I have purchased 3 machine 15 months back.
2 machines are not working. We went their service for 2 machines. They returned one machines immediately. For another machines they told after 3 days they will give us.
When I called manager Girish he is asking why u called me. If anything went out of matter every body will call to manager only. After another 3 days back I sms ed him asking forstatus of the machine.
Even though he is not replied they dragged it 20 days
. After asking asking time office they asking 3 days for every call.
I request please don't buy machines because they are not ready to service the machine what they provide. Not even ccurtious tocall to customer.
