Stanza Living Compton House PG in Lalbagh Road

Stanaza living is the very worst place pls dont book in this stanza living compton house.when i will leave the pg there is no damage but they deduct my 4000/- for damazing.when i call her they didnt response and they didnt reply the mail also.

This is a good place to start your stay in banglore it could be helpful to get a good place with good food in just a one click

Worst pg to live very unhygienic every room has bed bugs, food is not good chapatis are uncooked no pest control too many mice are there which may cause you disease.the bed bugs problem is extremely high as they may get attached to your luggage and clothing they can cause long term harm

The PG is good for stay, good maintainance, nice ambiance, its like second home, we can join the PG immediately,

Not suitable fir working professionals. It feels like boys college hostel and fully occupied with clg students. No ventilation and cloth drying area also not in open. Agreement is only for first 6 months. So rent will increase after that. No guarantee or waiver for covid like situations.

Bad smells starts from when you enter into the PG.

The best place to stay is stanza living.the atmosphere is probably my favorite part. We can easily get connected to people, but not the atmosphere.attracts the greatest people and even if you just want to sit and read, there’s a place to do that amidst all the fun to be had.everything is clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and no complaints on the location.a great place to stay.

Awesome place, truly second home feels! Baapre baap khana, cleanliness, ambience and most importantly not a hit on the pocket.

Let's talk about basic thing that is food, hygienic facilities and safety and security everything is upto the mark that you won't be getting anywhere, trust me.best place to stay for longer duration.

One of the safest and hygienic space to stay for students…. 3 Layers of security, yummy customise food, high speed Internet and etc etc…

That is the major reason for me to opt for Stanza Living. They take care of everything from A to Z and is professionally managed so you don’t have to keep running after PG staff to get things fixed. All in all, great experience with them:)

Let me start with their tech-savvy services. Every student has a resident App where they can mark their attendance, opt-out or in meals, request for late-ins, get discounts, etc. Isn’t that cool? I personally love it here!

This property of stanza living is the worst pg you'll ever find. Sometimes you won't have electricity for 2 3 days, sometimes you won't have water for 2 3 days. Evn the road to this pg is worse. The environment around pg is too worse.

And you cannot change pg for 1 whole year once you join or you won't get ur advance return.

The hygiene and cleanliness here is too bad. You'll find cockroaches roaming around every corner of pg especially in dining area. Bathrooms aren't clean too

Food is ok good as it comes from an central kitchen but rest all is worst. Even you dont get proper network inside pg evn for phone calls.

Bed bugs are too there. EVEN THE DRINKING WATER IS REALLY BAD. I FELL SICK JUST BY STAYING HERE FOR 1week.

Even after raising many complaints issues aren't solved and i don't know how this has 3.9 star rating. I guess it's given by owners surely not by residents.

My Suggestion never join this property of Stanza living.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the time to time events that they keep organizing - it was a great way for us to mingle with other residents and unwind. This place was truly a one of a kind experience for me:)

What I like most about them is that they take feedback very seriously. I had posted a complaint about the menu items being repeated and the F&B team took immediate action.

We live in triple sharing and I had a problem with my washroom. I was first irritated by it, but as soon as I alerted the team via the resident app, they resolved my issue within 24 hours of receiving my complaint. For such a prompt answer, I give it a five-star rating.

Stanza Living Compton House is really very nice living House. Staff management services is very nice.

The room of the place will give a freshness. Good environment and food quality is really awesome.

In their website it is written this is your second home. That's absolutely right! It is surely difficult to leave our home and family and come to a new city for a new life but Stanza Living makes you feel like it is really your second home with all their services.

From the comfort of not cooking, cleaning your room, and washing your clothes to keeping us entertained by organizing events, movie screenings, tournaments - Stanza has taken care of all aspects.

This is a well-located property that is also well-managed. Everything is within walking distance, including my college, which is only a 5-minute walk away. I think the location to be extremely handy because it is well-kept and provides all services.

Staff management is very good and food service is very nice. I am really satisfied with their work.

I personally feel very happy and at home here, the staff is super helpful and they have a tech enabled feedback management system which is very handy for us as residents.

I'm impressed by the staff's gesture, I mean they never delayed anything I have told them to do. The service of this place is too good.

The room space is very tight and the location of the pg is the worst in Bangalore! It's in a place called Nala road

You can't think of an worst approach road to this PG. What's inside? Rows of rooms on both sides of a 3feet wide (approximately) corridor, where even 2 people cannot stand side by side. Overall it was very dark & dingy.
Covid guidelines are not followed for visitors, there was no temperature check for visitors.

I haven't seen any PG service like the service of Stanza Living. At just minimum budget they offer a convenient and decent environment for students.

One of the best thing about this place is that It never let students do any work, the staffs do their duties very well, and they make sure that the students are happy.

For me, the best aspect is the large room. Overall my experience with this place is good and I didn't face any issue

I like the service and ambience of Stanza Living but above all, I like the vibe that Stanza Living offers to the students, it's great.

Stanza Living's best feature is that it provides PG services in a modern, digital format and the app is very supportive and helpful.

Special appreciation for the resident captain. His coordination and hard work made sure that all the residents were comfortable and did not face any issues.

Ambience, meals, approachability and even app thing is great. Only one issue - the resident captain is too sweet:) Thanks for helping me so many times

Actually I’ll be shifting there in April 21’ someone please suggest me should I take this pg or not because based on the reviews I don’t think it is as good as a pg that is described in ABOUT-Section please it’s an urgent request

Pathetic place with no proper safety and no proper services at all and also food is served cold.

This place doesn't exist. It is operational from January 1 2021. Anybody looking for it don't waste time till then like I did. Verified the info from stanza customer service.
