It is in a nice isolated place.but not sure about safety as entrance to this place is dark post evening

This apartment is good place to live. Very calm place, market are near to this place

Very spacious apartment near nice road with clubhouse, covered parking, gym, swimming pool, kids park, and full time security. It is just walkable distance from Electronic City road and upcoming Metro Station but in a green environment. Very good Schools and Colleges are another attractions. Community people are very found of celebrations all over the year.

Well maintained, good size, clear views and very well located for people working in ecity, lovely people, all festivals are celebrated by everyone. Good groceries, charity, even start up pop up events whole year.
Not to mention stores near by and groceries with in appartments.

-An old complex to be precise, enter their basement parking and it's worst maintained, too dark even on a bright noon.
-Association which is good for asking huge cash contributions and they will demand it as if it's their right.
-Poor waste management.
-Monkey menace so serious that you cannot open any windows, keep things unattended.
-Useless yet money minded maintenance personnel.
-Faulty lifts, dirty basement.
-Water scarcity.
-Security team is the only good thing I could spot here.

Staying here since 6 years. Very peaceful and pollution free place. Close proximity to Electronic City. And very near to the new metro station

It’s good place to live, key values Good size rooms, centralized RO water supply, well connected to Electronic City phase 1 in 10 minutes, multiple school connection (pickup), quite area, walk around the flat or outside the building for morning walk and visitors parking outside the gate etc
