I drove for 1.5 hrs closing my clinic early to select tiles, as this shop was highly recommended for good collection. I reached the store at 6.55pm, got a blunt reply from the front desk telling there is no sales person to show around. The store is supposed to be open till 7.30 pm as mentioned online and at their store. The mistake I made was not calling them before leaving and relying on the store timing mentioned online.
