He asks for extraa service charges even after doing online booking and booking is non refundable so there is no option to pay extra money.service is not at all good even after paying extraa money
Room was not as shown in photo the mirror was broken, no cleanliness, and lot of cockroaches.
Will never suggest this hotel to anybody

The managers syed khadir and the staff was so good it was so clean the staff was so friendly good place to stay I stayed in 201 by farhan

Booked through Oyo App. Never again ever. He did not give us the allotted room, which was mentioned in the app. Poorly maintained Bathroom, floor was filthy, Flush wasn't working, when we asked him to check, he did his performance in the bathroom to let us know that he's checking, without even looking at us, he said, collect water in the bucket and pour it into the closet. You guys this is barely a room I'm telling you, save your buck and get a hostel or something. Worst service ever by OYO

Was not given the room that was shown in the pic. Unclean, no flush, not even a mirror. They knew OYO wouldn't interfere so they just kept asking us to upgrade which again didn't seem any better

Such a bad experience in my life, room i booked (non ac) is not available so they gave another room (non ac) and collected extra cash it's fine but that room are not good bedsheet is too dirty bathroom is like no word to explain flush are not working so I request them to change the room they gave smoking room i didn't like so I told I'm ready to give extra give ac room for which they denied so I decided to leave that place and ask for the refund amount which I paid additionally not full repayment.for that also they denied so I just left from that hell. Tooo bad

It's not good for couple because so many people sitting in outside we are scare and and theres no table. On xerox copy there taking 100 rs and he was so rude so plz Remove from oyyo app and other website.

One of the worst services they provided and by booking @OYO it was very much disturbing as the room was in disoriented conditions

The receptionist himself told me to rate his hotel 5 star.

I would suggest never ever go to this place. Counter guy is very rude and want to loot you. For 1 print out he was asking 100 rupees. And Location is very bad. Streets are fully congested. Even ola/Uber guy scares to go there. Don't fall in less price trap.
Do not book any room/hotel in ShivajiNagar.

You can bargain here as per your convenience. Service is good. For SSB candidates take a room in 1000 Rs.for four people in sharing by bargaining. It'll cost you around 250 per person. Never take Dormitories, They will give you a room at cheaper rate along with insects like bugs (Khatmal).

Just Book "SSR Lodge" which is very near from Bengaluru Cant.railway station. You can go this place just by asking auto wala for Taj Hotel, Shivajinagar in Rs 50-70 around for single person rest as per your convenience.

Worst behaviour of the receptionist (Male), Reckless and irresponsible.can't understand and demands extra money even after you paid in OYO

It's clean and hygienic. Given a lot of privacy. Facility of hot water available. And the staff here is too good.

The staff is nice and well behaved. Rooms were clean and and were comfortable for 1 person (i stayed in single bedroom room so no idea about double). Overall my experience was praisworthy. The staff was really nice and humble.

Basically it's inside a lane you won't find it on main road, when I stayed here so much of power cuts were there, whole night power was not there and even morning also power cuts were there. And if you are booking a room for three people on oyo then in oyo it will show extra mattress will be provided but they will charge 150 for extra mattress.

This is a really wonderful place to stay.it has a very good ventilated rooms! Regular water supply.it is very useful for ppl who are looking for rooms. This is also situated in the heart of city s, we have all the facilities at a nearby place itself.

It's a very good lodge to stay and even very convenient to go for in that area and also close to commercial which is best for shopping.
