SRS Travels

Atleast on the date I travelled to Sringeri, it deployed a worst bus with Zero suspension. The sleeper offered no comfort and it took a round route through Shimoga.

Very worst service ever. Can u believe the bus wil b late by 3.5 hours don't waste u time on this service

Horrible standard of buses.
Drivers stop after 11 pm for dinner where they get free food. Terrible service in total

The bus timing is not punctual, driving is very worst, stops every stop took local passengers charging them for their own pocket, I have shared here one pic how they are sitting in front of sleeping passagers. I'm felt like I sat in BMTC bus or city bus. From Bangalore to raichur it was same condition.this is not Express. Not worth to pay 1000rs. Waste of money.
I suggest not to choose srs buses.

Driver didn't drop at the dropping point he dropped us 10kms away & was rude used foul language complaint raised with srs no help because there help line numbers won't work

Easily visible location near Govardhan theatre, on road to Tumkur. Clean spacious place for waiting for bus. Not very close to Bus stop or metro station. You would have to walk a bit. There are some small eatries also near by so you can have meal or snacks before your travel.

Pathetic travel company. Never on time. This is my second experience. There is a delay of more than 2 hours for the bus to start it's journey. Bus number changed twice. When enquired with staff here, staff arrogantly replied it will come in 2 minutes, however 2 minutes have become more than 2 hours now and there is no trace of the bus yet. Their 24x7 customer care number doesn't work. You are left with nothing but to wait.wait and wait. Horrible.

This place is located just besides Govardhan theatre and can be identified from traffic as its off Mumbai-Pune-Bengaluru highway. This place is always crowded and no protection for visitor's belongings. No wash room but has a waiting room. Most of the time buses will be running past their due timings and you might spend hours here!

This is the worst travelling transport ever. I got a message saying that my 6pm bus will be delayed by 45 minutes and hence i called this place and got a confirmation that its going to be delayed. When i was on the way to this pickup point, i was told that the bus has already left. We told to wait as per message, but they didnt wait for that.

These fellows are so rude that, they speak as if they are the owners and we did a mistake. Now they told me to book a new bus and go on your own. Such a worst travels.

SRS is a point where you can book small parcels, this service is handy where your parcel will reach its destination the next day as they send it through its own buses. Only prob is the staff is not so cooperative

Bus is completely bad and very poorly maintained. I will not opt for SRS Travel in my life time

There is no place to sit. There is no washroom at this travels.
BRING FOOD FROM YOUR HOME or GRAB SOME SNACKS "BEFORE BOARDING THE BUS"
Bus services is good. The problem is they stop for lunch or dinner at some hotel (with whom they have made some deals) where the price of food is very expensive, less quality and quantity. There they sell more than MRP price. So people traveling will be hungry and end up buying there. Even if people argue with those hotel members, nothing will go in their head, they won't change, still it will be overpriced.
As people will be traveling there will be different customers daily.
Think how many busses travel and how many people's money will be looted in a day.

They need to include more breaks in the journey.going to the washroom itself was a big concern.they did not drop us at the designated place.they had some issues.

Very nicely Nd timely service.but the charging point on my seat was not working.from Bangalore to Lonavala.

The bus was late at the pickup point by obe hour. It is never on time.normally late by half an hour.

We booked up and down booking for Bangalore to Goa. While going to Goa it's 3 hours late. But returning from Goa it's reached on time.

Loved the bus and service. Staff very well trained and cooperative. Interior is nice and celan. Recommend bus.
