Tried to cheat. Fuelled only 1000 instead of 1500. Became very aggressive when I tried to point that. Ease avoid

Pls be extra careful while you go to this fuel station. The staffs working there are very cunning. They try to fool us. Make sure they enter correct amount in the machine before filling up. (I asked them to refill for 300 and he start filling manually n then stopped at 100. He said me that he heard me saying 100 that's why he filled for 100. He continued filling saying that he'll put petrol for another 200 which will give me 300 in total. But this guy stopped at 200.

NB- he start from 100 without resetting the machine.

Since I was looking at the machine and forced him to put petrol for another 100 he did it. And his scam didn't work.

This has happened to me more than twice from the same petrol bunk. I was alert this time and that saved me. Either Try not to go here or go to the nearest other petrol bunk.

Be very careful from start to finish when you fill here, insist on the bill. Ensure zero, ensure that you make a note of the end readings. Very nuanced cheats

I had faced the worst experience there. I have fueled my bike for 300 rupees, and I gave 500 rupees cash. They gave me 200 rupees balance amount. I was not noticed that time. When I reached home and checked, one of the notes was torn and the next day I came here and asked for the exchange of that cash. But they behaved rudely and didn't exchange the cash. This was really the worst experience. Please tell the staff to behave politely to the customer. Please do the needful once you go through the review.

I'm a rider and I used only Indian petroleum for my bike, if u came this patrol pump then before fill petrol/diesel make sure zero in machine, the all staff is very very cheating, and ask bill,

I told him to the staff for 400 rupees petrol but the staff is filling manually filling 100 rupees then he fill more 300 but there is a points he not reset the machine actually he is filling only 300 rupees petroleum, when I told him then he filling more 100 rupees petrol.

This place is full of cheaters. They try different type of frauds to loot money from innocent customers especially ladies and drivers/riders who are not accompanied by anyone.
Some of their common fraudulent activities include

1. Not resetting the machine to zero, trying to distract the customer as a team to cheat the customer by not filling any fuel at all.
2. Entering wrong amount for upi payments. If user is careless they end up paying more.

Please beware. Try to avoid this pump.

Air pressure guy deliberately punctured my car by putting a nail. Wanted to smack his face. Please avoid this petrol pump.

Cheats. I asked for full tank and looks like their pumps don't have auto stop and petrol overflowed at the end. The staff was rude and said that their pump doesn't have auto stop pumps. Air also was not available.

Please do not full fuel here, they are cheaters.
I caught their pump reset action scam - asked to fill full tank, filled only 100. Then when I said full tank did action like resetting the meter and filled for 420 and asked to give 520. When questioned - without any reaction took Rs 420.
Also when paying via digital they rounded up the amount when questioned they change the amount and pass embarassing comments.e. G this person will build house with 42p change.

2 months back I see similar review and they reply saying it's their constant endeavour to do the best!

I have been cheated twice.first time 200 and second time 300.please don't use pump and loose that money. This many one star review indian oil is not taking any action.please don't waste your money

Old outside road and old petrol pump. Need to improvise like the latest ambiance and facilities. Like the other Indian oil pumps.

Cheaters! They divert us and continue filling without zero reset, so end up not filling for our money. I am going to give police complaint. I have video proof.

Manohar who fills the petrol.won't wait till the meter reading goes zero. When asked behaves very rude unable to lock and unlock the tank.keeps Blaming the manager & other staff too: (

Few crew members here are harsh and rude. They were charging 300 bucks for small cars full wash, now 400 bucks within a month or two.

Waiting time is too high. No seat to sit while waiting. Located in the main road of JBN within the premise IOC petrol bunk as an IOC dealer, hence is the arrogance probably

Openly cheats on fuel. Watch them when they say “power is out”. Now you will get 2 bills, and they will add both with ad added 50-100 bucks. Catch them, and they will smile and apologise for not knowing how to count. Complained to IOC with proof, but no action was taken.

Nice guys. The air pressure guys knows the tyre pressure and gives you good advice. Please take care when you come out because this place is really busy with autos speeding past without looking for your car coming out.

Today I filled petrol for 150 rupees. They didn't set zero and while asking they are reacting very rudely. Cheating pump nearby police station.

Very very bad people.themselves know they're doing fraud. Paying 500/- petrol they'll filling petrol 300/- 200/- cheating. Double-checking the required amount and zero.

Kindly check the zero reading before filling. If you ask to fill 300 they are filling for 100 like they didn't hear the amount properly, then if you ask to fill for 300 they didn't reset the meter to zero and filling for another 100 and they are telling that thay again filled for 200. If you're not alert, you can get ripped like us! Even the management also not responsible for these things.

Bunch of scammers. One guy will distract you and other will act like he is filling. They are trained cheaters. They never show you zero reading before starting. They always ask for card when we try to pay with cash. Don't ask them to fill for absolute numbers like 700,800 etc. They will act like they didn't hear you and other guy distracts you, finally you get cheated for at least 200rs. Always ask them to fill for random number like 743rs or 679rs. And see while they are entering it. If some other person tries to speak with you, ignore him and focus on meter. Trust me, they are professional scammers. Always ask for receipt with vehicle number on it.

Staff of this petrol bunk are cheaters, they don't show us 0-zero before filling the petrol, I had very bad experience with these guys

They usually cheat people's while ur filling petrol they start talking with you to distract you and if you put petrol for 1000/- then ull get only for 600/- trust me avoid going for this pump rather go for shell petrol pump our hard earned money will simply go wasted. And they all are trained cheaters beware and avoid this pump.

