Overall room facilities need continuous improvement checks such as sheets quality, water flow etc, for the tariff charged.

Very good hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean and some rooms have good view. You will need to have a vehicle for easy transport from centre to hotel as it is located in a forest.

Good quality isn't that good. Breakfast is just okay. Snacks served during evening time is good. Room service for food is fast. Lighting inside the room isn't good at all! Wifi connection doesn't work smoothly.

Entire hotel management not response to us.nothing resspons. Daily I followed the room TV they told the reasons but nothing happened. Totally useless view point also not good. Look like not good. Staff behavior worst. Myself I telling true don't waste your money

Ee had nice stay in hotel venkateshwara in coorg. The hotel staff and food awesome.

Hostel atmosphere was good. Reception PPL and hotel staff showed hospitality. Food was too tasty and we felt like gastronomic.

Next time if I come to Coorg definitely will book this hotel for sure,

We checked in this Hotel on 6th Jun'22. Staff in this hotel is non friendly, rude. Service is very poor, doors are jammed, light goes off in midnight, no response from reception, food quality not upto mark, we had booking for 2 day's but shifted to other hotel very next day morning. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. In the photo you can see that only we were in this hotel except hotel staff car.

I would have given less than 0 review to this restaurant which is bad pathetic horrible scary disgusting low quality of service irresponsible worst management no one is ready to take the accountability my request please dont visit to this place.

We had one of the worst experience in our life. If anyone in this earth wants to taste the hell on the earth i would suggest to visit this residency.i would like to say in short what exactly happened here in the restaurant
around 08: 00 PM we checked in to the hotel.next 09: 00 PM we went to have our dinner, it was served 1 hour late with very very bad quality of food looks like it was stored for long period of time.and the really issue started now when we stayed in dinning hall the power was going off and on.
After finish the bad quality food we went to the rooms where only 1 Fan was available.the phone which is placed in room is not working it was dead i was unable to make call to reception to make any complaint.from night 12: 00 AM to 05: 00 AM in the morning there was no power we were fully sacred it was dead dark.we were unable to sleep not sure what is going on in the restaurant i tried coming out from the room and see if anybody could help us.not even single staff was available.we faced breathing problem during whole night, 1 elder person stayed along with us who's age 55+.
A pathetic service we had, i have blasted them in the morning but no response a complete silence from restaurant team.

Polite staff, cleanness, location and food. All are good. Lift not available. But compared to price the hotel is really good and safe for family.

A safe and decent place to stay in Coorg. Restaurant is closed, but you can get room service of most food. Breakfast is limited to about 3 veg items in the room only. Room size is good. Toilets just about ok. Hot water 24 hrs. Nice big windows to look outside. If you like to watch TV and good wifi this is not the place for you. You can walk in direct and get a better bargain than online if you negotiate with the reception. Overall nice stay.

Rooms were clean and good. Worth for the money we paid. Only negative what we felt was there was no buffet option for breakfast. And the options were limited to variety of dosas nd bread. They gave us an egg. But when we asked for one more they told us it will be chargeable.

All together the experience was good. And felt worth for the money we paid.

This is budget hotel which is very near to the market and other places in Coorg. The staffs are good at their work being helpful and professional in nature. They have parking facility but there's no elevator which can be an issue for aged people.

Madikeri is beautiful and this location is seated very close to the town yet has a necessary isolation.food is good but service is a little slow. They donOt provide toiletries.it was a good stay

The best hotel in madikeri. Prefer for families and couples. 3.5 km away from town. Well maintained rooms and restaurant.

Staff Behaviour: The hotel staffs were friendly, even the security. They guided us about the places to see, where to rent a bike etc.

Hotel Location: 4 kms downhill from Madikeri Town. Auto can be availed from the Hotel and a ride into the town will cost you Rs. 100. Since Kodagu (Coorg) is a really large district and the tourist attractions are spread all over the place, it is better to rent a car or a bike.

Hotel Facilities: You got Security, Vehicle parking, in house restuarant (Complimentary breakfast; Jain food on request), Hot water and TV. The room was clean. I did complain about the bedsheet being dirty and it was immediately acted upon.

Overall, a very pleasant experience.
