Stanza Living Salzburg House Boys PG Near Christ College, SG Palya

Rooms are same as typical PG only with some additional facilities and maintained by professional experience.
Food and facilities are average.
Security can be improved in a way to avoid unexpected events.

Washroom Pods will never have water supply due to which I will be late to office everyday and same after coming afrer office at night. They change RC Every 10 days.

Just two for,
Good maintenance of rooms only,
And Cost of living who is looking for under 15k.

Otherwise nothing is good, Food is not good except 1-2days.
GAMING AREA AND GYM IS JUST SHOW OFF, NOTHING WILL WORK.

Do not get trapped until unless your okay with first two option I said.

Main point: you will be tied into contract minimum 6month for employees,

For students it's 1 year minimum.

You can better rates outside without any legal contract too.

Overall it's a very nice PG. Quite well maintained and food is also very nice when I visited. All things were above expectations.

The only issue I find with the single sharing rooms is all windows open inside and no proper ventilation. If that is something you are not very peculiar of, then it's best PG otherwise.

Good place for students to spend time in rooms are small but so is the price which is affordable

I live there and the service is very poor no water bad food and nobody adresses your complaints

Great place. Room cleaning is always on time. If there is any issue then we just have to inform, they'll solve asap.totally hygienic. Food is okay. Overall, I had very good stay over there. NO REGRESSION!

To students who are looking to stay here, simply don't. While the services are not even close to satisfactory, even worse is the customer care service.

It's been more than a month now, and I still haven't recieved the initial deposit. They don't pick up your calls nor reply to your messages, they simply ask you to mail the central team, which never reverts back. I would like to point out that your RC (incharge of Salzburg House) and your manager don't reply to my messages nor calls, and it looks they are least bothered whether you get your refund or not!

While I exited this property last month after staying here for almost a year, I think I am in a good place to review it now. The rooms are too small and most of them feel claustrophobic. They are very stingy about the food quantity, and they barely re-serve, it's almost cold and the taste is dissatisfactory. And as I've said, the custom care is horrible to say the least, with just extending your problems.

Extremely over priced. The food quality degrades consistently. The staff staying at the property are good but the senior officials are in-efficient and not so friendly.

Stanza Living Derby House is a fantastic place to stay. The room is large, and the security is sufficient.

It was an amazing experience. I've never seen a hostel like this before. I'll have to come back. It comes highly recommended.

Definitely it's neat but space is not what they hv shown in picture.

The place is actually nice, the rooms are a bit small but it's managable when compared to other pgs. The place a little but expensive, people who stay here stays here because this place is considered luxurious. The food provided here is northern so not a pg for South Indian food lovers. Overall this is an average pg in my point of view.

Stanza living Salzburg is a good place to stay, with amenities like a gym, kitchen and even good washing facilities, and is very close to Christ University main campus. But the rooms are not worth it at such a high price, as they are small for the rate you pay every month. You can find better properties like zolo destiny, or renting out an apartment with friends for example.

Neat, clean & well maintained. Has various facilities. Biggest advantage - located very near to Christ university, Central campus @ walking distance

This place has the worst management.our monthly installment due was on 22nd april.my brother was leaving to come home (leaving half his belongings behind ath the pg) on the 16th fearing lockdown would be imposed because of the current covid situation. But the stanza management refused to let him leave saying he has to clear his dues (even though the due date was on 22nd) They would nt give us time till the morning atleast to make the payment.when we spoke to someone from the management named Ms. Nandini, she was least helpful, she did'nt even hear us out.she kept saying the due date was 15th when it clearly says on the app its on 22nd.when we mentioned that she said there was a glitch in the app.these guys are absolutely unhelpful and moneyminded and only respond if you pay first.cant wait to leave this place, had the worst experience with them.
