was sitting in a plastic chair and and consulting otgwr patients. We were feeling so much disturbed. Because of sound of other patients. Give separate room for sepearte doctors.

Visited the hospital for Dental problem, the so called Dentist didn't even bothered to sterilize the tools he used to check my decaying teeth, and he said, they will not remove the wisdom teeth, go to Dental surgeon in the town. This really a waste of my money, time and energy as i travelled all the way from IIM Bannerghatta road by seeing the details in the Junk hospital website. Hello Fix the website saying that you will not remove the Wisdom teeth, through your junk tools. Very very bad, don't waste your time going there

I took Sarvang Abhyanga Massage (Basic level) worth ₹ 1000 (Including kit) and I must tell that the staff of SSAH is very professional. Their synchronization was amazing! I highly recommend the massage to everyone. I am feeling totally relaxed after this massage. Each and every step was followed by the staff.

I took treatment for my lower backpain in Naturopathy department at Sri Sri hospital Banglore. They treated me very well with all natural therapies like Acupuncture, ozone therapy, yoga therapy etc. I satisfied with their treatments. They suggested me diet and home remedies. Doctors, therapists and hospital atmosphere every thing is very good
Excellent treatment from Naturopathy department. I have hospitalized my mother for 7 days. Due to neck pain, inflammation in shoulder and numbness in foot. She was responded very good to the treatment. Dr. Vilasini, Dr sanika, Dr amrutha, Dr. Nagraj and therapist Mrs. Lalitha are very cordial and treated well. We Thanks to Dr sneha madam for have good team and good response to patient.
Had a online consultation, for Rs. 500. It is a total waste of money, this doctor is no interest in understanding patients problems, providing time. In 5 min she was done. Avoid going to such Quarks. She also suggested incorrect exercises.
Well i hv been there almost a month it was a very nice stay the hospital atmosphere remember you resort feeling except the in and out timings.i admitted under naturopathy department for the cause back pain and the pain has been reduced by almost 60% yes the doctor's are very talented and supportive.one bad thing about the hospital was there is a lack communication between some department for which i faced some problems others than that everything was good
I have taken treatment from Dr Sneha Nagilla at the Naturopathy department here. I was going through a lot of health issues including hormonal imbalances and post covid sequel. My health has improved so much after following their advice and the treatment procedures. I m always grateful to Dr Sneha and team and I highly recommend naturopathy to people with chronic illnesses to experience the healing themselves.
I have stayed here and taken naturopathy treatment for 8 days. I am very happy with overall treatment. Every day I have seen improvements. All the doctors are amazing. I am really thankful to Dr Sneha, Dr Vikasini, Dr Himanshi and entire team for taking care of me. Dr Sneha is guided me very well and gave lots of motivation to overcome my health issues naturally with out using medicine.
Worst experience, medical negligence, inexperience doctors and unavailability of doctor… I visited for headaches issue and admitted for more then a week but no benefit … doctor Akhilesh diagnosed me on day one and then vanished / holiday after I get admitted… they are not aware of treatment timings and same treatment time keep changing everyday. After 3 days of treatment I started facing breathless issue but no one there to address the emergency situation and I have to run for another doctor.for treatment also nursing station sending me from one building to another like government office. I gone for fixing one issue and get coupe of another issue after treatment which I am now following up with family doctor.level of Ayurwadic doctor in Sri Sri u will understand from the way they diagnose.for headache they started Nasyam and till end they gave that only … after discharge when Issue didn’t resolve and I developed more complications then my family doctor gave me pan D and other medicine for gastric control which solve 90% problem … is Ayurwadic doctors not aware that headache can cause due to Gastric also and not only due to nose block?

