SRS Travels (Head Office)

I request everyone not to travel SRS travels. Very worst service. I travelled thrice Bangalore to kundapura. All 3 times worst experience. Without any reason they stop half an hour to one hour in night. Morning stops 1 hour for parcel unloading. If you question them very rude behaviour. Called head office multiple times, immediately cut the call and you will get buzy tone. Don't get in to ka51aa6993
I have a 4 year kids. We are hungry. Now time is 9: 30 am, need to reach kundapura.

The bus was 4hrs late to reach the destination, and its all because of the long stops it made either for loading the parcels or other reasons ; what possible service is this which is 4 hrs late? ;boarded at 8.45 pm and in the app it shows reaching time 5.30 am.but we reached at 9.15 am ;the rest stops are worst that a travel agency can choose for ; bus is not in good condition.this travel agency costed me 3145/- for 2 just cos it was a festival season just to provide this level of pathetic.bus is dirty, very very noisy and jumpy too.overall nothing positive about the travel, not worth and bad experience.

SRS Travels, i am travelling from Bangalore to Tenkasi, the worst service, they are late for one hour in blore, again 1hr. 30 mins for luggage at hosur, hotel break 40 mins at krishnagiri, inside the bus hell is better, again breaks have an issue in between, totally i may reach my destination by 10 am, if my luck works, where i am supposed to reach by 7.20am.

SRS TAKING HIGH PRICES. They busy with load box better they make truck don’t take passengers AND GIVING LOCAL BUS SERVICES. BECOMES WROST. Do not expect anything just travel like animals

Worst bus with un humanity with passengers and doesn’t respond to passengers properly by avoiding the ticket booked passenger through red bus their ticket sold to another passengers totally worst service with Srs bus Bangalore to Chennai if we tried to contact them they switched off their mobile’s speaking with rubbish language worthy ever

Worst service in outside Karnataka. No co ordination from staff. Highly recommend not to go with this travels.

My journey from Bangalore to Goa on 24th Aug, 23 has been worst. After sitting in bus at 7.30 the bus stopped for dinner at 10pm at the worst restaurant ever. You just can't eat here and have to starve and sleep.
Expected better from Srs to serve customers.
And while we complained at srs they paid no heed.
