Worst customer service, lots of illiteracy educated people inside and they don't know how to speak to customers, basically staff is working for salary not to do business, they're least bothered about business
I had brought scooty in 2017. RC card they have given different model of scooty.wen approached to get it changed.no proper response from showroom.wen visiting repeatedly have Been told that concerned staff is not der.poor customer care
Staff working for only salary not for the company. Very rude manners. I have given my scooty for service with good working condition of indicators but after serving it's stoped working. When I go and asked the service person regarding this he not responding for that.
I haven’t been visited showroom after screening the reviews it seems negative responses were found huge than satisfied customers, is that true @Tirumala?
ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಯಾವಗ ಬಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರೂ ಮೆಕ್ಯಾನಿಕ್ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಜನ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಉಡಾಫೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9 ಬೈಕ್ ಕೇವಲ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಸಂಜೆ 5 ಗಂಟೆ ವರೆಗೆ ಕಾಯಬೇಕಾಯಿತು, ಶೋ ರೂಮ್ ಗೆ ಬಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರು ಕೇವಲವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾರೆ.
