Very bad experience announcement in Bangalore only in Kanada languages.
People going to chennai and various places in Tamilnadu couldn't understand.

Waiting area at night 10pm on the road no proper arrangement for Waiting passengers.

Bus driver was very rood and not opening the language door.

Last moment they changed Bus and they delayed 7+ hours. I won't recommend the SRS Bus for travelling.

This travel is make you fool, I have booked bus ticket in MakeMyTrip, Bus arrival time was 11: 15 PM. I called to the bus driver at 10: 55 PM and he never responded to my call i have tried more than ten times. When I reach there bus was left without me and he never call me back even before or after the time. I have complaint about it at the SRS office Anand rao circle. He lied that bus driver waited for long time and called me many times. But this really sad that never get a call from bus driver or from SRS office. They just trying to play with me. I didn't have option it was night time.i have travelled to my place spending 1000rs in different busses.
I have complaint to the given number and they were also in worst customer service ever had.

I had a food parcel to be delivered from Bengaluru to Kodaikanal by bus. As i could not go personally, i had sent it over by dunzo. The personnel at SRS travels were very helpful, particularly Mr Atman, who explained the process and helped me remotely book the parcel.

Bus Service is good. But can keep the toilets neat and tidy in the waiting area. How ever atleast they kept toilets where many of the service providers is not having.

Poor travels lost hope and worst sear quality and office in Wilson garden. Feels government bus is better

Absolute worst, gangster like behaviour rude staff and unhygienic bus, dont recommend at all, choose national travels atleast their staff is good, i wast at the boarding location and asking each and every bus is it my bus and when i ask a bus conductor is it the my bus he said no, later i asked in office they said bus just left from here and that was the bus, they told me to do auto and go to anand rao where they will refund the money, when i came here they are refusing to giv my money back

We booked from shiradi to bangalore. The app showed reaching time as 9.30am. We had very important commitments. Trust me we were at chitradurga at 9.30am.
Bus reached nagasandra at 12.we took a metro and reached back as it may take another 1.30 hour more.
Srs mamgement gives wrong info on app although they know that the bus will reach at 1pm.
It's just a eyewash to attract passengers.
Poor drivers are blamed.

You have overnight buses to different places. The staff are friendly & helpful. But the waiting place can be kept more clean.

We can use it. Some cleaners only are vigorous but the service is gud. But need to develop their service much better

No drinking water supplied here. Place also looks dirty. No proper maintenance.
Good to alight reserved buses, not recommended to wait more than 5 mins.

Luckily it placed near Shanti nagar busstand.prefer to wait in the busstand and come to this boarding point while bus reach here.as this place is not clean, dirty washroom, etc etc

I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking the bus. It’s pathetic. No value for money. Full of cockroaches. Chose better options folks.to SRS.

I am always utilising your services regularly since very long.
I had booked a ticket from Bengaluru to Coimbatore on 19th. But could Not travel. Also Not cancelled above trip.
Now I made similar reservation for 21-08-22. Usually all your buses stops near Tea stalls enroute. Today no stop no Tea break.
He picked up few passengers from Dharmapuri & Erode, I got great relief when driver allowed me for passing urine at above place, while he was picking new customers. Normally your buses reaches around 5.00 AM today it reached around 6.20 AM One Hour Late.

Being a regular customer, I suggest you to improve your Wilson Gardens. It needs cleanliness. Place is not neat & Tidy. Fresh room is filthy with bad smell. No drinking water facility too.

Worth the money, clean seats, but while boarding the bus from different locations will take a lot of time before starting the actual destination travel

Worst drivers.they don't know how to behave with passenger.horrible rude behaviour.

Seat's or very dartty. Please find the photo attached. We are not happy to travel next time & response not good.

Just the name is multi axle sleeper but eventually it is not. Feeling like govt bus. Personal tv and charging point are just for showcase. No room to keep slippers under seat. Lower berth is lower to ground. Tedious.

It was my first experience in SRS travels. In fact, the driving wasn't very smooth as the roads are full of gutters.

I booked a bus from shanti Nagar but they told that bus will go from.madiwala without prior notice pathetic this is.

Some employees are very rude and they are irresponsible if we ask about running details of a bus if it's late.

Not a good service. No coordination, No standards.

SRS Logistics has pathetic service. No proper response from your Wilson Garden office, Bangalore.

Even though they said there s office and waiting area in tat place nothing is available. We had to wait outside the shutter closed office place.

Worst service. My boarding point was Shanthinagar, Now they are ask8ng to go to Madiwala in other SRS Bus.
Seriously worst service.

For first two stops you are coming on time, after the remaining stops you made it late. Please try to keep up with the time.

Rude staff.unclean toilets and waiting rooms. Appoint qualified staff.and travel buses are overloaded with goods.
