I dined at this restaurant, and while the food was okay, I was quite put off by the unfriendly attitude of the staff. The food didn't impress me, but the real downside was the staff's impolite and unhelpful behavior, which made the meal far less enjoyable. I'd think twice about returning to this place.

I would rate only 1 star this time. Billing staff attitude is very bad.
Service counter guy is very misbehaving, not bothered to take my order. Informed him not to put more spice, he was least bothered.
I had ordered a Palak paneer curry and roti and Gobi manchuri, they gave it like after 20 minutes and that too palak planner curry it was full of spices! Bits and pieces of green chilles all over the curry and very less pieces of panner and Rs. 170 for such a nasty curry. Roti was hard and it was half fried.
Finding sand particles in mouth in some pieces for some pieces of Gobi manchuri, was totally disgusting, don't like wasting food but this one could not finish as it was too spicy due to red chilli powder in it and my mouth was burning with that hence had to leave more than half of it.

Vishnu park is a very good restaurant. Here everything you'll get in a budget not that much high prices. Also they maintain too much hygiene. Here everyone should try tea as well. They serve very good food as well as tea. All people who stay near btm can visit this restaurant it's worth going.

I taken South Indian thali costs 80 rupees, they given very small bowl of rice that is even not suitable for kids, taste is also average.

The staff, especially the one managing the kitchen is rude, impolite and curt. Someone teach him some manners, pls!

I had ask question 3 times to get NO answer from the person who sits in counter. Not responding properly.

Good options for North and South Indian meals. Not a good choice for North Indian Thali though.
