I am very happy in second floor receptionist they are very kind to the patient and they way of behaviour to the people I am very satisfied

Upon returning at the specified time, we were made to wait for nearly 2 hours. The scan finally concluded at 5 pm, and we received the reports at 5: 30 pm. This entire experience was truly unpleasant, as we practically spent the entire day for just one scan at the facility. Additionally The prices are considerably elevated in comparison to other diagnostic centers. “

There is no proper queue / token system. People who came later than us were let in for testing before us.

One stop solution for all diagnostic needs in mysore.the staff over there are very supportive especially one lady Mrs mythri helped me a lot while I was under went mamo MRI. Her encouragement and thoughtful words helped me to undergo the procedure ease

Veryy irritating experience
They take payments in advance and then ask you to wait longer, they didn't tell that you need to wait for this much time and all. And No queues, they just carelessly call.
And very uncleaned washrooms, smells bad, so bad that you can't even walk in lobby's.

Not recommended

The behavior of Receptionists sitting at First floor is very much rude and they are not able to understand the Patient situation. They are very arrogant

Patients have to wait.wait.wait.

There is no proper token system either
Crowded and mismanagement

For small scanning if you go by 10.30 morning it will take 4.30 in the evening

There is No token system
If we go for simple scan by morning 10.00 we come out by 4.30 PM

Very slow in diagnosis

There is no response in properly.waiting for too much time.and staff is very neglected in patients.responce in very rude.plz concentrate pregncy ladies

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಬಂದವರಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಮತ್ತು reception ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ರೆಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಳಪೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ

My daughter ages 2.5 needed blood test urgently so i had been there.
The way they drew blood was so painful for my daughter that she was complaining the whole day. I neglected it thinking she was scared about it and hence complaining.
Next day, the area where the blood was drawn had turned blue!
They really need to draw blood with care for younger children atleast!

Shame on them they don't respect patients they only values for money. They should change their employees. My wife was an ectopic pregnancy but they told nothing is seen they suggest us to follow up after 1 to 3 weeks. After 5 days my wife was suffered so much. If we wait for 3 weeks we lost her. They should have an idea that what is happening in our body. But they don't respect patients.

Outstation reports are not communicated at all. They give excuses that we called and was not reachable. When they have email id they can just forward it. Also a new accession number is created for outstation report in city it was sent to. Yo will not be able to see that report online anywhere. Very suspicious mode of operations.

Worst service ever seen from past 4 years I'm coming here for my son,
Employees in 1st floor is too slow, they are only fitted for chit chat not to work, delaying for everything

2nd floor receptionist wer the worst with high attitude they're working for the organisation and they meed to know there manners. Behaving rude with patients. Other than that nursing staff people are good but reception people don't give proper response they don't have proper comunication between themselves. And the cardiologist doctor (DR. PARMESHWARAPP) consultant doctor was the worst person i saw. He's very rude to patients even though we wer guided by a doctor also his response was very bad. Never ever take a consultation with him.
I have faced and no one should face the same.

Worst services from the staff. No discipline n value for time. They don't maintain proper token system. They send patients to scan according to their wish. Reception staffs are the worst. They respond as if we are taking services free of cost. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this lab

Place is too crowded. They should manage appointments properly. Too long waiting time. Patients are not taken care of. Reception staff are not soft spoken. Proper directions are not given.
Building is located on the main road. No parking facility.

Worst diagnostic centre I ever seen in the city, very poor reactionist response, very poor quality maintenance in given the reports and especially don't go for pregnancy test it will hurts u definitely

ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಈ SRL DIAGNOSTICS ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅನಮೋಲಿ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಅಲ್ಟ್ರಾಸೌಂಡ್ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನಿಂಗ್ ಆಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ, ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡದೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸರಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ರಿಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಟೆಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಈ ಸನ್ಮತಿ ಅನ್ನೋಳಿಗೆ ಟೆಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಇದಿಯೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ಅದು ಸಹ ನನಗೆ ಡೌಟ್. ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬರಿ ಹಣವನಸ್ಟೆ ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Pregnancy scaning its very bad quality so please any one avoid the takes pregnancy scanning i don't give any type star for SRL mysore, its given wrong report for my wife at 37week scan like baby health issue, when they doctor see the report its says after delivery baby want NICU, some other doctor see report and said taken one more scan on KANNAN mysore report comes everything is normal. Nothing any kind of baby health issue, so please dont go SRL Mysore.

