Sridham Community Hall - ISKCON

Excellent place for conducting marriages, engagements, naming ceremony etc. They serve very tasty vegetarian food cooked by "Akshaya Paatre" expert persons.
Sorry l did not enquire rent and food charges. I shall revert after enquiry please.

The premises of the ISKCON has a large parking area. The hall was large and spacious, with enough space for the wedding function and dining, but there were only four rooms, to house the marriage party, which was inadequate. We had to incur extra expenses on homestays and hotels. The food was good (outside agencies are not allowed) but service was inadequate. Our guests complained that not only there was no second serving of items on the menu, the servers including their supervisor were non cooperative and not forthcoming in serving the guests. When an item on the breakfast menu was spoiled, the supervisor did not even apologize, let alone making some other arrangement. The toilets were dirty and there was no proper arrangement for hot water. To sum up the services were not kept up as promised.

Extremely hot inside the convention hall. It is not air-conditioned. Plus, the top seems to be covered in some heat trapping material. It felt like we were getting baked inside.

A self contained hall for family social gatherings and for organizing functions such as Bramhopadesam or even marriage. Very well kept and with courteous serving staff, good vegetarian food and ample space for parking of vehicles.

बहुत ही अच्छा मंदिर हैं और वहां जाकर बोलना बहुत ही शांति मिलती है और बहुत अच्छी सुविधा हैं दर्शन करने के लिए हो भोजन की व्यवस्था हो वहां से काम करने वाले बहुत ही अच्छे कार्यकर्ता हैं और पुजारी जी भी बहुत अच्छे हैं एकदम शांत वातावरण अगर वह आज की पर चले गए तो वापस घर आने का मन ही नहीं करता थोड़ी देर के लिए

Best wedding venue near to the downtown, Next to ISKCON temple, Mysore. No parking hassle. Interior is a bit plain. But, the venue cost is nominally quoted.
