SRS Travels

Hopeless experience. Journey from murdeshwara to Bangalore was an horror. It took 45 mins and 12 calls to reach the right person to raise the complaint about the driver. Can't imagine the daringness of the driver who dint touch the brakes in most part of driving. Pls think 100 times before u travel in this bus. Earlier I had traveled around 5 times it was atleast decent. But this time they showed whats their management upto. I am not surprised if we hear death in a large number shortly in that bus. Its shame that the management could do anything to even control the situation on that day.

Worst experience with srs travel Staff and the management. Not give respect to the customer worst service with srs travel till now

Don't know why they run such a pathetic travel firm, when they don't know where the buses are, who the driver is, what the bus number is, why is a bus going to a particular place.

Absolutely no time sense here.buses come 30 min late always.hell amount of mosquitoes to add to your woes.

Convenient to travel but have to change 2 buses it's some what difficult senior citizens and who are very much tied working in entire day can goon with normal buses which are available in local itself becoz here you want travel upto city outscuts (they will provide the vehicle) and have to change the bus.apart from that bus structure was very good hope my review is helpful

I wish i could give -ve rating.if this is the last bus in the universe then also dont go for it.they have made me wait for 3 hr and gave a silly reason that the ran out of diesel.wow to them for the really cheap reason.

From Hyderabad JNTU there is a cab pick up till Shamshad which takes 1: 30 hour journey and it's not good. But while returning from Bangalore to Hyderabad cab pick up is fine it's from Marathahalli to race court. Overall journey is good.

Don't go for their Tirupati package, they will initially say that you will get a Fast Darshan ticket but will send you for Dharma Darshan, they are liars, and it happened for us and won't recommend anybody to buy their package.

The travel was comfortable but there was time delay. We had to wait for so long to get the bus. We waited for almost 2hr to get the bus. Everything else was fine. If you are a person who is very particular about time then I wouldn't suggest this bus to you.

Service is not so great. Buses dont start on time, Curtains and Blankets stinks. Not happy with service.

They misplaced my parcel. I booked it From Shivmogga to Kumta. But they sent it to Mumbai. And from Mumbai they sent it to Kumta. But once again it dropped in Manglore. From Manglore finally it reached to Kumta. It reached me after 10 days with lots of damages.

Don't dare to choose SRS travels on day time. Worst experience ever.last 3 rows hell of noise and over heat.unable to sit. AC not working.no cleaning at all.

It was not on time. It supposed to be on 10: 30 pm where we got it 1: 00 am. Very bad. I had to wait for 2: 30 hr. Which was very hectic. I tried to call on number which was mentioned on ticket. He replied once and didn't give proper information.later he was also disconnecting the call. Very disappointing.i ll never travel again with srs.

Had a very bad experience with the driver while going to and coming back from sringeri to Bangalore. Driver belongs to bit no KA51 AC 6441. Driver was very rude to the passengers. When women and senoos citizens requested to stop for the washrooms he was very careless and did not care to stop.when we requested him again and again he stopped in the middle of the road and asked women to go on the roadside. He finally stopped after people were pushing him for more than an hour. He also passed rude comments "bachon ki Tarah le Jake peshab karana kya " this is really verbal harassment and if SRS travels is really focused at growing their business and providing good facilities and treatment to their passengers I would suggest they need to take immediate action on the driver.

Also there was no halt for dinner but driver locked the bus and went for the dinner in the night.

Bus starting from bangalore vary late and waiting time will be very long. Reached Hyderabad at very late.

Waiting hall is good. Toilets are not maintained properly and cleanly. Good staff service, some buses life are already overdue. Good time to change buses, particularly BANGALORE to Kalasa buses.

Nice, they are maintaining buses on time but they didn't maintain any television to entertaing us means no led tv inside bus while traveling other than this everything is

Bus broke down and no on from SRS helped we had to waste our time and finally took other by my own no help and assistance provide, plz be careful specially when u travel with family not an ideal transportation

No proper communications, they don't know the value of time, u guys are in the market from so long still u don't bother about end user satisfactions, u guys are worried about money only, just travel once in Orange travels u will understand service meaning.

Horrible wait time. Pick up was at 9: 30 pm. Bus arrived at 12: 00 am. This is the third time I have experienced this.

Really it's a worst trip with semi sleeper there is no space between the seats really worst. If they arrange space atleast between the seats by removing last row of seats all to be set but really they can't because they run behind the money

Never commitments on time and passengers. Pick up and droping both too much delay as per theit commits.
