Good place to conduct functions.approach is difficult though it is on the main road.parking is not a problem

Situated at centre of city, nearby to rail, busstand. Even though very old building kept fit, lot of parking space. Ideal for marriages, bank generalbody meets, etc.

I recomend not to book this choultry.
Recently my daughter marriage conducted here and very bad in cleanliness and very bad rooms, toilets, and beds are punjent smell very bad experiences.

Spacious wedding hall. Good amount of parking available. Reasonable price. However, needs some face lifting to cater for three modern demands.

Bit old but spacious for marriage functions. Close to yeswanthapura bus stand, but reaching this place when travelling from mehkari circle need lot of drive due to one way and flyover. But traffic jams also. Hall is good and can park a lot of cars.

Kalayana mandapa is well maintained and big hall.near to the bustop.these r pros. Washrooms not mainted good. Less no of rooms.these r the cons

The hall is big and has good amount of parking, but the problem is the parking entry and exit is narrow and becomes problematic when two cars face each other on the pathway. They don't have any security to manage the entry and exit of vehicles.

It's very spacious and large enough to accommodate thousands of people at once. It's very peaceful. Includes parking and very close to main road. For the functions there's also enough front space for beautiful decoration. Food area is also large enough to cover hundreds of people at once.

An old marriage hall, in this part of the city.

Since it is old, there is plenty of parking place. And now it is located very near to all the major business points, bus stand, metro and railway station etc.

The biggest minus point is that, they have not renovated the place, and the toilet, washing area etc looks very old fashioned.

Poorly maintained and shabby marriage hall. Dilapilated and old structure. Crampy and totally unhygienic washrooms. Limited parking space with haphazard parking. Overall an avoidable place.

A very big Kalyana mandapa. Neatly maintained. Good ambience. Ample vehicle parking place. A very big dining hall. Big stage for great decorations. No hassles. Well maintained toilets. There is no AC, but good number of fans are provided. Flooring can be improved. Overall, we had a good experience.

We had booked the Choultry for 16th and 17th April 2022.

Choultry is very good in terms of space and connectivity. But the building is quite old and looks bit dirty. The toilets in the rooms are below average and looks untidy, especially the geysers. The kitchen and it's store room is dirty with spider webs. Staffs are not cooperative.

Be sure to not book the decorator recommended by the choultry management. That decorator (Eshwari Marriage Decorators) has a godown on the back side of the choultry. He has all broken and damaged properties. He is cunning also. He charged us exorbitantly and did not keep up to the promises he made at the time of the booking. He orally promised to repaint all the properties before the booking date, but he did not do that. He cleverly skips the items while writing down on the estimate letter head. And then argues that the item was not discussed. I would rate 0 stars for this decorator.
