S.R.S. Travels

Right now travelling in bus, Bangalore to Thanjavur. Seen a cockroach in the bed roaming here and there. Worst maintenance. Being a service provider all-around the India this is can't be acceptable.

SRS boarding location and parcel dispatching place. Near Dmart bommasandra. Easily findable place

I would suggest Madiwala's SRS is good. Here no restroom and u cant find any hotels nearby. Most of the time the buses are average only. Compare with other travels if the price is low, then book it.otherwise think twice.

During festival time and weekend times, Please don't choose this bus as you travel partner. On that time SRS buses are converted into SRS lorries.
Eg. Diwali time, they mentioned that the departure time is 11.30pm but the bus came at 12.35 am. And the arrival timing they mentioned 6.30am but the actual arrived time is 8.45am. (Bommasandra to Coimbatore)

Took a sleeper bus from Pondicherry to Bangalore.not 1 person to help with luggage, they wouldn't put it down in the luggage section.had to keep it on our seats itself. Journey from Bangalore to Pondicherry was equally awful.

Folks, these operators put so much luggage, passenger are forced to keep luggage in seats and aile space. Seat covers and screens are not so clean.
Also why the driver's need to stop in centre of a city in middle of night for the loo break. Where women will and relieve them selves in centre City circles.
Also this bus operator where he will start also don't have toilets.
I am saying all these for a bus from Bengaluru to madurai and from Madurai to Bengaluru

Useless, they will never pickup the call. SRS travels falling down because of this kind cheap behaviour, driver will not pick the call and also office guys will not pick up the call means what is the point of having office in this location and why do keep this place as boarding place?

No sense of punctuality. No electric ports working inside. The seats are way too near the floor.

Non AC Sleeper bus is horrible that too when it stops somewhere would sweat a lot. Seats are not good post covid. Maintenance needed for buses from Bangalore.

Old lady ask to stop for one minute for get in her place. But they are not stopping. But in hosur they stopped more than half on hour for their work. Bus came one hour late also. They simply fight also at mid night

Bus staff is rude. No service at all. If you complaint any issue then they directly told we are only representative please call to toll free for any complaints.

It's better they can say they are using bus for parcel service not for passengers in every booking point they are stopping more than 15mins minimum they are not reaching on time if you're planning something based on arrival don't take this bus and officers in bommasandra office is rude

Bus condition were worst. They loaded so many luggage so they stopped in middle of night to unload and lots of mosquitoes came in.

They denied to switch off lights inside which was above my head

Worst experience. Seat was shared by another passenger who carried 2 kids (5 years and 2 years old). Not sure how they are allowing passengers with one seat booked with 2 kids that too to share with other passengers

They have not stopped in any motel while I travel from Bangalore to kovai.but they have stopped in Salem for half an hour for luggage dropping.what I feel is I travelled in an courier travel.selfish and irresponsible driver.please choose some other travels

A very big bus stop for all SRS Travels Buses. It's organised properly and adequate announcement are made about the incoming buses.
Safety protocol are bit lax but that's the case everywhere.
Yet the buses are clean and well maintained.

One of the boarding point in Bangalore and it's nearly to bommansandra bus stop. 15 people can be Waite inside and outside 10 people can wait. But most of the time bus used to be delayed here on Friday travels. Travels guy not much helpful though.

2 hrs delay and not informed correctly about the delay as they have mentioned only 39 mins delay. Need to still work on better communication with customer

Bus came very late.almost 2hrs late.even after started, driving speed is too slow.altogeather 3hrs late.

This boarding point is bit convenient for the people around Ecity because usually buses won't reach Ecity on proper mentioned time due to traffic, since this boarding point has waiting lounge its much helpful. So instead of booking other travels which has boarding point near Audi showroom we can prefer here. But we need to travel to Bommasandra for that its worth to if it is a festive season or a weekend. But you wont get any good place to have food nearby or atleast I haven't noticed any good hotels/restaurants near by.

Average service.and not punctual if I look at couple of my journey from Bangalore to Trivandrum

Place situated near to Hotel fortune city Hebbagodi. You will get travels here going to Kerala and Chennai.
