Pathetic rooms and services. Rooms literally stink like bathrooms and bathrooms are even worse.

Worst experience.
We have booked this Room without checking the rooms, no hot water facility and if we ask the receptionist they will answer like they are the customers. There is no responses to anything like No towels, Betsheets, Blankets, toothpaste, soaps nothing. We had a worst experience. Do t prefer to book this room. Also they call the rooms as AC and charge you extra amount but there is no AC remotes and the hotel crew says it’s not available. Geysers will not work. It’s better to stay in any of the Bustop instead of staying in this Hotel.

Beds could be more comfortable (very hard).
Rooms were not cleaned up to the mark even when we asked them to.

Good for one night stay. Near to. Main road. Servide is good. Wall is so thin if someone is talking in other room you can hear.

Good at a low price. As road side bit vehicles sound will be there. Property wise nice places and rooms.

Good place for night stay. Lot of parking space.typical problem that is seen everywhere decent facilities but not well maintained. Room cleaning needs to be improved a lot. Slightly pricey but we were there during the holiday season. Likith the desk executive was helpful in providing suggestions and directions

We had a worst experience here, prior we were ordered the rooms after reaching they told me that there is no rooms available.think twice while going.

Dear Public, this lodged is very fraud and very cursion, there are two person the name Parveen and Chetan they talk like very good manner but if you check-in in that rooms there many frauds having Same room. So don't come any time to visit this lodged.be careful while you booking of this lodged. Rooms are not clean and rat smell no hot water properly and some of the lights not properly, so am requesting public don't not visit this lodged at any time.

Noisy neighbors and the walls are so thin that you can here them whisper. The whole night was awful because of loud Neighbors. Complained to staff, he informed them but no use. When the walls are so perfect, what could he do?

However, good room with clean wash room.

Very worst experience in Srinivasa residency. Room was not clean. Ants were there on bed. Bedsheet was not clean. There was power cut in night. No proper response from staff. Please don't go for this residency

Good Hotel for one night stay. Better than most of the hotels in sakelshpura in terms of cleanliness. Don't expect any service as they have limited staff

Location was good.but not maintained properly.difficult to get staff for any assistance. As a tourist I stopped for overnight but will not come here again. 30 th sept night stayed.morning no water at all.

Very worst quality of food. Not suitable for family and travellers. You can identify the quality by seeing image.

Want to have nights with ants. No wifi. No Service. No TV @ 1000 per night the you are welcome to stay at the hotel. For every thing you have to ask. Be it TV, Remote of AC, Water, and that too if you walk yourself to the reception. PS No lifts

Gud behaviour of staff named akhil, nd gud location vry comfortable but the only prblm is no proper food provided there need to buy separately frm the lodge

Very large space for wedding ceremony and bar and lodging is there there is large parking space

The only place we found which isn't a home stay. Staff are friendly and check was easy. Rest everything was just messed up. There is no wifi in the rooms, even thought they have listed has they have wifi on the website. They stated it only works in the lobby which is absurd. Only the bathroom was clean, the bed spread was old and not comfortable. The wardrobes were dusty. There is no room service. The tv was not working and we paid for ac but there was no ac. Not at all worth it unless you are using it to just sleep at night.

This hotel is nothing but a pathetic place to stay.
Bed doesn't have good mattress neither socket works

We wanted to stay in a place near to Ettina Bhuja trek. This lodge in Sakaleshpura is next to the bridge.
I think we got a non-oyo room on 1st floor.the standard OYO blanket and tidiness in bathroom were missing.
No food court.

Decent price but choose OYO rooms only.
It has ample space for parking and the building is quite secluded.not sure if this is a right place for families.

Its nyce and decent place, therz no connection of tv for firt floor and service is poor have to ask everythng byslf

Horrible management. No proper communication between the receptionist and the oyo booking member. Even after the pre booking, we had to look for other place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Couple friendly. Neat and clean. Peaceful and there is a walking bridge. I enjoyed staying here.

Waste of money.

Not recommended to stay in this during monsoon or winters. Rooms are not painted periodically I think. There were moulds on the walls. Inspite of covid, I don't think the rooms were sanitized before giving us the key. There were stains on the bedsheet. Used soap was in the bathroom. There was no new towel or soap in our room. Upon asking they gave us only one towel. No Ac. Windows doesn't have a thing to open them. It's a waste. Pigeons will be screeching through the window. Wardrobe stinks. The table kept in the room had cigarette ash/powder on it. The hallway smells of non-vegetarian food and cigarette. There is no veg food available here. Parking space is the only plus in this place. Apart from that, this place is not recommended for even one day stay.

Didn't provide basic needs like soaps in washroom and charged double of the MRP rate while buying the same from them.

Stayed for a night at this OYO Property in Sakleshpur. Newly built and wide open area for parking. Rooms are decent and even the washrooms as well. Provided toiletry and clean towels as well.
Service was fine.
One of the major issue was no Lift even though my room was at fourth floor. Another issue, they denied me the room citing no rooms available, however after I booked online and approached them again, readily offered me the room. Over all it was fine.

So, there is no lift and the service boy/ receptionist who was available didn't bother to help.
We had to climb stairs with our luggages.
And if you book through some agent then there is always an issue with OYO and agents which doesn't give pleasent experience for visitors

Do not book at this property no matter what. It's one of the worst property that I have ever come across. They are seem like they are associated with OYO but they are not. We booked our rooms a month ago and they still declined us initially because we booked at a low tariff on OYO. Apart from which these guys - Srinivasa and his team start arguing with us at the reception. Not a place I can recommend in the slightest
