Worst experience. Bus delayed by more than 1 hour and irresponsible staff. Very poor service.

Bus was very dirty. Curtains, beds not clean.very suffocating feeling, Not hygienic at all

Not at all clean.staff are not at all helpful. Not worth the money. I had cockroaches all over my bed.very bad experience

Worst travels n travelling in there bus is waste they aren't worried about the passengers they need only luggage and parcels they spent lots of time to unload the luggages in every stop

The bus condition was too bad, the beds and curtains are dirty, not a good experience with SRS bus. It was my first amd last experience.
And bust timing is not followed, it got late.
And for dinner the bus got stopped near annapurna hotel and This was extremely horrible place for ladies. I got scared as hotel atmosphere is not good.

I traveled from Bangalore to gokarna and the bus reached gokarna 4 hours late. They were not punctual.

The worst bus experience in my life. I was traveling from Thanjavur to Bangalore. The beds were extremely unclean. The staff and the driver just grinned at me when i told them that and didn't even bother to help me. It was very difficult, especially because i was traveling with my wife. Just horrible.

Pathetic service. Departed 2 hours late from Banglore, arrived 3.5 hours late in pune. Stopped for dinner in Pathetic hotel with dirty unhygienic washrooms. Drivers are very rude. They don't know timings of bus.
