The ride was smooth and although the workers don't speak fluent English they use body language to inform you of things

Poor service, only good for logistic services, not for people transport. 18 hour journey became 22 hour journey with 20+ stops to deliver goods. Stops at pathetic restaurants for food which doesn't have hygienic toilets. No comfort at all, the sleeper coach has very little head room. A/C knobs can't be controlled, so you forcibly need to be in a chilled space for such a long duration makes it uncomfortable. Not using this anymore, not recommending anyone to use as well.

It was terrible. Overall travel delayed by 7.5 hours. Twice breakdown despite replacing the bus.

Comfort for travelling.we often used to go to bengalore I use srs buses for travel.sleeper coaches much better than sitting.

Earlier the service was good, but now day specially after COVID service and behaviour both are too bad this time, bus timing they are changing like any time. You can believe or consider that your travel plans will work as you plan, you pay the money and go through the way how SRS want to do it. They are so big but do not have any back plan, they will simple chage you timings, either you go by his decision or cancel you plan. Most of the time I cancelled the travel plan and thinking leave bus travel like how I did for flight. Self vehicle or Train is the best option for me from now onwards. Very bad feedback for this. I was customer of this travel since 2017, but sorry to say I need to stop considering this travel.

Their boarding point given in the address is nearly 1 km far from the actual stop. The place where they stopped for dinner and washroom was pathetic, no water available in the washroom. Bus got delayed. Overall worst experience.

First change the good service department because unless the customer loses his time. Time to not reach

Through Paytm app very helpful for online/off line bus seat booking, and parking is available in a spacious area, very close to Majestic bus stand which is Bangalore city hub, auto, cab, services available near SRS bus office.

The trip was quite good.
But they should improve by repairing all the amenities inside bus like charging ports are not working, etc.

SRS become much customer friendly, and the pilots are highly experienced, and they behave good manner with passengers.

They didn't come on time and we felt its goods vehicle. It's not a passenger bus. We can say it's a goods bus they keep stopping everywhere to unload the goods. And for girls they don't even have manners to stop for the washroom. We can't even sleep properly because of noise whenever they unload the goods.

Crowded but serves the purpose of it's existence.
The guests can be managed in much professional way however that seems to be the last thought for this organization.

I had to travel from Bangalore to my hometown, and had to book srs travels, poor customer service, though I paid ₹1000 for a non ac sleeper bus, not even basic amenities like blankets, pillows were provided in the bus. A non functional charging port. Really really bad experience. No idea for what they're charging so hefty prices on tickets.

Bad experience. The service person will not communicate the procedure not at all help full.if not understand his accents and tell ti repeat i will increase his voice and shout

One of the worst managed travel experience ever me and my friend had. Booked ticket to board at kilaspalayam. A SMS asked to get boarded at anand rao circle. As i had a material to take with, i told i prefer to go to the boarding point. But at rao circle seeing the parcel they asked to book the material load there itself assuring there is pickup truck to facilitate boarding. At 7.12 i got a SMS and call confirming my availability for the pickup van expected at 7: 15. As till 7: 20 as there's no pickup van or announcement when enquired their booking staff, they simply asked us to take a auto to double road to board the bus and the material will be send the next day. As our travel is to deliver and setup the material, we took a load auto at our cost and reached double road. The bus arrived in few minutes time expecting three passengers to board there. As three persons boarded inside, without verification they started the bus. My friend is actually getting down the material outside. When confronted the bus driver and conductor. They simply told me to ask my friend follow the bus. Then only it is found that another passenger bound for Rajapalayam was wrongly guided by the booking clerk of double road to board the bus en route to Nagapattinam. All along my friend is following a Volvo in a load auto at last to board at Madivala, the city last stop

Please be very careful if you want to reach on time through SRS
I booked from Pune to Bangalore, get delayed by 5 hours.
They have setting in all restaurants where they stop the bus during journey. No proper n managed facility in restaurant s. All item are sold on 3 time price.