Do you have loads of opportunities and many things to do they have all the tests that can be done easily problem is passing it is difficult come on get two wheeler if you want to park

5 star for those who are working in the ground floor.
But this 2 star is for 1st floor attitude queens** (reception). They don't even know how to respect a patient. I do understand there were many patients, but not more than ground floor.
Am very disappointed with their attitude towards patients.
We are paying n we should take the blame from those ladies.
An elderly staff in ground floor is soo helping. 1st floor reception people should learn from them.

Very worst response. Association should ban this type of diagnostic centre. Do not loose time and money by visiting this place.

Reception counter in the ground floor is crowded, suggest management to come with electronic display. So when the counter is free Visitor can approach respective counter & it should be managed by a person so as to avoid crowding.

Payment thru cash, Debitcard, credit card & thru UPI can be made.

Lab is having around 40 seating capacity in the ground floor. Second Floor is also having same seating capacity. Floors are kept clean, mopped frequently.

Situated in Busy street, Entrance to Lab is from the narrow side street. Ramp is available for wheelchair bound visitors visiting the lab. Need to Park two wheelers on narrow street. Lab is having cellar where around 5 Four wheeler can be parked. Security will allow around 10 cars to park, it is difficult to move your car once it is jam-packed. Staff will support, Avoid parking in cellar to avoid damage to one's vehicle or to other vehicle.

Lift facility available which can accommodate 10 people & it is managed by lift operator. Water dispensers are available, disposable cups are available on request from the reception counter. Bottled water are sold by the security at Rs. 20. Visitors who come for abdominal scanning no need not worry to travel far away to purchase Bottled water.

They have good equipments. Each test room is numbered & placard mentioning the tests carried out.

Medical test results/reports can be downloaded through your mobile by the link shared by the lab once the results are uploaded in the Diagnostic center portal by accessing them through user id & password provided by them.

Most of the Doctors recommend this diagnostic center, I do not know reason behind & not investigated.

I have seen reviews of others, but not faced any issues during my visit for medical tests. Staff are courteous.

Overall it is good. I have given 4 star as do not have provision to give 3.5 star. My rating for the visit to lab is 3.5

Worst service. No time sense and there is no proper management. Staffs are behaving like illeterate.anything u ask, they will tell wait wait wait. Will call ur name. Ever after 4 hours waiting also they dont bother. It is like government office.very poor organization. No time sense... U have to apply leave for whole day for small tests and reports.

They don't consider their job as a paid service they are offering their work as though they are doing you a favor.
ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM. Right from lab technicians to all the staff involved at the reception. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Reception at 2nd floor is very rude, high altitude, 0 ratings is more for this diagnostic center. Worst service from Everyone.

Telephonic response is very poor. Even though telephone is rings, nobody lifts and answers
They told results will be sent by e mail but not responded. I donot know why doctors recommended this test lab

I would rate with negative stars if there is an option. Worst management. With rude staff. If u want to get humiliated by paying money then visit this lab. If u have self respect then pls avoid SRL.

Anytime crowded with patient's, don't go by car to this place because of no parking place. Better go by two wheeler or public transport.

Mismanagement at its worst. Worst diagnostic centre. They make you wait for far too long and it's not even for the right report.

Worst service. Don't come here if you are in a hurry or if its an emergency. Come only if you have over 5 to 6 hours to kill. They make you wait for everything from diagnosis to reports.

If you are visiting SRL Diagnostics. Be prepared for harassment of your life by very rude support staff and the Doctors.
Support staff is clueless. At least 4 to 5 people in staff would ask you same question. Then comes the waiting period they can easily consume your 4 to 5 hrs for routine scan.
Finally when it's time for the scan then you meet a angry doctor & there behaviour will make you think whats wrong with this doctor, it's like you have entered devils den or a torture room. Be prepared for unnecessary questions and doctors bad behaviour

After the scan wait for another couple of hours for the reports and no one is bothered about providing a ETA.

You will get all above services for free.

Anyone visiting here should have nerves of steel.

This diagnostic center is usually crowded. Front staffs are always busy, but response provided good, always attentive. Tests sometimes takes time only if crowded, or else immediately conducted. Its better to visit during morning. Results provided can be even accessed online.

Price is not reasonable, reports images alps not good. Receptionists are arrogant, not supportive, wait time is more. Totally worst service. Strongly. I don't recommed.

Pathetic service. One of the worst service from SRL diagnostic Mysore. Receptionists are not supportive and very rude. We waited almost 2 hrs for ultra sound scan. Not recommended especially for pregnant women.

This particular diagnostic lab is one the best and crowded labs in Mysore offering wide range of tests and scans. The staffs and doctors are very nice and helpful. The approaching roads are very narrow. The TMT and echo-cardio facilities are really nice.

Very poor service.worst experience. Waiting time is more. More of recommended candidates of receptionists.try to avoid this center.one star also waste.total waste of complete day for waiting itself.
