Srushti Hospital

A pediatrician doctor (Dr. Arun) prescribed medicine for 10 days. After 10 days my daughter didn't recover. Visited again and the management saying this will not be under followup. Ended up by paying 400 again.

Completely money minded.

Thought of having my second baby delivery here, this scenario made me upset and changed my mind.

Don't know how feasible it is for Pregnancy and Delivery.

My Sister had recommended this hospital for my wife pregnancy. Dr VEENA mam was taken care from the day one and she handles very smoothly with normal delivered a baby boy The hospital is very good, hygienic and cleaned, affordable prices, staff was also very helpful, The overall experience was very very good. Many thanks to Dr VEENA mam Dr ARUN sir and Dr MANJU Sir, Most recommended hospital for mother and baby both.

We had an excellent experience at srusti hospital. It's really excellent hospital for delivery. I can't believe it. Because my wife high risk pregnancy in delivery situation.but doctor told me don't worry just cool. I make sure completely normal delivery. Yes it's normal delivery my baby.thank you DR. Veena maam.and thank to all Nurse, cleaner's and staff's.yes he's taking very caring the patient

I am a almost 5 years visitor here for my daughter. As per my experience Dr Arun is one of the best pediatrician. He easily come to the conclusion for problem. No heavy medicine/antibiotic. Carefully adding medicine. One of the best place for pediatric consultation.

Very genius and supportive Dr. Veena Mam, i m blessed with Boy baby, * normal delivery* and here all staff are very good and co operative, one of the best hospital in Bangalore, compare to other hospitals here fees and charges are very nominal, once again thanks to Veena mam, she is very kind.

If dr gave medicines on prescription.we go to take medicines frm farmacy. That lady is there who is very arrogant n always changes medicines as per her wish.n always says same contents. If she doesn't hv she should say not avl. She is not a Doctor.

Dr Veena madam his legend.for us she has given very good treatment to my wife now.i have a baby boy after 8 years of marriage

I would never ask any one to visit this hospital, they just blame us for everything.
I had frequent follow up during pregnancy as i had diabetic.
Dr Veena suggested me to go with c section on 16th November and had visited the hospital and she told that baby is normal and she postponed it to 26th November and again i had visited and again she postponed it to 01dec2022.
On this morning i went to hospital and Dr Veena is telling that we aren't able to find the heart beat of baby and baby is died. Seriously it was very heartbreaking after carrying the baby for nine months and i suffered a lot because of negligence of doctor am writing this because no one else should suffer my pain.please don't ever visit this hospital

This place is just another money looting place without any medical ethics.
I went here with my wife, paid 400rs and consulted Dr Veena, she asked us to get some tests done in their own lab in the basement and billed 3000rs.
When we go back with the test reports they say we can meet Dr Veena only if we pay again for consultation.
Worst experience and no ethics. Money making is their only priority.

Consulting Dr veena for my pregnancy.she is very nice experienced and will listen all your query patiently.staff and management is also good.

Me and my wife visited this hospital. Lady gynecologist was busy with her phone. She was not interested to listen to us. Its waste of time & money visiting there.

It is not an hospital. It is a MONEY LOOTING CENTER. I took my wife here for stomach pain and she was 2 months pregnant.
They did blood test which was unnecessary as just before a week we did blood test for her pregnency and showed them report as well. But still they did blood test.

General room charges itself is too high. Its Rs. 2500 just for 4 hrs.and Doctor fee is too high Rs 1500

Just one doctor treated for my wife, but they charged consultation charges fee for 3 doctors

They will ask you to pay advance fee once you enter the hospital, but for scanning and blood test they will ask to pay for it separately. They why the hell did they took advance?

Just for treating stomach pain they LOOTED Rs 7000 which is very injustice and very bad nurse staff.

I took a friend as he wasn't keeping well. There was no doctors available. When asked, was told general is available. That general was nurse who doesn't know anything. After her diagnosis when asked what has happened she was saying to ask the patient only! I mean she knows nothing and doesn't know what diagnosis she did. She wrote a tablet for everything the patient mentioned without knowing anything. So scary how would anyone visit again. Good that I turned down her prescription and went to another doctor and found out the actual issue. The other doctor we later met immediately put him on saline and gave 2 injections. Next day he was alright.

