Don't take SRS Bus to Sringeri, if you don't have time. This bus takes long route over shivamogga, theerthahalli. No issue with seats, driver.

Stupid people didn't even informed about canceled bus. Had to wait 3 hours for different bus. Better book ticket somewhere else

Not good or not bad, the private buses are not permanent drivers no emi no bonus, all this type bus drivers are hunting for local luggage, loading inside the passenger area, and stopping for breakfast lunch and dinner, they are not giving time for passengers, some time passengers lost mobile, because the driver horn and started to move, in the they are not supplying water bottles, the old buses are heavy noise, better we can travel in lorry, from Bombay to Mysore 25 hrs, the sleepers coach make full body bones and joints becomes loose, next time i will travel only government transport,

One of the worst experience, because I booked ticket from Shimoga to Banglore (jayanagara 4th block), in booking they have drop point to jayanagar 4th block but they refused to drop there and dropped me middle of the road which is very worst experience I faced in my life the driver and conducter both were very rude they are very unprofessional and they said our first preference is to deliver our courier items so passengers are not valuable for them so if any one like to book tickets on SRR travels please don't book tickets.

Bus was good, and departed at right time but still reached destination late by couple of hours, and it was not due to traffic, but they stopped in between multiple times to pickup and drop luggage and one normal break, otherwise ok.

This is a bus boarding and booking point located near KSRTC bus stand, Shivamogga.
If you book a ticket online, you can come and board the bus from here. Otherwise you can book ticket here through offline mode. They not only transport passengers, they take parcels also and they deliver it to the booked destination. SRS travels is a wellknown sleeper bus service.

Worst experience by so far especially the conductor of the journey is very ill mannered I am travelling in bus number 4744 and conductor is not only I'll but also watching people sleep and then farting on there cabin this is very very bad experience so far the seats are also not cleaned

Dirty sleeper beds with dirty curtains.passenger carrying buses bacame goods carrying bus now.not adhering to the departure timings just because of the goods they wanted to load.totally filthy environment.

The bus is getting late of one hour and no update and after that they put laugahge and make more delay and the bus coordinator has left alone and went, now it's 1 am.

Never expected this kind of service

I have travelled 3 to 4 times in srs buses, I'm sorry to mention that, all the time my experience was worst. Drivers are always very rough in driving and very uncomfortable to all passenger.

Travelling time was not as directed before booking tickets. Cleanliness of the bus was horrible.

So many stops after pine, experienced lime am going in a local bus from shimoga to Mumbai, also no timings of bus

Their buses are always late by at least 1hr 30min and there buses are in such a bad shape that they are fit for only cargo services. Better avoid SRS

Worst service, no time senses. Quality of bus being used for travel is very poor. Even they stop every where and anywhere. They don’t even think there customer comfort. Do not choose SRS for long trip.

Poor, Pathetic and worst service.
The scheduled time to pick up was at 11.45 PM but the bus reached almost at 1 AM in the night.
SRS Travel management if you are reading this (I'm sure you won't), fire your booking center guys for the irresponsible responses and no apology attitudes. They forget that we are using your services by paying MONEY

Its been a night mare journey for my aged parents from Pune to Shimoga Journey. Scheduled arrival at shimoga was 9 am but it's 12 noon, they are still 80 kms away. Horrible bus condition with high bumpy drive. My elderly parents could not even sleep nor could comfortably sit. Every contact number mentioned to contact is either not reachable or switched off.

ONLY PREFER VRL OR KSRTC BUSSES. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Worst Experience, bad travelling experience not at all professional travels. They behave with you very badly. Wish we could give one tight slap for the one who is managing this.

I feel to minus star.bus was late by 2 hr.and arrival is late by 5hr.totally waste of money don't ever book it

Worst service by srs travels from Pune to Shimoga & the bed is also very dirty they were nt cleaned only, the bed was little bit smelly. The bed comfortable is gone. Srs should change their bed because it's nt at all comfortable.
Worst customer service by SRS.
I won't be preferring srs travels for the next time, instead of there are other travelers also which are more comfortable than srs and with the similar cost

No time sence. From Shimoga to Mangalore Bus has to be started at 12: 30 but now it's 1: 45 am till now bus not reached at and no information on this. Please take corrective action to eliminate this issue in feature

I wanted to rate it "zero" but no option.they should name it as goods and carrier rather than travels. I had worst experience of life.booked Bangalore to Sringeri bus in red bus which was supposed to reach destination at 7: 00AM as per the website.they took 3 extra hours.they carry canter load of luggage and take minimum 30 minutes to unload it in every town on way.if you ask the driver he will say ask @ office.not t blame him.he is doing his duty.even the driver said "regular commuters don't prefer this bus ". Never SRS again.
