Waited for an hour for the ordered food. Nothing was served but only soup
Waste of time.

Have ordered Idli Vada.they have the coldest ones. I have asked for a replacement, they said this is it.

Especially the counter fellow sounds very rude rather than being in a hotel service. They loot a lot in parcel and box charges the quality and container are very cheap quality and even charge for the paper bag. When I carry a bag they couldn't not wave off the charges. Sendoor cafe which is near by gives it for free.

One time I ordered gobi manchurian and it's taste is not good, too much colour added to it and took three days to go colour from my hand. Today I ordered dosa, chutny given by them is spoiled and it was smelling. Pls don't go there. It is orginal review not having any grudge on them

Food was just ok. Too oily for my liking, I saw the rating on Google and went there. But was disappointed on the food quality. I have bed to other Udupi park which is very close to this one and that serves much better food (suprisingly it has a lower rating). Suggest to try the rava masala dosa in that outlet.

The place is well placed for access to all the pedestrians and the people who visit Phoenix mall. The ambience of the place is great with delicious food. The chats are also great. There is a dining hall above the self service place where you can get food served to your table. They have a variety of milkshakes and juices if you’re craving to have something nice to drink and relax. The place has a good taste Vanilla milk shake that I prefer all the time. Try it for yourself. There is limited space for the four wheelers but if you come to the place before it’s gets crowded, you can park the vehicle in the front of the hotel.

My recurrent visits have primarily revolved around their delightful breakfast offerings, and I once dined here for dinner as well. Conveniently situated opposite Phoenix Mall, the restaurant is easily accessible with a walkable distance of nearly a kilometer. Notably, Sri Udupi Park serves as the designated in-house restaurant for 15505 Royal Stay, where guests availing meal options through Oyo are treated to complimentary breakfast.

The restaurant operates across two well-organized floors, with the ground floor dedicated to self-service arrangements, while the first floor boasts an expansive seating capacity, ensuring prompt and efficient service. Their menu is truly captivating, featuring an impressive selection of vegetarian delights thoughtfully curated from South Indian, Chinese, and North Indian cuisines. Furthermore, the tempting assortment of sweets near the entrance adds a delightful touch to the overall dining experience.

Had ordered Khichdi along with Paneer Chilly. The raita was spoilt. After complaining, the manager didn't heed to our complain. Much to our dismay, at last, they asked us to throw the leftover part of Raita and give a new one.
What they didn't know that one doesn't expect Udupi to serve stale food. I had poured the Raita on the Khichdi and therefore couldn't eat the whole thing. Abysmal and pathetic. Blot on the chain of Udupi restaurants.

Excellent taste and ambience but the price little higher compared to other restaurants inside City. Probably because of location near phoenix market City Mall.

Horrible service and lack of hospitality. Plates were not clean while we ordered Pani puri. I told the vendor to clean the plate but he was arguing that he is using another plate. I mean cleaning the plate and using another dirty plate makes sense? Strawberry shakes tastes like rose milk.

Had a "### GREAT" day with this experience.

The atmosphere is good, serving is good.
Cons: sambar tastes a little sweet and please don't opt for paneer/cheese dosa.

I went here with a friend and we ordered North Indian and south indian food. Food was tasty, though north indian food quantity was very less in the given price, thus it was costly.

Pure vegetarian hotel. You will have sufficient tables unlike other udpi hotels. So rate Wil be bit more than normal Udupi. You will also get sweets and tea/coffee.