My mother was admitted here and the staff nurses were very incompetent. The drip was not proper which resulted in severe oedema in her hand.
Dr. Veena is always in a hurry and does not listen patiently to the patients.

They'll make you take 5-6 doses of medicines. 1-2 dose of injection. While my problem was covid. They never asked me to take covid test. But first made a bill of 1500-1600 and then gave me bunch of medicines and injections. Doctors here are very uneducated and don't know what they are doing

Service was not upto mark. Had a bad experience from a lady pharmacist. The staff are not in a welcoming face and not bothered about the customers. Receptionists are interested in their chit chats. It doesn't have a parking place.

I would give an honest rating as per my experience. I consulted in tis hospital for my pregnancy I was referred by one of my friend. It was one of d best decisions I took consulting here. I had a normal delivery n Dr. Veena is a gem. She is patient and supportive. Unless there is not a big issue she never gives up for normal delivery. Hospital is really good more than what I had expected. Staff is supportive and very helpful. Rooms and washrooms are very clean. I would suggest every1 around me who is pregnant to consult here. Also its less expensive than other hospitals.

Worst experience with Paediatric Dr. Arun. Suggested all high dosage medicines to my son for just fever. No care and correct advise to their patients.

We visit Dr. Arun (pediatrician). Our experience has been great. He is very calm, listen to you patiently and the diagnosis is clearly mentioned in prescription. Their process is also very streamlined.

Nurses staff are very bad, hardly 2-3 nurses have experience and helpful for other states otherwise mostly nurses support only kannada patients and Hindi or other language they do nothing. My worst experience in this hospital. Partiality to language s hi krti h kitna chilla rahi h or hsne lgti h. Lady ko kitna pain hota h usse to udr ki nurses ko koi frk hi nahi padta. Never ever go to this type of hospital where nurses are watching movies on their phones. I hate this type of hospital and don't go this hospital , hr chij last moment m batate h, dead child ka wait ko 250gm tk hospital handle krta h agr use jayada hua to bad m bolte h apko Krna hoga or koi location bhi nahi malum h inko. Partiality to bahut h is hospital m language k usi k hisab s money lete h or koi help nahi hoti h is hospital m.

Very Bad experience, admitted only 22 hrs and they charged RS. 2400 only for doctor visit for a day admission due to omitting. For Doc one visit RS. 1000 and Ast. Dr per visit 500, even in multispecialty hospitals are not charging this much money for a admitted patient room visit.just for looting money.

Very unprofessional people working overthere one of my colleagues regularly visiting this hospital, today she fell down and she said please took me to shrusti hospital when we entered the premises all staffs are shouting no doctors available please take her back to another hospital atleast you have to check the patient condition how can your staff irresponsible like this all are over attitude please teach your staff how to behave with people and patients.

My toddler sprained her foot so we visited pediatric so he can help know if we have to orthopaedic doc. Doctor is very nice no unnecessary medicine. First time charge is Rs300 and some spray/medicine was etc.

Dr. Veena is undoubtedly the best gynecologist in and around Bangalore. We did choose Srusti Hospital for my wife's delivery, only because it was close to my location. The decision proved to be absolutely right by all means. High quality of medical services at affordable prices. My wife had a normal delivery, and we are very greatful to the doctor for such a smooth delivery. The doctor is very polite and addressed all our queries/concerns patiently from day 1. The team has a very good supporting staff and a hygiene ambience. Thank you Dr Veena and Dr Arun.

Seeing a doctors review I had visited hospital and Dr veena is very good and she will listen patients problems I am very happy but Staff are very rude behaviour and they will speak like fish market language and when ever patients will visit hospital at least they have to inform follow up days they are not informing anything and agin they are ask for consultation fees this will be very bad experience.and they are not ready to give one file also to keep all the followup documents this is the way they are treating please change reception staff.