This is the main pickup point for most or all of srs buses in majestic area. With a parking available for approx 10 to 15 buses and a waiting place for commuters.

I had worst experience here.staffs are not at all good. Bus also very much conjusted and not up to the mark. SRS service degraded lot compared to beginning. SRS should seriously look in to the matter and provide better service as it used provide best service at the beginning. This time I am highly disappointed with SRS and surely I am not going to prefer it again.

Terrible customer service. The man at the kiosk did not have the sense to take off his headphones when I approached him with a question. This was the least of our issues though. The bus was delayed by nearly an hour, and the reason was claimed to be traffic. In my opinion, this reflects extremely poor planning and execution. As logistic service, punctuality and professionalism are woefully inadequate. I would advise walking to your destination rather than book a bus with SRS as you'd be reaching at the same time.

I had an extremely bad experience with SRS travels. I was travelling in a bus from Bangalore to Mumbai and had 2 cartons with me alongwith my luggage. I was to get off at Santacruz, when the bus reached and I looked for my cartons, to my shock, they had disappeared and when asked the person, he said that he thought it was booked for Pune and dropped it there. Though I had a receipt for the materials for Mumbai. On repeated follow up from the Pune office, they informed me that they dont have the cartons and it is some where at Mumbai. When followed up from the Mumbai office, they have no trace of my materials. Extremely disappointed by SRS travels. Absolutely no commitment and very bad customer service.

I have been using SRS travels for few years now. Their operations covers most of Southern India. They also have services from Bangalore to Nagpur, Goa, Mumbai, Rajkot, Jodhpur, Indore etc. While the bus conditions are okay, the BS IV allows them to run at max of 100kmph, which sometimes seems less for long distance travels. They have 2 drivers for long haul and I have not seen any rash driving. On most of the AC Volvo Sleepers, the roof height on upper berth is less, the berth length is okay. But if you are more than 5’5” and want to sit, opt for lower berths.

Horrible experience we had in volvo sleeper coach from Blore to Shiridi on 6/7/18. There is no maintenance, totally worst, co persons not to ready to listen our complaints, finally they have accepted to change the bus. 3 hrs wasted because of SRS negligence, still we r waiting for alternative bus. When it's going to come no idea. I will not recommend SRS for long route. KSRTC is better always.

Hopeless coordination of Bus Driver and Management for Dropping off at a particular location after Majestic stop to Wilson Garden stop pick up vehicle wasn't arranged/Main Bus also didn't go to the location. WORST EXPERIENCE! Won't travel with SRS again.

Srs has been compromised recently. Their service is not the same as we had few years ago. Rude drivers. Irregular timings. As well as dropping at points other than dropping points. No well maintained busses. Srs, well known for their timings and patient service. Is not the same srs we see now. I'm sorry i cant give more than 2 ratings. Bcoz they don't deserve it ANYMORE! And probably this is the last time im gonna travel SRS

There are two SRS bus shelters. Looks like the one right on the Anand Rao circle is just to load luggage. The one opposite citadel hotel is for passenger boarding. It's better to be aware of this just to avoid last minute confusion.

Srs bus is good, they charged more cost for tickets but they don't provide water bottle also during the journey other bus operators provided the water bottles to passenger during travel.srs bus is Volvo but speed is never crossed 50 kmph and it takes almost 15 hrs from Bangalore to Hyderabad

Anywhere you want to get down on the way, driver will stop happily.

Even if you request for few stops during commute, driver will stop without getting irritated.

Timely we get messages from SRS about travel, bus details and bus tracking.
* If the seat is booked via redbus, then you might not get regular updates from SRS

Bus suspension Not good one of my window curtain was missing bed sheets was not clean, heavy noise coming from bus engine I travelled from Bangalore to shiradi and worker was not cooperative

Spacious bus stand for SRS travels. Waiting area with roof to avoid rain. Booking counter is also available. But no refreshment facilities not even water bottles you need to get it from near by area. Washrooms are in good condition.