Dr. Prema Bhat is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my wife's health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. It's really great experience at "Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital - NABH accredited Multi Specialty Ayurveda Hospital in Bengaluru", wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Prema Bhat taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. She is expert in critical cases like fallopian tube issues. My wife's fallopian tube issues got resolved in a week of time. Dr. Prema Bhat really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patients.
Pros– 1: A beautiful location, on top of the hill surrounded by trees. 2: Staff is quite Good and co operative.
Cons– 1: Doctors are unreachable, there is no schedule of doctor visit for patients. Doctors are processor here and they used to run opd as well so no time for admitted patient. They will see you only if you are vip, vip relatives or any pressure from upper body. Otherwise you will have only two meetings with doctor. One day when you will first tell ur problem and one last day, so in 10 days admission you will find him/her twice. 2: Duty doctors are available but if you will ask anything to them, they will tell u that they ask to senior doctor but you will not get anything. 3: As a patient i will prefer to know my progress my schedule training/kriya from doctors and those thing you will not find here but instead there is one CRM, who used to come and ask about higine and clening, if i will ask him to change the bed sheet, he will tell we are not changing it daily, but alternet days. Dogs are roming near to your doors and keeping their mouth on utensils but no one is bothering. 4: this place is Out of the city so only one option for food which is just okok, if you are chai or coffe lover you cant get it after 6 PM. For a small thing you have to go to town which is very far from here and there is no proper commute.
If you want to stay near to nature this place is for you for sure, i cant tell you about doctors as i had very bad experience so you choose wisely.stay fit stay young and yes, i still believe in yog/kriya but not here
I had a very good experience with the Naturopathy treatments and Ayurveda medicines given here. Dr. Sneha has a holistic step by step approach and a comprehensive array of treatments for relaxation and healing the body. Most of all she has a generous spirit, patiently answers all questions and is fully invested in healing you completely. She is supported by an able team of doctors in Dr. Vikasini / Dr. Himanshi and well trained assistant doctors (Dr. 's Rekha, Bhakti, Avantika & Chandana) and therapists. Dr. Prema is also very encouraging and accommodative and her medicines have been strengthening and effective. Both treatments together have been a good combination. The accomodation is lovely with lots of greenery and a view of sunrise over the valley. The Customer Relations Mgr is attentive and can be called on for any feedback or assistance. The billing and backoffice staff are also courteous and respond to any queries. Do visit, especially if you need relaxation or would like to seek natural ways to heal any kind of ailment.
I had been here for reflexology, Acupressure, and varieties of ayurvedic treatment like panchkarma and so on. The HOD (Dr. Sneha) did Acupuncture herself. Inserted more than 25 needles on my foot and abdomen, for 20 mins. After which massage and steam. She herself supervised the whole treatment. Could not complete my whole session for 7 days. But than I will visit again, as the treatment was very effective for my cramps. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Must visit place.
Please don’t book any online appointment with them if you are not in Bangalore. They prescribe the medicines which are not available outside Ayurvedic shops. I ended up paying 500rs just to inform the doctor that “My daughter is having cold and cough”. The doctor messaged the medicines in WhatsApp. I visited 8 ayurvedic shops, but the medicines not found in any one of them. When I informed the doctor regarding the unavailable of medicines there is no response from him. I Informed the same to the consultation team. From them also no response. I again switched to allopathy. Because I can’t wait and see my daughter suffering due to this kind of ignorance from the doctor and the consultation team.

Environment was good. Doctors were good. But the accommodation staff are not good. My wife order special diet with only leafy vegetables. It was fully grass. How could they be so irresponsible. We're talking about a hospital and it doesn't have any food safety standards! There was one person who ask feedback about accommodation daily. He's a biggest joke. No matter what problem you tell him he'll not fix but rather say that's how it will work. We were having a baby. We only asked the room to be tidier. We asked to clean the room by 8am. He said its not possible and they clean the room at 12pm daily.
The Gut health workshop has been an amazing workshop. It has helped me very much. Not just theory but the practical knowledge that the doctors have given to us and the constant guidance that they have given is just amazing. I was always very scared to undertake fasting. But under the guidance of the doctors, I was able to fast easily to my wonder and my health also has improved after the fast. I look forward to seeing the doctors and doing the fasting in the group.