I have consulted Dr Veena for my fibroids and also gone under laproscopy surgery, Dr Veena is one of the best doctor and also I thank Dr Veena and other hospital staff who took maximum care of me.

Child was diagnosed there on the evening, paid consulting fees, on the very next day morning follow-up, BP checkup been advised as a pre-assessment, the worst part was, the hospital staffs claimed Rs. 20/- after the BP checkup. This is the first Hospital that we could experience claiming money for the BP checkup, request management to intervene this matter and educate staff. If this is true as a policy, pl do not charge this for this basic assessment. We were very much disappointed with the services and policy.

Very bad pharmacy after knowing it's near by expiry tablets how can they keep in store.

As per gov 1month ago near by expiry tablets need to remove.

Very poor service by the general physician, no time for diagnosing, not fully seen the investigation reports like weight, BP levels ect, super fast talking, pretend as if no time available for anything. Jumping to pathological advise to do scan etc, not even checking the patient. Absolutely not a good approach. Please think twice before you step in.

1st Time I have visited the hospital for my daughter health issues its very dispointinted with Staff People how they are treating with people and Staff people they don't minimum knowledge about medicine in Medical store their behavior is very rude.

My sister went to the hospital doctor veena is good but Worst service receptionst.doinga.she is not fit for this job.hello keerthesh management.she doesnt know.how to speak with the patient and she dosent know any information about hospital scan doctor schedule timings information if receptionist is like that then how will it be doctors and managament even 1 star i will not given to post this massge i have to select one start. I took my child for consultation for Dr. Arun MK Peadiatrician. Doctor was very friendly and given all the details about my child health and growth. Very good professional staff.

Dr Veena is a very good doctor. She has lot of experience and has taken care of my health for the past 8 yrs including treating my pcos problem. She also gives personal touch on every visit. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Arun and Dr veena are very good Doctor's they care very personally and hospital feel like homely environment. Both talk very much friendly.

Dr Arun did a great job with my daughter’s health checkup. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient. Highly recommendable.

Upon reviews, had been here for my wife regular checkup, to my surprise we had to wait in a long queue, this may be because of the weekend, when it was our turn the nurse/sister asked only the patient is allowed, the doctor was rushing a lot, wasn't patience to listen to our asks or previous history (to be very precise she took only 2-3mins) the prescription too didn't help much as it was already prescribed by our previous doctor. Could've been handled better by being patience to listen and shedding some time on each patient, felt we wasted time and consultation, this is my personal opinion.

The doctors are okay but the staff are rude, unprofessional and very slow. The woman at the pharmacy does not know what she is doing, is rude and so slow. The hospital must invest in better professional resources

In most cases, doctor try for normal delivery. In current generation, most of the doctors prefer c section and they talk like it is impossible for normal. But, I have two kids and both are normal delivery here.
Even the staff response is good and take good care. Doctor Veena most of the time know your problem before you explain.

Dr. Goutham sir was very knowledge full person and treated my mother who was suffered for past 2years from pancreatic but sir cured her in a month with a surgery.

Last week I have visited this hospital regarding my brother's child. Doctors are very caring and helpful even hospital staffs. Coming to treatment
cost it's reasonable, no unnecessary tests were taken. When it comes to doctors especially Dr Arun sir is too good in his profession. And I highly recommend Srushti Hospital.

Not so good in terms of the service in diagnostic center. Reports are not understandable compared other diagnostic centers and staff behaviour is not welcoming. Try avoiding.

Veena mam and Arun sir are very good. Reasonable prices, no unnecessary tests.nursing is also good. We are blessed with baby boy. Everything is good.highly recommended.

Doctors are ok interns of handling the patient but not up to the caring & neutral, they always want to write some medicines & make petients buy from this hospital.

Except Dr arun and his wife no one is good.i went for tooth checkup, I met one junior doctors, the way of behavior is so rude and harsh, she didn't even check up me and without asking the problem she is giving her opinion and wen i stop her she told talk properly and my a doctor nt you. I no everything, I got scared and said I dnt want treatment and I went.
