Overall it's fine, but they don't give attention to small details, puctuality, water bottles etc.

I've experienced a really worse kind of behaviour from staff and staff charges for luggage like they wish if we won't pay they ask us to get down and staff are drunk, apart from this driver stopped more then 5 times in middle of highway for no reason and really experienced a worse journey as bein a regular coustomer for srs im really feeling bad to say this

The person in logistics dept has taken delivery charges but it was not delivered to my shop, I went there and took my parcel alone and none was worker who had helped me, it is ok but why the the hell are they taking delivery charges

No place to keep footwear. Can't sit while watching outside window as the bus roof is close to the seat on upper case

A small bus stop for Hospet people travelling via SRS travels, only one or two seats to sit for those who wait. But overall good.

Bus service was nice but the Travels guy was unable to explain the location correctly so just search SRS travels in map and follow it.its to the left 700m from hospet bus stand.
