SSM Hospital

Worst hospital staff (nurses, receptionist) I ever seen they are not friendly, once you call them the respond to late, and even management also so care less and for 4 days doctor visiting they billed arround 10K.

Child specialist Dr adarsh sir is best person and good take care in babys, and very good experience hospital management in good

Hoprless hospital, if you want to die or get your condition worse here go otherwise avoid, for making money they will over dose the patients purposely for the extra billing, they work work with medical store prescribe unwanted medicine for commission which is inside the hospital

My wife nagarathna admitted for creneoplasty surgery in this hospital Doctors care nd nursing care was good.

Docotots are experience staff also very communicative hospitality is good
But very less space for patient feel comfort in wards

Worst experience. Doctor venugopal worst treatment.my father got admitted for 3 day simple reason.sugar patients please refer Mangala hospital Dr Arvind he is best.this Ssm hospital Medicals also big cheaters same medicine cost less approx 60 RS saving in all tabs and antibiotics

My mother was admitted for L spine surgery. Dr Mohisin Neuro surgeon done best surgery nd got good result. Best counseling given by Ramesh sir and Yakub sir. BPL scheme also we got

ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹಳೆಯ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ತುಂಬಾ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಅವರದು. ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಅಕ್ಷರಶಃ ಅವಿದ್ಯಾವಂತರಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಇದನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸ ಮತ್ತು ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಅವರು ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವ ದರ್ಜೆಯ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯು ಅಕ್ಷರಶಃ ಥರ್ಡ್ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್

ಸಲಕರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಚೆಕ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಕ್ಯಾಲಿಬ್ರೇಟ್ಉ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ, ಊ ಪಕರಣಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಹಳೆಯದಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ. ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ತುಕ್ಕು ಹಿಡಿದ ಫೋಟೋಥೆರಪಿ ಇನ್ಕ್ಯುಬೇಟರ್‌ನ ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ.

ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಎಂಬ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನು ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಬ್ಲಡಿ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್. ಅವನು ಅಕ್ಷರಶಃ ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪೈಸೆ ಅನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತೂಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಜನರು ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಏಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಇನ್ನೂ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತ ಇವೆ. ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಯಾರು ಬರಬೇಡಿ

Hassan is one of the worst hospitals in the district with very old infrastructure. The billing for any kind of treatment here is very high. The staff is literally uneducated which can be perceived in the way of work and behavior.

Doctors are experienced and hospital has multiple duty and specialist in different areas.
Treatment and medical facilities are good, had some inconvenience due to ongoing renovation.

Few negative points:
- In patient rooms are not adequate for better recovery - Rooms are small and sharing rooms facility needs to be improved.
Another problem is vehicle parking
- No dedicated parking space for patients, visitors and even for staffs vehicles.
- Not completely computerized, Need to wait for longer time for billing and manual discharge summary and discriptions are given. This could be bit inconvenient for insurance claim

Good experience with SSM hospital dr muralidhar sir wonderful urologist surgeon and all staff service is very well.manohar and arogya Mitra lokesh.yakub sir services was helpful and kind I am so glad to SSM hospital service

Emargency patient care was not well.
Including doctor and staff neglect the patient.
Not gave a proper information to patient

No proper information and response Misappropriation of money in time Doctor Irolla Middle class peolple not safe

Worst experience in ultrasound scanning department. Staffs are just egoistic and not supportive.

The receptionist where at ultra sound scanning she is not at all responsed with patients nicely really it was the worst experience in Hassan hospital please tell her to respond with patients nicely

Worst experience in SSM Hospital I never thought this kind of response for doctors and nurses,
Even they don't now how to give respect and talking ways also.

And even there's no treatment properly and Sunday morning one doctor visits that's enough till Monday 1: 45 no on bothering to come and check reports and patient conditions aslo.

I'm not happy with your service.
