Doctor is good but the receptionist is very bad. There is no structure of assignment to people. The receptionist does not have any voice, she gets easily influenced with some customers domination of going in first. She doesn’t follow a structure or rule at the clinic. Worst management. There is no token system as well. Very very poor management skills.

Very bad experience.gives an appointment at 4: 30 and the reception forgets about it and makes you wait for 2 hours and also sends in people who do not have an appointment

Highly recommend. I have been a patient since the last 15 years, honestly the only doctor I trust. Dr. Vani has the most healing hands, her knowledge and understanding of the patient is unmatched. Always been very professional and literally no bs with the treatment.

Its not an organized place, employees make you to wait more than 3 hrs, even though you have proper appointment, still we have to be at mercy

Horrible experience. Appointment was at 12.45pm. Waited till 1.45 and the doctor didn’t show up at all. No place to sit inside the clinic, had to wait outside in scorching heat. Not only that but the receptionist were rude too. Wouldn’t recommend Dr Vani to anyone.