I asked him to put 2500 rupees petrol and started telling fairy tail stories. He stopped at 500 and said that I asked only for 500.then he continued putting petrol without setting to 0. He stopped at 2000 and asked me to pay 2500.
When I asked him for bill, he gave only for 2000 and tried to convince that INR 500 is cancelled.
Please don't put petrol in this bunk absolute cheaters.

No complaints with fuel and have been doing my emission checks here. Of late the service has improved I believe. Just stay alert!

Please be careful while filling petrol at this station. The petrol pump is a scam. Make sure that the meter is set to zero. The attendant will try to distract you and start filling. You will end up receiving a lot less fuel then you had asked for.

The guy who fills the petrol cheats here, I asked to fill for 300Rs petrol and this guy filled for 100 Rs purposefully then telling me that he heard 100 and start to fill for another 200 Rs and with out reset the meter he filled for another Rs100. I was able to recognize that by looking in to the fuel indicator later. In between this guy distracted me from looking in to the meter by saying the Citibank credit card swiping machine is fault.

I want to give Zero Star Rating but there is not available, i went to fill diesel to my yellow board car swift tour s before i fill the diesel in my car tank have more then 7 to 8 liters after that petrol bunk guy started to fill and that time he suddenly diverted to other thing me the finally he fill the 48 liters of diesel in my car i asked him how did you filled 48 litters bcz my car tank capacity is only 42 litters and i already had around 8 liter then how did you filled 48 liter he told me i dont know, dont ask me just pay the bill and go to hell i was shocked i argued with him but all the staff supported him and i cant do anyting bcz i am single they full staff totally cheaters and rowdy, i dont know what the hell doing that petrol bunk owner shame on you man

Be vigilant if you visit the pump. The staff distract you and cheat you. Complaint book is not provided to lodge a complaint. Manager and owner won't help and are involved in encouraging the staff to cheat.

Beware. One filling guy and billing guy are cheaters. When we say 200 they fill 2liters. While filling billing guy will ask money when we turn other side to pay this guy fills only 2 liters. On questioning back after seeing fuel guage. This guy's filled rest fuel. This guy's are professional cheaters. Aware Guys.

Don't get cheated, today morning when I went for filling petrol that guy didn't reset the meter and tried to distract me saying 'wifi sir'
Anyways, my eyes were on meter and could catch him easily. When tried to complain to incharge of pump they started drama that the guy is new employee and won't do it again.

Very worst service.one person wear hear ring age is 35 to 45.he look like good man but he don’t know how to treat custmers.he feel custmer is beggar.and also staff don’t know how to respect.

Worst petrol bunk i have ever seen. Filled with bloody cheaters. I think they are trained to loot money from the customers by cheap tricks. Never go to this place.

Stop this and better go for robbery, that's decent than cheating people like this. Tried to loot my 100 Rs without setting meter to zero and tried to distract me by talking too much. When I questioned they started cracking jokes at each other and that just happened because meter was not working properly they said. Sorry losers try something new because nowadays many knows this.

Next time I will come with my camera on and shoot all your faces, not to complaint in police. Just to share in social medias so that your family members will be proud how you earns money. And I hope a police station 100 meters away will be well aware about this. So enjoy. Good luck.

As mentioned in lot of other comments, they cheat customers. Not sure if the whole team is involved or few of them are part of this scam. I also faced a similar incident which lot of other people have mentioned here. I asked them to fill petrol full tank. They filled petrol for 400 intentionally and stopped. When I told him that I asked for full tank, he pretended as if he misheard and started filling again. He never reset the meter and it stopped around 2.5k.however, he asked me to pay 2900 telling he reset the meter. He did not agree and accept and since I was already late for office, had to leave. I always go for full tank and my bill comes around 2.3-2.5k depending on the petrol already there. Clearly they snatched 400 from me leaving me helpless. Felt cheated and even though I don't write reviews much, had to write here for general awareness. I am also exploring the option of bringing this to notice of petroleum Ministry or any other relevant authority. Not sure that would make any difference but definately will give it a shot.

Becareful they are professional theifs and well trained to trick you.

They have cheated me by withdrawal of RS. 100/ extra. I told them for RS. 200/ petrol. But charged 300 rupees.

The way of treating the customer is very very bad and the person who is filling the fuel is not active

Be careful, while filling the fuel. They divert your attention, while filling the fuel and cheat on the reading. I have asked to fill Rs1500 Petrol. One of the staff pur the fuel for Rs300 and another staff person, came to collect the money. Later they said, we did a mistake and filling the fuel for another Rs1200. But they didn't reset earlier Rs300count. When I enquired about it, staff was ready to bounce on me. I have to give up. Be careful about the staff and their tactics on diverting your attention.

They are big cheaters, they try to divert you while starting to fill and make sure you don't watch zero before filling. This is not the first time, they time and again do it. Better go to BPCL near to police station just few metres away. Never go to these guys

This was the closest petrol pump from were I used to live. As many other people had said in their review these guys typically loot money. They hide the meter, they dont reset it, they start conversing to you in a friendly manner and fill the wrong amount. I had faced this so many times. After I found this out once then I stopped visiting this pump. I am not sure how much money these guys have looted from me.

Also, guys if you have no other choice pay more more attention (get down from your bike, open the tank cap only after you notice Zero etc,)

The worst petrol bunk. Yesterday I filled fuel for RS 1000 and I had checked the zero before they started.but I realized too soon I had been cheated. Absolute swindlers. My fuel marker bars went up only by one bar when expected was at least four. I had been warned by friends earlier about this and should have headed to the same. Please do not go to this place. They are a pack of cheats.

One of the worst bunk I've seen in my city till date. These guys divert us when fueling. After all a how they may cheat? 100 bucks! But they lose customers for it. Please choose another station.
